KB Homes New Braunfels TX Disappointing

KB Homes, I thought Ray Ellison was finished building in the San Antonio area, but he’s been resurrected in the Deer Crest in New Braunfels, TX. Not only is the craftsmanship of the house sub par, but the fencing, the grass, and the under ground utilities are terrible. I wouldn’t recommend a KB House(not home)for free to a homeless Californian. I complained from the start of the build. Come take a look. I’ll give you a guided tour. I kept hearing it complies with our standards ( hey, Ray, can you hear me?).%

KB Homes Meridian ID Building Concerns Need To Be Addressed

KB Homes, Flexability. When working with KB homes Graycliff Meridian Id I have or had the following concerns:(West Norwich St) 1. Not a lot of choices on interior flooring. 2. Not able to plumb or add a garage tub. 3. The Most Important Thing Is That The Condenser Unit Needs To Be Placed In The Rear Of The Home. (There Is No Clearance On The Side Of The Home To Bring A Lawn Mower Or Any Patio Furniture. 4. I Spoke To Jon At The Sales Location And Asked For A Return Phone Call And Have Not Been Contacted.
