Regus Unable to get Retainer Refund

June 2, 2025

Regus, Hi, We input a request for a Retainer Refund on 1/15/2025 and have yet to receive the refund. We had an agreement number that ended in December 2024. I feel like we are getting the run around and there is no accountability from your company to clear this up. We have been in contact with your company with many emails and we get different answers, 1) your company sent the refund, 2) No It hasn’t been sent. Bottom line, we can’t get a straight answer.

Regus Frustrating Cancelation Issue

May 5, 2025

Regus, Repeated Billing and Communication Issues After Canceling Regus Virtual Office. Regus — Hassle after hassle. I canceled our Virtual Office on April 2, 2025, after months of trying to gain access to the account following the purchase of a business that previously used Regus for its virtual office services.

After successfully canceling the account, I was bombarded with emails and phone calls trying to solicit me to continue using Regus. I repeatedly attempted to unsubscribe from the emails, but they continued. Then on May 5, I received an invoice for the same Virtual Office that had already been canceled. This situation is unacceptable, and my next step will be to file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General’s Office.

Regus Pasadena CA Frustrating Customer Service

March 24, 2025

Regus, Breach of lease contractual agreement. (155 N. Lake ave Pasadena CA 91101) I was forced to end my lease agreement on 2/20/25 by on-site manager (Jen) I was told I would receive my full retainer back ($1,999.70) within one month and I have not received it back. I also was charged rent for the month of February ($1,007.29) which I was told I would be refunded, which has not happened either. Further more, Regus attempted to charge my card for rent of March. Everyone who I have reached out to for help has been rude and condescending from all departments. “Paula” from retention team was very rude she told me to “stop bothering them” Victoria Tucker was no help at all, David Morrison from sales is non responsive and everyone else is I’ve spoken with has been very reluctant to help. On site “community management” (Jen and Jane) have been non responsive and no help. This situation has been a nightmare to deal with – Loss on income and loss of clients, I was given no warning or grace period to relocate and move out. I don’t know how Regus is able to keep their tenants with this low level of professionalism and lack of basic customer service. It’s truly pathetic.

Regus, No way to get any help from a customer representative without your log in information. You are unable to reach a customer service representative without having your log in information. Even to pay your bill. Multiple emails and phone calls and have never been able to talk to a real person.
