  • Local accessibility
  • Promotion disputes
  • Pickup problems

Penn Station’s Help Center directs customers with incorrect or missing items to call the restaurant or submit the Help Center form.

Provide:

  • The order number
  • Restaurant location
  • Date and time
  • Items received
  • Items missing or incorrect
  • Food-temperature concern
  • Photographs when useful
  • The requested remedy

Contact the restaurant as soon as possible. Waiting several days can make it more difficult to verify the order and preparation records.

Before submitting an order, confirm:

  • The selected restaurant
  • Pickup or delivery
  • Requested time

  • Missing items
  • Late preparation
  • Food temperature
  • Pickup identification or instructions

Check the order before leaving when practical, especially for a large or customized order.

Third-Party Delivery Complaints

Delivery may be provided by an outside platform or driver rather than directly by the restaurant.

  • Driver conduct
  • Delivery tracking
  • Delivery location
  • Platform fees
  • Driver cancellation

If a direct payment is completed but the order fails, Penn Station says a refund or reversal is issued. The financial institution may require five to seven business days to display it.

Keep:

  • The failed-order message
  • Payment confirmation
  • Pending or completed transaction status
  • Order attempt date
  • Amount
  • Contact history

A pending authorization, completed charge, void and refund are different payment events. Contact the bank or card issuer directly about an unauthorized completed transaction.

Do not publish payment-card details or bank screenshots in a public review.

Penn Station catering orders can be placed through the direct online ordering system.

Before contacting the restaurant about catering, have:

  • Restaurant location
  • Event date and time
  • Order confirmation
  • Pickup or delivery details
  • Guest count
  • Items and quantities
  • Dietary questions previously discussed
  • Payment record
  • Requested resolution

Report a missing, late or incorrect catering order immediately so the restaurant has an opportunity to address it before the event ends.

Promotions, Coupons and Community Offers

Promotions may be limited by date, participating restaurant, customer group, product, redemption method or available quantity.

Keep:

  • The original offer
  • Promotion dates
  • Participating-location information
  • Coupon or account offer
  • Any notice that the promotion changed
  • Receipt or attempted redemption record

Contact the participating restaurant and use the feedback form when an advertised promotion is unavailable or withdrawn.

A promotion described by one restaurant or franchisee should not automatically be treated as a company-wide offer.

Food Quality and Safety Concerns

Stop eating food that appears spoiled, contaminated, undercooked or otherwise unsafe.

When reporting a food concern:

  • Keep the food and packaging when safe.
  • Store it separately from other food.
  • Keep the receipt or order confirmation.
  • Record the restaurant, date and approximate time.
  • Take clear photographs.
  • Contact the restaurant promptly.
  • Follow instructions about preservation, return or disposal.

Do not mail food or liquids to the Milford corporate office without written instructions.

Allergies, Ingredients and Medical Emergencies

Penn Station states that recipes, product formulations, suppliers and preparation can vary by restaurant and region.

The company’s website describes its fresh-cut fries as cooked in peanut oil. Customers with a food allergy or dietary restriction should contact the restaurant before ordering and ask about current ingredients and preparation practices.

Cross-contact may occur in a restaurant environment. An online menu or general ingredient description should not be treated as a guarantee that a product is free of an allergen.

Call 911 for breathing difficulty, loss of consciousness, a severe allergic reaction or another potentially life-threatening emergency.

Do not publish diagnoses, prescriptions, medical records or identifying photographs of a patient in a public review.

Fundraiser Days and Community Programmes

Participating Penn Station restaurants may host Fundraiser Days for community groups and clubs.

The programme generally requires:

  • A participating restaurant
  • An approved date
  • A promotional flyer
  • Qualifying purchases during the event
  • Compliance with the restaurant’s current programme rules

Approval, participating locations, payment timing and qualifying sales can vary.

Penn Station Franchise Enquiries

Penn Station offers franchise opportunities through its formal franchise-development process.

The official website states that a franchise offer can be made only through delivery of a Franchise Disclosure Document and only where the offer is registered or exempt from registration.

Prospective franchisees should verify any request for financial records, deposits or fees through the official franchise channel before providing confidential information.

Penn Station Careers

Restaurant employment may be controlled by the franchisee or company operating the specific location. Corporate positions use a separate application page.

Verify unexpected recruitment messages through the official website. Do not pay job-application, interview, training or equipment fees through Gift Cards, cryptocurrency or transfers to an individual.

Do not publish Social Security numbers, identification documents, background-check information or banking details.

Penn Station Accessibility

Penn Station publishes a website accessibility statement and asks users to report technical accessibility problems through its corporate contact information.

Physical restaurant accessibility concerns should be reported to the location manager and through the restaurant feedback form.

Contact the restaurant before visiting when accessible seating, entrances, parking or another accommodation is essential.

Penn Station Scam and Impersonation Warning

Use Penn-Station.com, the official restaurant locator and contact information displayed on official company pages before providing order, Rewards, Gift Card, franchise or employment information.

Be cautious of:

  • Sponsored customer-service telephone numbers
  • Fake refund messages
  • Fraudulent Gift Card balance sites
  • False franchise offers

  • Payment demands involving Gift Cards, cryptocurrency or transfers to individuals

Contact the bank or card issuer directly about an unauthorized completed transaction.

Penn Station Reviews and Complaints

CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com currently displays two Penn Station reviews dated January and March 2025.

One reviewer reports that a complimentary meal promotion offered to local teachers was withdrawn before it could be redeemed and says no explanation was provided.

A second reviewer reports that portions of a three-sandwich order at a Kettering, Ohio restaurant were prepared at different times, leaving sandwiches and fries cold, and describes an unsatisfactory interaction with the manager.

These are individual, unverified customer accounts. They should not be treated as proof that Penn Station routinely withdraws promotions, intentionally serves cold food, permits manager misconduct or provides company-wide poor service.

No Penn Station or CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com response is currently visible beneath the reviews.

Penn Station Disappointing Experience

March 6, 2025

Penn Station, JCPS Combo Meal Reward Offer for Teachers. We are disheartened to have been offered a Free Combo Meal for JCPS Teachers only to have it rescinded within a few days before we could enjoy the meal. To offer it to teachers- and then rescind it with no explanation is not fulfilling your commitment to the community in which you serve.

Penn Station Kettering OH Disappointing

January 29, 2025

Penn Station, Yesterday I went to the Penn Station that is located in Kettering, Ohio I had ordered 3 sandwiches 2 with beef and one with chicken. When I arrived there they told me that my order was not ready, that they had the beef ones but the chicken takes longer to cook/ After 10 mins. I asked them why the beef had been prepared way before the rest of the order. The chicken takes loner to cook but why did you make the beef ones and let them sit and get cold. The manager told me that I could either take the sandwiches or get my money back. He was very crude and he got me quit upset. I only wanted hot items. I took the sandwiches and as I was leaving, he yield for me to never come back. I have been dealing with that store since it opened. I was a trainer for stores before and if any of my people had treated a customer like that they would have been out of the job. Respect and thoughtfulness is necessary. But serving me 2 cold items, with cold fries and only one hot item is terrible. I have never been so angry with anyone in my life.and then to throw away the fries because they were wet, limp and gross.
