Temu Disappointing Delivery Issue

Temu, Incompetence. This is one of the most frustrating companies I’ve ever experienced. I ordered Christmas gifts for my daughter on Dec 2 and they said my package would be delivered between Dec 6 – 16th. It didn’t show up so I waited a while. I tracked the order and it said the package was in the Delta Warehouse in British Columbia. It was there for some time. On December 24th, tracking indicated it was finally out for delivery. It did not show up. They returned it back to the warehouse without an attempt to deliver it. Temu tried to tell me it was me and that I could have given them the wrong address, but I’ve ordered from there before and my address is already in their system and it was fine before. They said they could have attempted to deliver it a few times and nobody answered. They have always left it on the porch before without knocking as there is no signature required. I was home all day anyways. This was some of my daughter’s Christmas gifts. I mentioned they should redeliver it since it was their fault, their driver was dishonest, and it was over a week late as it was – it was sitting in their warehouse for a week and didn’t move. They avoided my questions and accountability. My daughter does not get to open these gifts. They just kept repeating their statements, avoiding my questions. Their lack of care was horrifying. I now have to begin going through Social Media to prevent others from going through what I am going through. I will also look for other avenues to explore to make this available to read by the public. There is no time to order these items to arrive by tomorrow of course. Customer service sounded condescending and I was so angry. My daughter really wanted to these gifts. When I asked them if I could get a number to take this issue higher up, they told me that they weren’t allowed to give me that information. This terrible service needs to be publicized so others don’t make the same mistake I do and order from here.

Temu Frustrating Customer Service

Temu, No physical contact on phone and can’t fix any problems. I wanted to try Temu, so I made 2 separate orders different days. Right away they say we will let you choose free gifts spinning wheel. Anyway as I’m waiting for my orders. I see nothing about free gifts. When asking for assistance it is by far the worse experience I thought cellphone carriers were bad. This is by far the worst. Well back to Amazon I go let’s see if get my orders delivered on time first. PS Thes customer service representatives are dumb as rocks. Talk about reading off a script.

Temu Disappointing Customer Service

Temu, The worst Customer Service. Have been issued two Temu credits for items never sent. Now, the credits do not show. I have sent screen shots of the two credits to customer support again and again over the past couple weeks. Have gotten several emails from different representatives all asking for the same information over and over again. Totally wasted too much time on this issue. Beware!!!!

Temu Frustrating Shopping Experience

Temu, Handling of my recent orders has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. I placed Christmas orders, carefully specifying items and delivery addresses—some for myself and others for a relative in another state. Despite this, Temu added unauthorized items to my purchase, charging my card without my knowledge. When I noticed the error, I immediately canceled one item, but the second item was marked as “shipped” to prevent cancellation. This was unacceptable for a $7.86 charge that I never authorized. Their live chat support was appalling, with agents repeating themselves for hours and delaying the resolution. After three exhausting hours, I finally recovered $4.86 in credit, and it took another hour to get the remaining $2.99 refunded. Considering I had just spent over $290 across two orders, their treatment was unacceptable. Worse still, I later discovered that Temu used my stored debit card to make additional unauthorized purchases from items left in my cart. When I tried to cancel those items, their agent blocked the last two cancellations, forcing them into “non-refundable” status. While I managed to get $173.11 refunded, Temu still owes me $166.86, which I will continue to fight for. Their shady business practices, refusal to honor refunds, and deliberate barriers to resolution are unacceptable. I have reported Temu to the FTC, BBB, Yelp, and Trustpilot and will not stop until my money is returned. Businesses with such practices should not be allowed to operate.

Temu, Be cautious when dealing with Temu. They misrepresent items in their descriptions, charge more than the advertised price, and deliver products that are either incorrect or much smaller than expected—if they arrive at all. I’ve been trying for weeks to get a refund for an inflatable Nativity scene that never showed up, despite Temu claiming it was delivered. When I contacted them, they told me I didn’t meet the requirements for a refund. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I would strongly advise against ordering from Temu.
