Temu Disappointing Experience

April 11, 2025

Temu is the worst online shopping that I have known. Shopping with Temu is so frustrating for good two months I didn’t get my package upto now.

Temu Disappointing Experience

Temu, False Promises on Discounts and Gifts! Temu needs to honor the deals and promotions it advertises! The promised discounts and free gifts never seem to come through. Instead of making misleading offers, why not simply follow through on what you promote? The cost to manufacture these products is already low, so there’s no reason not to keep your word!

Temu Disappointing Delivery Issues

April 3, 2025

Temu, Delayed delivery. I placed my orders on March 9, 2025. It said, it will delivered within 10 business days, if not delivered by March 23rd, there’s $5.00 discount on the next order. March 21 – it stated that, the courier could not find my address. FYI, I have been ordering almost every month and this is the second time that the courier could not find my address. March 23rd – returned to local facility in Delta, then it was changed to Vancouver. March 26th – it stated that I was not answering the call, after I emailed to deliver it after 4 pm. By the way, no phone calls, no voice mail messages. March 29th – the package was returned to the facility again. April 1st, in delivery, but to the warehouse.

Temu Frustrating Order Issues

March 12, 2025

Temu, Poor Service and Unresolved Issues. I made my first purchase from Temu, and instead of receiving what I ordered, they sent me two pillows — nothing I actually purchased. I tried to contact them, but it was impossible to reach a real person. After that, I kept receiving items I never ordered. When I placed my order, Temu offered several “free gifts” but said I had to place an order to receive them, so I went ahead. Now, not only am I still receiving items I never asked for, but I’ve discovered that someone has been using my account and a credit card that I specifically requested not be saved. Yet, they saved it anyway, and unauthorized purchases have been made. When I reported this, Temu responded that they “see no signs of fraud” and refused to refund my money. Trying to reach anyone at their headquarters has been a joke — no one answers, and you can’t speak to a live person. I have reported this situation to the authorities and will continue to pursue action until this is resolved. I also intend to raise awareness about how Temu is treating its customers. Temu’s leadership, including Colin Huang, Edith Xi, Kenneth Jin, Maral Dipodiputro, and Zhuoxi, should be aware of how poorly customers are being treated. I will keep pushing for resolution and to ensure others know what to expect from this company.
