Temu Unauthorized Charges

Temu, I recently received six packages from Temu that I did not order. The credit card that I normally use for purchases was and had been locked by me . Somehow the money was taken from my Cash App that I never use for purchases, only to send and receive money. I have made several attempts to take care of this issue,with negative results. I have made purchases from Temu and never expected to be spending so much of my time trying to solve this problem. The customer service is horrible. Temu promotes that they have 90 day product returns, yet I’m still being given the runaround with this issue.

Temu, Misleading Pricing and Poor Customer Service. I’ve been extremely disappointed with Temu’s recent pricing practices. I often receive promotional emails advertising items for $0.01, but when I click through and add the items to my cart, the price has either doubled or increased significantly. It feels misleading and deceptive. Despite the initial excitement around these deals, the final prices rarely match what was advertised. I’ve been overcharged on multiple orders, and the total amount lost is now in the hundreds of dollars. Attempts to resolve this have been frustrating, and the company’s policies and pricing seem to change constantly. I used to enjoy shopping with Temu—they offered great prices and treated customers with respect. Sadly, that no longer seems to be the case. If necessary, I’m prepared to escalate this with legal support to recover the money I’ve been overcharged. I will continue to share updates about my experience. I hope Temu reconsiders how it handles its pricing and customer service.

Temu, False Promises on Discounts and Gifts! Temu needs to honor the deals and promotions it advertises! The promised discounts and free gifts never seem to come through. Instead of making misleading offers, why not simply follow through on what you promote? The cost to manufacture these products is already low, so there’s no reason not to keep your word!
