  1. Contact Federal Trade Commission. I have had trouble with Ebay suspending my selling account due to non participation in their managed payments plan but they are still billing each month for my store listing they have suspended.

  2. eBAY, IS SOMETHING. THREE YEARS AGO I SOLD MY BUSINESS THAT ALSO INCLUDED MY EBAY STORE, AS I WISHED TO RETIRE.I TRANSFERRED ALL INFORMATION FROM MY EBAY STORE TO THE NEW OWNERS, NEW NAME ,NEW EMAIL,NEW PAYPAL ACCOUNTS.THEY POSTED ON THE SITE OF BEING THE NEW OWNERS OF MY SITE. IT HAS BEEN THREE YEARS SINCE THAT OCCURED. IN MAY I DECIDED TO START UP AGAIN. NO PROBLEM UNTIL THIS MONTH. IT SEEMS THE NEW OWNERS HAVE RUN INTO PROBLEMS WITH EBAY AND THEY HAVE RESTRICTED THEM AND MAYBE EVEN CLOSED THEM. HOWEVER NOW THEY CAME AFTER ME AND RESTRICTED MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE CALLED THREE TIMES AND WAS ASSURED THAT THIS WOULD BE RESOLVED WITHIN 3 DAYS, NO SUCH LUCK, THEY NOW SYSTEMATICALLY ARE DELETING MY ITEMS AS COME FOR RENEWAL. I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW A CORPORATION IS SO SET IN SECRECY THAT NO ONE CAN REACH UPPER MANAGEMENT TO RESOLVE ISSUES.I AM PATIENTLY WAITING FOR 3 MORE DAYS, AFTER THAT IW ILL CONTACT FEDERAL & STATE AUTHORITIES AS WELL AS MY ATTORNEY. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS.

  3. Lowdown. Beneath every item listed on ebay reads, Guarantee: Get the item you ordered or get your money back.Covers your purchase price and original shipping. This is not true. I have a trunk-load of clothes,& etc. to prove it! I've opened a few eBay Buyer Protection cases in the past, only to be flatly & unfairly ruled against leaving 1 recourse, Paypal! eBay Buyer Protection is a misnomer-there's no such thing! Maybe I should shop locally-at least here, I can get a refund! even with out a receipt! You have no idea of the many times ebay screwed me over-but the did look out maybe a couple of times in the distant past. One time ebay allowed an unscrupulous seller (that I later proved defaulted on sale)to continue to sell on ebay after beating me out of $300-Again paypalk had my back-ebay didn't. Unfortunately I wasn't refunded at all!

  4. I've bought and sold on eFraud(eBay)for years, and I've loved those two concepts at eFraud very much; however, and in spite of everything I've endured for the past month (which has been really bad), the last straw was when they sent me one of their relentless emails entitled, "Some products for your profession!" I've never advertised my profession, nor have I bought anything pertaining to it. However, their invasive behavior has gone entirely, too far.

I've ran a number of commands at the command prompt, and I've quite literally caught third party agencies logged onto my computer; agencies that work directly for eFraud, and there's no way to keep them out. Therefore, I'm closing a decade old account today, in addition to Pay Bay; eFraud's sister company. When a company sticks their nose that far up your business, it's time to ditch the electronics for cash, stamps and paper… I'd use a rotary phone if I could.

  5. I am shocked to see that so many buyers have had as bad an experience dealing with so-called "customer service" as i have had. Ebay's return policy is all talk. Will never use Ebay again.

  6. I ordered a $5,000 ring, the seller sent the wrong size and refused to fix the problem. The seller finally agreed to pay for sizing costs after I threatened to give him a negative feedback. I took ring to a reputable jeweler and they stated that if I size the ring the heat will damage the diamond. I explained this to the buyer and requested a refund. I was unable to pull up a return shipping label. I called EBAY customer service and explained the problem. Jessica (CSR) told me that I would need to speak to the buyer about the return shipping cost. I e-mailed the buyer and he agreed, IN AN EMAIL, that he would pay for the return shipping cost through the post office. After paying $63.90 for return shipping and insurance, the seller tells me that the only way I can get my money back is if I gave him a positive feedback. At this time I'm very annoyed and I refused to be bullied into leaving a positive feedback. I actually ordered the ring from this seller because of the 100% Positive feedback that he had. Unfortunately I had to find out the hard way that he got that 100% feedback by bullying people.

After leaving a negative feedback, EBAY removed the negative and refused to give me an explanation as to why. So now i'm out of $63.90 and I cannot warn future buyers to not buy from this liar. This is unfair and EBAY needs to do a better job in protecting their buyers.
