Hello my Name is Roy Keiser and my wife Jackie own a 2017 Jeep compass and a 2017 Jeep grand Cherokee. we have been fans of jeep for a long time having had a 2003 liberty before purchesing our jeeps we now have. Recenly over the winter the paint began to peel off clear down to the metal. We were wondering if you have any other customers with this problem? We took the jeep to our local Body shop and they said in would cost $1200.00 to repaint the roof, ( only area effected ).
Another comment we have is that in northeast Pa weather the compass heating system can not keep up the windows fog over when it gets cold outside. Spoke with several repair shops and local dealers and they all said this is a common problem with the compass and some pickup trucks. After checking the heating system and finding nothing wrong, they told us we would have to live with it. I can't belive that Jeep can not solve this issue.
