Facebook, I would give you a Zero if it was an option. Suspended my account citing Violation of Community Standards (which I did not violate) three days later they changed the reason to something to do with a business account. Don’t have one. Then they told me to appeal but I could not enter my own phone number so could not appeal, then I had a friend in the Phillipines enter my phone number which worked. Had it not been for her I was completely blocked from even appealing. Appaling At Every Turn. Tried, Convicted and put in Jail with no explanation. How can I company operate this way. Facebook gets a zero in my book. Then I contacted corporate where they tried to get me to pay money to them for assistance, And I Violated Community Standards?

Facebook, Frustrating Account Restrictions with No Clarity. Something feels seriously off. When Facebook’s automated systems flag your account for a security issue—or some other vague guideline violation—you’re left with no clear explanation and no real way to reach a human for help. For a platform that expects everyone to use it daily, that’s a major problem. I don’t run ads, I don’t break the rules, and yet I still get flagged without any specific details about what I supposedly did wrong. It’s frustrating and unfair to be held accountable for something that isn’t explained. If Facebook can’t provide transparency or real support, maybe it’s time to rethink its place in our lives. At the very least, customers deserve answers—not just automated messages.

Facebook, I applied for a Facebook account and was “welcomed”. Within seconds I was told my account was now disabled ! I appealed with a selfie and whatever else they requested, and was instantly denied, told that the decision was permanent. I couldn’t have done anything wrong, since I never actually had an account! I sent a letter to their HQ and can hear only the crickets….nada…zip…no response at all. You will find similar complaints all over the internet. Facebook and their management have their $millions$. Why should they care about the little people who made them successful?
