1800Flowers Disappointing Experience

May 9, 2025

1800Flowers, Delivered a day early when no one was home! I placed an order for Mother’s day to be delivered Saturday – the day before Mother’s day. I was notified that the delivery would be delivered Friday, which was not what I requested. No one was to be at home that day, and on top of that they extended the delivery time to 5:00 pm. The flowers sat in a hot Fedex truck all day and were left outside the front door. Thanks 1800Flowers for making Mother’s Day such an enjoyable day.

1800Flowers Auto Renew Issue

November 18, 2024

1800Flowers, As a long-time customer, I’m deeply disappointed with 1800Flowers and their deceptive auto-renewal for the “Passport” service. I never consented to this program auto-renewing, yet it’s set to renew in May 2025. When I tried to cancel, I was met with endless obstacles. Calling the provided number resulted in being bounced around, listening to over 10 minutes of ads before I finally gave up. Attempts to cancel online were equally frustrating, as I was redirected repeatedly. When I called the corporate office, I was transferred to their call center and left on hold indefinitely. I strongly advise anyone considering this “Passport” free shipping service to be cautious of the auto-renewal policy. It’s intentionally difficult to cancel, and this experience feels like global-level trickery. Proceed carefully when dealing with this company.

1800Flowers Membership Issue

October 9, 2024

Dissatisfied Customer – 1800Flowers.com Deceptive/Poor Integrity Business Practices. 1800Flowers.com billed my charge card prematurely for $32.69 on 10/06/24 for a new Celebration Passport membership when my current membership expires tonight, October 09, 2024 (see your email below). 1800Flowers dishonors their terms/contract with deceptive practices of billing customers ahead of the expiration date and forcing customers to purchase a new membership when placing a product order. I also updated my account not to auto renew my Celebrations Passport! I am not satisfied with 1800Flowers.com customer service; will notify and report accordingly. I asked to speak to a supervisor and a 1800Flowers woman sales specialist hung up the call. She told me I was billed ahead of time for the Celebrations Passport ($32.69) because I had placed an order on 10/08/24 at 12:36 AM (CST).???? Again, my membership ends tonight (10/09/24). Please investigate–poor business practices. I canceled my product order.
