AdaptHealth Frustrating Customer Service

AdaptHealth, This Company Is Putting My Life at Risk, If I Die, They’re Responsible. If I were to die in my sleep because of this company’s negligence, my family is prepared to sue them and make sure the world knows how reckless they are. They’ve already been instructed to take action, contacting every news outlet and sharing this story on social media to expose the complete disregard this company has for people’s lives. They don’t even deserve one star. This company is putting my life at risk. I can’t breathe at night without my machine, and they’ve caused me to go without supplies for over three years. Every time I reach out, I get a different excuse: “We have an account error,” “We can’t find you in the system,” “We have a different insurance name for you,” or I’m just hung up on by a rude representative. I’ve asked countless times to speak to a supervisor who can actually help me resolve this, but all I get is sudden hang-ups, people talking over me, or being left on hold for hours. Then I have to start the whole process over again. It’s been nothing but painful and frustrating, and I’m done. What’s worse is that it feels like this company is severely neglecting the people who trust them with their lives. I’m at my breaking point. I’ve had enough of trying to work with them. I’m going to contact my lawyer and have him handle this from now on. I’m considering a lawsuit for negligence, especially since this company exposed someone else’s account information to me. This is a clear violation of HIPAA, and my life is on the line here. I can’t breathe, I can’t sleep, and my life has been completely disrupted by this company. I’ve been documenting everything, and if I were to die in my sleep because of their negligence, my family has been instructed to hold this company accountable. They are to go after them, and make sure every news station and social media outlet is made aware of how careless and reckless this company is. This is about people’s lives, and this company couldn’t care less. They are ignoring the very people who trust them with their most vital needs. If they continue down this path, what’s coming next won’t be good for them.

AdaptHealth Customer Service Issues

AdaptHealth, This company is not working with me on a problem so this is my review of the stuff so that’s all. The reason for my review is with this company will not work with me on the problem that I have with the charges that they’re recently requested me for I keep paying and every month there’s a new cost I told them from the beginning and it was clear they accepted my payment for $20 a month and from then on they have reneged from the start I requested all of the invoices that they had on me and the reason why they were charging me for these it’s that they sent me everything but the ones that was the initial cause of the problem and I think that’s just honest but anyway I have been paying them $50 a month because I received one income I’m disabled and they won’t seem to work with me on this problem so for me I’m very disappointed in the service that I’m receiving. I mailed them back the CPAP machine not realizing that or they haven’t told me that I own that machine so I mailed it back and I haven’t heard a word from them but a bill so you better check everything before you sign with them because you would be ghosted to see lied to everything you can imagine and that’s my true testimony and my review with this company thank you.

AdaptHealth Customer Service Issue

AdaptHealth, acquisition made things bad. AeroCare was a good company. AdaptHealth’s acquisition has created problems. Their app for reordering supplies is top-notch. Intuitive, easy to navigate. Their billing system is garbage. Their customer-service response is inattentive at best, dismissive at worst. I got a phone call about a past-due invoice. An invoice I had never received. When I contacted customer service about this, their emailed reply stated they had prove of delivery … of the supplies, not the invoice … and that I should contact UPS. Did anyone actually, you know, *read* my email? I tried to get a copy of the invoice from their website. My anti-virus software warned the document was infected and would not download it. I emailed again to ask for a hardcopy, saying I’d pay the invoice the same day I received it. I tried. Their system gave me an error message, and at the beginning of the payment process patients are told to allow 24 hours and not to reattempt payment if an error message is received. The very next day (less than 24 hours later), I get another voicemail harassing me about a past-due invoice. AdaptHealth seems to be doing its best to take the “care” out of “healthcare”.

Life dependant supplies and waiting. Never had problems until AdaptHealth took over. I have been trying for almost a month to get my daughters feeding supplies. She is a tube feeder. Life is dependant on the supplies. And I am still without supplies. I call several times. I feel I am getting the run around. And still nothing. I have even tried calling corporate. This should not ever happen to anyone. I am frustrated beyond control. Something needs to be done. NOW Please feel free to reach out to me.
