Ally, Ongoing Delays Accessing My Funds. I have been trying to access my money for the past 10 days, even though the transaction should have been completed within one day. It’s now been 11 days, and I’ve been given the runaround daily with one excuse after another. It feels like they are intentionally withholding my money, and I’m beyond frustrated with the lack of resolution.

Ally Disappointing Refund Check Issue

Ally, Refund check. I no longer have a leased vehicle with you and a electronic payment was sent on 2/21/25 by my bank Citizens. A claim was submitted and proof of payment for $350 was sent to you on 2/21 to P.O. Box 660401 Dallas TX 75266-0401. I spoke to several agents, who either hang up on me after being on the phone for over 40 minutes or transferred to someone who tells me anything to get me off the phone. I spoke with Noah, who kept interrupting me on 3/19 1:30pm and kept seeing he didn’t see a payment, he then transferred me to his supervisor Jessica at 1:50pm she said the check was released back to checkfree on 3/7and gave me their # 800 405 3571. I called and they don’t see anything on their end, I called you back and Tee said she doesn’t see anything and when I told her the story all over again she put me on hold and then hung up. I want my refund check back and have contacted my attorney for help.

Lousy! Called from the start that we’re having financial problems, inflation has financially making payments to anyone extremely hard. Saying that, Ally has refused to work with me. Will never do business with them again. Spreading the word that when they say they are there to help is absolutely a lie.

I tried to call Ally back in October 2022. The waiting time was long and frustrating. Finally got through to an agent. I called about a CD renewal. Two CDs

I asked if it would be worth it to take the penalty for early withdrawal to get a better rate. I was told by both agents ( two separate phone calls) that yes it would be worth it and I would get the money back quickly. It sounded logical and made the decision to do so I was not told that if the rates go up you could lose interest and won’t be worth it. So now it will be a big amount of money I would be losing and I’m not a happy customer at this point. Been with Ally for a long time. It has taken care of my needs in the past but now it’s a different story. Most likely in the future, I will transfer most of the money to another online bank.
