Chicken Salad Chick, App on Phone.I cannot add points to my accout on the App but neither can anyone at a Chicken Salad Chick location. Management does not have a number to contact someone for assistance but then the phone number on the corporate headquarters website is incorrect. I found the Real corporate phone number on the internet but no one (operator, CEO, CEO’s assistant, CFO, CFO’s assistant) answers the phone. I was asked to leave a message. What kind of rinky dink corporation is this? No one at corporate is available to take a call. If no one responds to my messages, I will be crossing Chicken Salad Chick off my list of places to eat which will not impact your bottom line as I am only 1 person but ignoring everyone won’t get you the BCTWF award.

Chicken Salad Chick Disappointing Experience

Chicken Salad Chick, Poor Management and Work Environment. I worked at the Hixson location from November until today, March 5th, and my experience with management was beyond awful. I have never been yelled at or belittled at a job the way I was here. Employees are given only three and a half hours to complete their work, regardless of workload, and the remaining time is constantly shouted at them throughout the shift. The workplace language is unprofessional, with inappropriate conversations openly discussed by management and staff. I initially expected a positive atmosphere, but that was not the case. While I enjoyed working with my coworkers, management played favorites and showed little regard for how they treated employees. I was repeatedly spoken down to and even threatened with termination for missing a short meeting—despite having another job and losing money to attend. Expectations were unrealistic, with no time allowed for cleaning, yet I was criticized for not completing it. I left today feeling completely shaken. No employee should be treated this way. I am a hardworking and reliable worker, always willing to help others, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. I will not return to this restaurant.

Chicken Salad Chick, What does ( ) Mean? Why on the Chick does it say sandwich bracket lettuce, and tomato bracket add a side scoop or soup? And every time I get home there’s no lettuce and tomato. On the phone. I’m told I have to add those things myself. How am I supposed to know brackets mean you have to add these things yourself if you want them? Chicken Salad Chick, Cold soup. Not once, not twice, but three times the potato soup was cold. Lost all my points when transitioning to new App. Order was lost, waited for 30 mins for cold potato soup. Watched the manager drop 3 paper bags on the dirty floor then proceeded to use for my food. Yuck! Female manager is rude.
