  • Ihe ac has been out at the Atlanta Camp Fulton location the entire summer. The location is VERY understaff and employees do not get a chance to take a break. This location is a train wreck about to happen. I will be suing.

  • Hello, Please reconsider putting the Tator Chips back on the menu. Also could you train your employees to make the salads as requested. My girlfriend cannot eat cheese. IBS nor bacon. Both make her very sick and she has missed work. I ask for it no cheese and bacon at the Cumming store on 520 Sawnee Corners Blvd. Each time I complain they want to give me free food. Ok, but why would you give away your profits. Doesn't it make more sense to just train and hold your employeess accountable? I realize no one is perfect, not me but they mess it up at least 50% of the time. Then just blow it off with free food next time? Otherwise just make the salads ahead like Mc Donald and Burger King.   • Visited on may 23 around 6:20pm at regency location Jax fl. Ordered a Cobb salad and the young lady at the speaker says what else you want. At this point she needs training on how to speak with customers. So I sad I would like a wings and thing. She said something about traditional . I said to her don't it comes with fingers and bone in wings she told me no . So I read the menu to see what all comes in it so I said again does it come with the fingers and wings she said to me in a rude way that's what I just told you. Ok now it's time to talk to a manager. I get to the window he's already there waiting so he knows she was wrong. So now she keeps over talking and I told her I don't want to talk to her anymore I'm talking with the manager after about 4 times I'm saying I don't want to take to her he slams the window in my face. Excuse me now I'm really mad. I need a cooperate number. I sat there until someone comes back to the window and it was security he promise me the number and he gave me a fake number just so I could leave . They all laughed at the situation I don't think my time and gas I wasted was funny at all. I will make sure I tell everyone I know to not go to this location. Never in life would I ever thought I would be treated as such just because I was trying to find out how and what all comes with a wing n things

  • I was just fired for today for doin my job and talking to another worker and Zaxbys general manager threatened to call the law on me for coming to ask a manager for a number

  • I was in drive thru lane before 9pm on Saturday night. While waiting to drive forward to speaker box. It was several minutes a young man came out said we were closed. But I was on line before. Beside goggle stated closes at 1030. Called back asked to speak to a manager. Only this key hourly was there. Ask for area directors contact info. He had no clue what I was asking for. I under stand closing at 9. But if I'm in line should have been served. If I was inside would he told me to leave , no. Myself being in the businessfor over 40 years and owning my own kitchen/ catering would never treat my customers like that. But then again I'm small business owner and cant afford to turn customers away. After all they will return again. I won't be back to a zaxby for sure

  • I was working for a Zaxby's but was recently terminated. The equipment isn't working correctly (not holding temp), food is being served out of date, dirty as in water filters not being changed when supposed to, ect. There's much much more but you get the drift. I was terminated because the owner is messing around with a new Assistant Manager and I was the only one trying to get her to actually do her job. Very sad I loved it there and the people I worked with.

  • I am very annoyed. I visited the Zaxbys in Jacksonville, Fl at the TOWN center and the large cups are so flimsy that when I was try to get the lid on , which was so hard to get on the cup bent and tea went all over me and my expensive watch. I went to counter and the employee told me management was aware and offered me a cookie. Really. I'm soaked from my hands down and a cookie is what I'm offered. I want a cup that doesn't collapse.   • I work at zaxbys in Ellenwood Georgia and they have been treating there employees with disrespect and the managers have been bullying all the employees and it is not a friendly place to work please do something about this im afraid to contact the dm about it because im afraid she wont do anything everyone of us employees is getting so fed up with this and we shouldn't be coming in the job being so stressed out
