A Chick fil A opened in Greensboro, Georgia some months ago. If the customer service doesn't step up to the plate, I don't see it being opened for any length of time.
I have been to so many Chick-fil-A's throughout Georgia and surrounding areas for many years. I moved to Greensboro to be near my grandchildren who by the way, happen to love some Chick-fil-A and were so happy when we got one! It's unfortunate that after wanting for a Chick-fil-A in our area that it's no at good one. Folks wait in all kinds of lines for Chick-fil-A across the Country because the service and food is worth the wait. Think I'll spend my money and time elsewhere in Greensboro. Surely hope things will change at this location.
We ordered from the Riverview Fl fast food Chick Fa La… when my husband and dad returned, there wasn’t my sandwich in the bag. I had nothing to eat because I only ordered a drink and sandwich, chicken loaded with lettuce, tomato, etc. i then called the number of our location where they picked up the food, but no one answered. I hung up and kept trying all evening, but NO ONE would answer the phone. Finally, I left a message about what happened, telling them we still had our receipt and order number. No one called me back. I called again two days later because I wanted to wait a day in case they needed time. Once again, I went through the same thing… call and no answer multiple times. Left a message once again… again… no return phone call. Now mind you, if they would have gone right back up, my family’s food, at least my husband’s food would have been cold. Besides, we didn’t want to spend more gas. This location is so busy it’s not funny! There needs to be another restaurant around this one. There r 10’s thousands of houses in Riverview fl. I won’t ever eat there again and that’s not a lie. My hub has eaten there once since… no lie(!), I eat something here at home… salad, soup, sandwich whatever. I refuse to support this restaurant by eating there. Why so they can once again take my money and chance not getting my food! Btw.. the prices r stupidly high! The so-called chicken nuggets r so tiny, I ordered them once and was hungry after. I don’t do fries because I don’t like Chick Fa Las fries at all. I always get just a sandwich and eat chips here at home with it. Salads r crazy high
In July when Mr. Cathy was attacked by the liberal media for his comments in support of traditional marriage my wife and I went out of our way to eat at the nearest Chick-fil-a restaurant in Greenville,SC. We ate there several times because we wanted show our support for Mr.Cathy even though it was very crowded,we have never seen so many people at any restaurant before. This morning we heard on the news that Chick-fil-a has caved in to the media pressure by withdrawing their support of organizations that support traditional marriage. If this news report turns out to be true we will not be eating at Chick-fil-a in the future
I'm not a big fan of the food, but am a big fan of your standards, your faith. I just moved to Chicago, and see one opened right down the street, and will be there to get some food. I can say I'm not proud to be living here in Chicago, but maybe I needed to be here for a reson.
