Chuck E Cheese Hickory NC Excellent Experience

Chuck E Cheese, Wonderful family experience at Chuck E Cheese in Hickory, NC. Our extended family came from two different parts of New York State, Virginia and two places in North Carolina and went to the Hickory, NC Chuck E Cheese for a small reunion. Some family members had never met newer family members and others had not seen each other in close to twenty years. Everyone had a Great time, thanks to Tiffany the manager. We had a long table by the big screen and ordered an assortment of pizzas. All of the pizzas tasted great! Everyone — kids and adults had a Wonderful time playing the games, rides, and visiting with each other, etc. while waiting for our food. A highlight was when Chuck E Cheese posed with our family for a group photo. Thank You Tiffany and Chuck E Cheese for making this all possible!! It was a perfect time and I would definitely do it again.

Chuck E Cheese Syracuse NY Disappointing Experience

Chuck E Cheese, Today I took my daughter and 2 grandchildren to Chuck E Cheese in Syracuse NY. All went well until we heard yelling and cursing all through the location. We were waiting patiently in a long line to redeem their points, but there was no one working at the counter. The clerk was also doing food orders and had disappeared to get an order. A disgruntled father was screaming at the women behind the counter that was doing admissions, and it quickly escalated to him going through the front of the room cursing and using language you want no child to hear. The girl at the counter appeared to be the manager and continued screaming back at him, then he spit at her with other patrons standing right there. The store employee told him she would meet him outside. There was no security or anyone in the building to step in or help the women. They went outside while someone called the authorities. We scooped up our kids as did other parents, and there was no one at the door to check that the kids were with the correct parties that brought them. Then we had to run around these two maniacs that were screaming obscenities right outside the front door. With kids screaming, crying and scared, we left the premises and spent the rest of the afternoon calming down our children and trying to explain why it happened. Totally inexcusable that there is no security in a business that caters to children and is located in a tough part of town. Also, knowing that it was a school vacation week, and a large birthday party going on, additional staff should have been scheduled to take the burden off the few that were trying to run the place, unsuccessfully. Totally ruined day.

Chuck E Cheese Paramus NJ Frustrating Issue

Chuck E Cheese, I was told that my son would have to get off of the trampoline because he was “bothering” another kid who did not want my son jumping next to him. The worker tried to tell my son that he can only jump in the first two boxes and that he couldn’t jump to any other boxes. This was even after explaining that my child has difficulty with understanding certain directions because of his autism. The manager also did nothing to help diffuse the situation.

Chuck E Cheese Long Island NY Disappointing

Chuck E Cheese, Visiting your Patchogue Long Island store on sunrise Highway service Road as we have many times…. two years ago we have recently purchased the $13 pair of kids socks over-the-counter show my three-year-old grandson. Could spend a few minutes on the trampoline…. The next time we visited that location we were told it was another $13 even though we brought the socks we purchased their previously if he wants to go on the trampoline….. I had already refilled my game card for him and ordered our pizzas…. Had I not done that I would have left….. Employee who refused to let him use the trampoline with the socks that he had previously purchased from you unless we paid another $13….. very unfair… and very rude employee… thank you for hearing my grievance.
