Reach Out To Pizza Hut Corporate Office – Review and Complaints 

I’d like to know why your company spends so much time on advertising and not enough updating the outdated dilapidated buildings around the country. We are at the one at 1127 Erie Blvd, Rome, NY 13440 and it’s got ripped seats, flys on the windows, rickety furniture, chairs from the ‘80s, the bathroom hand dryer didn’t work, ceiling needs painting, my butt feels the wood under the cushion on the seat, tabletops are worn…..why aren’t you updating these buildings? Have you seen your ratings on Yelp and others? This place has a 2.5. I’d rate it lower because of the dumpy inside. There’s a vacuum in the corner behind a booth in the dining area. I’ll try attaching pictures but why aren’t they updating?

Pizza Hut, While placing my order the person at the register, Luke, was complaining out loud, about how he should have gotten off at 7:00. Several minutes later an employee from another Pizza Hut came in and started asking Luke why he was still at work. Luke replied, out loud in front of several customers, he was supposed to be off “but all these customers came”. This comment made one customer apologize. Personally, the one to apologize is Luke. His customer service was horrible. I don’t think he understands it’s the customers which pay his check.

Pizza Hut, Should I tip for carry out? I have been going to Pizza Hut since it has opened. I think it is the best pizza you can get, but my problem is being asked to give a tip when I pick up my pizza at the store I always tip when I get a delivery but not a carry out.

Went to Pizza Hut for carry out. Coupon was a large pizza with five toppings for 10.00. Store could not process coupon so I used online while in the store. Response was not available. Coupon stated exp date of 10-14-24.

Pizza Hut, Bad promo. We received a card entitling us to a free large pizza to celebrate 100 years. I called my local store (Grand Blanc, MI)at 3:30 pm and was told they were out and had already given away over 400 pies. I understand that the promotion existed “while supplies last”, but it seems to me that, if you’re going to send out 1000 cards, you should be prepared to give away 1000 pizzas. “Over 400” isn’t even half of the allowed cards. I think I’ll bring it to the world’s attention as to what a scam this is! Think about how many families would have ordered dinner from you tonight had this been an honest promotion.
