Marcos, Should be Zero stars, the worst customer service Ever! I have an online coupon that is good until tonight, it says to order online. Well the online system is having issues so I called the store the very rude person on the phone says those are only on tuesday and no not going to honor the coupon. I asked to speak to the manager and in a snotty snide beyond rude tone , She said I’m the manager and I’m mot going to take the coupon even if I went in to show her the email to get you pizzas for dinner. After that I will no longer order from your restaurants again. If that is how you train a manager to speak to a weekly customer and show so much disrespect, I will no longer buy from your restaurant.

Marcos, Disappointed! Tried to order on online but website just kept spinning. Then I tried to call 2 x and no one answered phone just, someone will be with you shortly. So I walked into the Marcos we always use. Told them I tried to use website and tried to call. Never been treated so rudely. Should have walked out but ordered any way. They wouldn’t honor any coupons because said I had to do online🤦🏻‍♀️. After getting pizzas, no thank you or anything. Plus they didn’t even CUT the pizzas. They acted as if I was inconveniencing them by making them work. Never going back to the Marcos on Double Churches in Columbus.

I recently used a $50 Marco’s gift card to make a purchase of $21.78, but afterward, the balance showed only $5.00 remaining — which is clearly incorrect.
