Reach Out To Taco Bell Corporate Office – Review and Complaints 

Taco Bell, excellent customer service. I placed an online order yesterday thinking I would be able to select a time later in the day for pick up. However, the application did not give me that option and my order was placed for immediate pickup. The application did not permit me to cancel my order, so I called the Taco Bell location at 2078 SR 19 in Tavares, FL. Meghan answered the phone, and I asked to speak to a manager. She stated she was the General Manager. From the “get-go”, Meghan was so pleasant, and her voice indicated she was a sincere and service-oriented person. I explained the situation to her, and she stated she would let her staff know and that she would still be working at the desired pick-up time. Everything went smoothly and Meghan made me feel valued and heard. Meghan is an asset to your company. Thank you again, Meghan!

Taco Bell, I went to the Taco Bell on Coach Lane in Cameron Park California one of the employees named James was on drugs you can tell he was spun out of his mind I was trying to put my wallet away before I left the window after purchasing my food he walks up to the window and says we’re timed why are you still sitting here at the window. Why does Taco Bell hires people like this this man needs to be fired on top of messing with people’s food and laughing about it? In the background that’s what they were doing when I was pulled up before the incident talking about tampering with people’s food and all of the employees were laughing about it that was before the incident if this man does not get fired I am going to sue Taco Bell for emotional abuse just trying to get something for dinner he needs to be fired his name was James probably 30s or 40s not sure but you can definitely tell he was under the influence of some kind of speed I will return maybe at a later date to make sure he is no longer working there.

Taco Bell, Kings Highway, Port Charlotte, FL. First of all we have been faithful patrons for many years, have always enjoyed our meals from there…. however today 09/20/2024 a young woman by the name Sara took our drive through order. She was very unpleasant, no thank you, no smile and just plain rude. Before we pulled out of the parking lot we checked the bag and the order was not correct. So I pulled around to the window again to tell her that the order wasn’t right and she got really testie with me and said, “give me the bag and I will check it. She then sarcastically said that she didn’t make a mistake, that it was us….I’m sorry, but I come from a long line of public service and have never treated anyone with such disrespect! I would suggest that you vet your employees better.

For years a have been going to Taco bell late night Cheap eat well no more for the money I will go and get the Real stuff No way Did your cost got up that high So last night I got 3 get some Steak Steak quesadillas Came out to $20This will be the last time I will go to your store I am no longer a customer I work at a warehouse With 800 people$26 for 12 tacos You’re out of your mind. We have discussed it You better get the real stuff for less money Your value was no longer valued I know you’ve lost a lot of customers Then we’ll continue to lose more.
