Reach Out To Taco Bell Corporate Office – Review and Complaints 

Taco Bell, Kiosk ordering issue. I have ordered using kiosks the last few times and I reviewed my order but it prints out incorrectly and I get home and my order is not correct. Noticed it today when ordering. Printed out with items I didn’t want on the item not showing. Plus got a tostado and had 1/3 of my tostado with food on it. This was Carmel Mountain Taco Bell in San Diego. Please check the kiosks are functioning properly upon printing to the back to make the order. I will not be back to this location for a while. Used to be good. Added two kiosks and they are malfunctioning upon printing out in the back.

Taco Bell, My son who is 19 and trying to live on his own. A few months back he was promoted to assistant manager and being paid salary. His manager was working him 64-70 hours per week and only paying him for 40 hours. He would call my son on his days off and try to get him to come in to cover other people and when he would decline he would make him feel guilty telling him “come on man your are supposed to be my assistant!” My son has not slept well in months, he is exhausted, overworked, not eating well. Last week while he was at work he had a panic attack where he had loss of vision and leg numbness to the point he couldn’t stand. His friend took him to the emergency room where he was diagnosed as malnourished and anxious. While in the ER, his friend (who also works at Taco Bell) receives a text telling them that my son is fired! Seriously, you are firing him while he is in the ER for a medical issue???? His boss told him he should have went and sat in the bathroom for a few hours and then got back to work!!! This is one manager that is a terrible leader and needs to be fired himself! He should not be treating other employees this way and taking advantage of the ones that don’t know any better and are trying to learn. Just for this, Taco Bell has lost my business for Life!!!

Taco Bell, First let me advise that I love Taco Bell and the food offerings. I am a frequent customer. Once I saw the $7. 00 Lux Box advertised I headed to my local,(Jacksonville Florida) lo0cation and ordered the box, only to be charge over $8 00 for the box. When questioned I asked for the manager and he advised that deal is only good at Corporate stores. I responded that sounds like false advertising since There were zero disclaimers in the ad and further advised they were getting a Free Ride by failing to offer the food at the advertised price. I have since visited 3 other locations in Jacksonville with the same response. Please advise why these franchisees are not offering the advertised prices and why the corporate offices permit such deceptive practices?

Taco Bell, Your points that we get from scanning is false! I go to Taco Bell quite a bit and every time it tells me I have made certain amount of points and it is in fact false. Today it stated I made 81 points and it still shows the same amount I already have. Today is 1/9/25. I will never return to your store again!!!!

Taco Bell, Service was terrible, dining room was grubby and it appeared as if there were mouse droppings on the window sill. Took over five minutes of standing at the counter before someone came to get your order. I think perhaps there were only two people working in the place. The floors and even the walls were grubby in appearance. Then when I saw what appeared to be mouse droppings on the window sill, I threw my order in the trash and walked out.
