Burger King Corporate Office Headquarters 

I am trying to get some answers as to why my gift card isn’t being accepted at the restaurant. I have been bounced around three times! There is no apparent way to contact bk. I was asked to pay $5 and they will hear my complaint! Seriously?

I visited a local Burger King yesterday, Sunday, Sept. 22, and ordered a Jr. Whopper with cheese, no ketchup, and no mayo. Once I received the order, I didn’t check it, which was my mistake. The sandwich was terrible—cold, old brown lettuce, not really lettuce, but the end of the lettuce. I wasn’t given a receipt. I will attach what was on the bag reflecting the order. This email isn’t about a refund or a free sandwich. It is about the service and the product. I worked at a Burger King in College Park, MD, in the 80s, and my manager would have been horrified if we prepared a sandwich like that and gave it to a customer. My manager was Rocko Aulto (misspelled), and he was hard on us and had high expectations for us. I was disappointed in what I received and will not be going back. Thank you for your time.

Burger King, The women’s restroom has been “out of service” for the last 3 weeks. Men’s restroom was completely out of paper on recent visit. We’re seriously thinking of going to Hardees next door.

Burger King, Store 190 916 Veterans Memorial Blvd. Metairie, La 70005. Unpolite personnel. Would not provide managers name or phone. Threw my receipt in garbage. Only when I insited she gave to me. dt 152. Building roof is leaking on the back. There are two huge pot holes one in the back where drive through is and other where the pay window is. This has been going on now for 3 years. Multiple times I have complained because my car is getting damaged. Terrible management and even worse perssonnel.
