Burger King Corporate Office Headquarters 

Texture of the onion rings! I purchased onion rings at the BK on DuPont Road in Fort Wayne, Indiana. There were no onions in the onion rings. It felt as if I was eating dough all shaped the same size, like a ring. If you’re going to deceive the Customers let us know! It’s been years since I ate at Buger King and I’m totally disappointed. The taste is horrible too! I really don’t know what I’ve consumed but it’s definitely NOT onion rings! The inside looks like dough.

I am trying to get some answers as to why my gift card isn’t being accepted at the restaurant. I have been bounced around three times! There is no apparent way to contact bk. I was asked to pay $5 and they will hear my complaint! Seriously?

Poor customer service. Greenville Texas location has terriable customer service. On 7/2/24, I asked for a burger with NO bun, onion and ketchup (health issue) and they did not remore the bun or other items requested. When I was handed the drinks that had spewed over the sides. I asked for napkins to clean the cup, the young lady at the window grabbed napkins and very angerly handed them to me. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this Burger King, but it is definetly time that this issue is brouht to the attention of the Corporate Office. I also tried to leave a review through www.mybkexperience.com, but because they no longer give you receipts, you are not able to leave reviews for their store. No doubt in my mind, that this is on purpose. I will also be calling the Burger King Headquarters! Absolutely Ridiculous! They have offically lost my business……

Manager was anything but helpful. I normally go to the location E Tamiami Trail Naples Florida. I’ve had problem s with the app on numerous occasions but this time, and it happen before, the manager basically said that he was to busy to deal with the app problem. I had the app for either buy one Whopper BOGO or it was Whopper Wednesday either offer was good. My first attempt the cashier and myself could get the code on the app. I left the line and worked on it. I got the code and got back on a longer line. I had a code but again the cashier, who was trying to help, couldn’t get the code to work. She asked the manager to help. While I saw he was busy he knew this was my second try saw the code but said I’m too busy to do anything about it. I’m not used to being treated like a pain by a manager who maybe thought I was a pain. I’ve never had this problem with other places, McDonalds for example. When there was a problem the manager handled it and just gave the deal when he saw the code. This is not the first time I’ve had trouble at this location but it will be the last. I was nasty nor did I make a big deal. I am extremely patient and i know it’s not easy to run an operation like this. BUT I will not be treated like this.

Shocked and appalled! I was called a b**** by the female worker cooking the food that visit, who used the obscenity three times in her rant because she had to remake the sandwich due to another Burger King employee’s error! I was mortified. I have never been treated with such abhorrent disrespect by a business I was patronizing! I am extremely uncomfortable about ever going back, fearing since she was that abusive with her unprofessional speech will she decide to spit on my food or poison me on the next visit?!
