Extremely Poor Customer Service and Unsanitary Conditions at Wendy’s on 8645 S Stony Island contamination. To support my claims, I have taken numerous photographs as evidence to substantiate my complaint against this particular Wendy’s location. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the abysmal customer service and unsanitary conditions I experienced at the Wendy’s located at 8645 S Stony Island in Chicago, Illinois. I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention as a loyal customer who values quality service and cleanliness. Firstly, the entire staff, including the manager, exhibited an alarming lack of professionalism and a consistently negative attitude towards customers. It was evident that they had no genuine intention to provide satisfactory service. If there were an option to rate them with a zero, I would have done so.

Furthermore, I was shocked to witness several other troubling occurrences during my visit. The breakfast service was terminated abruptly, a full thirty minutes before its scheduled end time. Additionally, I observed openly displayed mouse traps within the dining area, which is both unhygienic and concerning for the overall safety and well-being of customers. Equally disturbing was the blatant disregard for food safety protocols. The employees handling food did not wear gloves, posing a serious risk Given the gravity of these issues, I am resolved to take further action. I plan to initiate a door-to-door petition campaign, urging for the temporary closure of this Wendy’s branch until appropriate measures are implemented to ensure that the establishment operates with a competent and customer-oriented team. I trust that you will take my concerns seriously and undertake the necessary measures to address the deplorable conditions at this Wendy’s location. As a valued customer who has frequented Wendy’s for an extended period, I genuinely hope that this matter will be resolved promptly and effectively.

Wendy’s Order. Friday evening at 6:40 I placed a $53 order and paid by card in advance. I said I would pick up between 7 and 7:15. When we arrived at 7:15 the order still wasn’t ready and I was shorted two drinks that were supposed to come with the combos. This is unacceptable and is the second time in less than a month that I have paid money and had my order messed up. Somebody needs to get their act straight.

Wendy’s, Demoralizing the employees. I Am A Frequent Client Of Wendy’s On Consumers Road In Whitby Ontario. What I Noticed Today By David The Manager Was Extremely Sad, The Way He Spoke To His Staff In A Rude, Condescending, Manner. Clearly The Staff Was Late And He Kept Bashing Her Verbally. This Is Teenager Making A Living, And Took His Verbal Abuse Because They Needed A Job. Instead Of Being A Team Leader He Was Clearly There On A Power Trip, Using His Position To Use This Staff As Punching Bag. Sad But I Will Not Be Going There Or Eating Wendy’s Any More If This Is How You Train You Managers To Treat Their Subordinates By Demoralizing And Treating Them This Way.

I purchased some garlic parmesan nuggets from your Fulton NY location (13069) and there was no sauce on them, no garlic flavor no parm cheese on them, just some overpriced regular nuggets. I’m so disappointed, the first title is “saucy nuggets” nope, not this time!! I would like a refund please, iIhave the receipt, I’ll be more than happy to provide you with that.

I feel really bad for the staff that have to work with the unhinged manager at Wendy’s in Cody. She had been rude before, but this time she shoved a receipt in my face and yelled for me to leave the drive through and never come back. She then proceeded to run out the side door as I was pulling out onto Sheridan Ave and yell for me to “Never come back, ever!!!” LOL my horrible offense? One that warrented her unhinged outburst? I had the audacity to point out that they didn’t ring up my order correctly and were overcharging me. I eat there (well I guess I should say I ate there) 2-3 times a week and I know what the price is for my meal. I’m bummed that I didn’t get my favorite meal, but I got a great meal at Arby’s from a very nice person at the drive through. I will be submitting my complaint to Wendy’s corporation regarding their manager via email as soon as I get home. He personally saw this same manager not 10 minutes before berating an employee this same way today. This is unprofessional behavior and this manager should be fired.
