    Wendy’s at 9806 Fry Road, Cypress Texas
    For starters, I'm not feeling too well; have a cold and taking antibiotics. I ran over to Wendy's to get my wife’s favorite meal to celebrate her day.
    1) The guy taking the order must have just started work today. He can barely get the order into the machine.
    2) Finally gets to the order into the machine, I pay, and he looks at me like "Well?". I asked for a receipt. He tells me, "I'll give it to you when you get your order".
    3) They begin making my order. The manager who is making most of the items I ordered is wearing plastic gloves. The guy who took my order grabs 2 Chilli cups and sticks his finger way down into the cups to hold them. Mind you, he has NO GLOVES! Who knows where his hands have been.
    4) I call out to the manager and asked if he should be wearing gloves. She looks at me then ignores me.
    5) The order is filled and he places my items into a single bag as requested.
    6) I again ask for my receipt. He fumbles around on his console trying to print a receipt. The manager comes over and tells me that the printer is out of order. "OK, can you at least write down the correct amount that I just spent?" (close to $50). Again, she ignores me and walks back to filling orders.
    7) I leave, not too happy.
    8 I get home and dump the 2 large chillis into the sink. I'm already feeling bad from a cold. Lord knows, I don't need any more germs to make matters worse.

     
  • Had your chili taco today in Surfside Beach, SC. It was put in the trash. I posted on FB how dissatisfied I was. Could not get any call through to any of your #'s or any survey. This is what I received from one of your employees in Salem, Oregon on FB. Cristina Miller told me to cook at home along w/other rude comments. I told her that I was going to corporate and she replied Cristina Miller
    "lol yeah good luck with that!" I will NEVER order from Wendy's again.

     
  • I live in Tulsa Ok. But I work in Broken Arrow Ok. and went to store 9481 on 2/9/2022 and ordered the Apple pecan salad. It has blue cheese in it, and it was bad. I called and was told by the manager to write her name on my receipt, and she would have it replaced. I looked and there was no receipt, so I put the salad in the fridge. I went back to Wendy's the next day on my lunch hour and asked a man by the name of Aaron for the manager Rhonda and he went to get her and she waved him off and said exchange it and get her out of here. She did not acknowledge me at all. As a person that works in the customer service industry myself, I felt unimportant and a nuisance. She was very unprofessional in how she handled the situation. Aaron on the other hand was very helpful and apologetic and it was not even his fault – Kuddos to him! I appreciate people that care. This is store number 9481.

     
  • WENT TO THE WENDY'S ON JEFFERSON IN DETROIT. I ORDERED A BREAKFAST SANDWICH, WHICH I AM TO RECIEVE A DRINK FOR FREE. AFTER PLACING MY OERDER THE CASHIER GAVE ME A TOTAL OF 8.43. I THEN ASKED IF MY DRINK WAS FREE, THE CAHIER RESPONDED, OH YOU ARE TO LET US KNOW THAT. THEN QUOTED THE NEW PRICE OF 5.07. since WHEN DO I HAVE TO INFORM YOU THAT MY DRINK IS FREE IN ORDER TO NOT BE CHARGED, WHEN THERE IS A WHOLE COMMERCIAL THAT TELLS ME SO. I AM NOW ON THE PHONE WAITING FOR SOMEONE FROM CUSTOMER CARE. I HAVE BEEN LISTENING TO THIS MUSIC FOR 8 MINUTES PLUS NOW. WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON?
