Wendy's Savannah GA Disappointing

Wendy’s, customer service and missing part of my order and all food was luke warm. I was at the Wendy’s that was just built on Ogeechee road and Chatham parkway on highway 17 in Savannah, GA. I ordered 3 double stack Biggie Bags and the sauces were ghost pepper ranch, BBQ sauce and honey mustard and all 3 drinks were 2 Sprites and one Strawberry Fanta and I also ordered a 6 piece ghost pepper sauce nuggets with a medium fruit punch when I get to the window i asked the guy cashier to repeat my order and he did repeat it back I asked him how much it was he told me $25.55 ad shut the window and began to stroll on his phone and I waved my card to get his attention and when he opened the window up I made the statement he shouldn’t be on his phone while conducting business suppose I was a secret shopper to see how they handle their customers I finally got my food I left and went home my child who I ordered the 6 piece ghost pepper sauce nuggets for came to me and asked me where were the sauce nuggets I ordered I went back up to Wendy’s to retrieve the sauce nuggets the gave me 10 dried and cold nuggets that look like they were sitting for a while the young lady put them in a black tray with no lid and put a little piece of clear wrap on it and said they had no more lids and staff started laughing I want my whole refund back I will not return I wish to have the store manager or someone from cooperate to contact me the wait wasn’t worth it.

Wendy's Urbana OH Disappointing

Wendy’s, Poor customer service & food appearance & flavor. I have been wanting to write this for at least the last 2 or 3 months, but family & health issues have been in the way. We usually eat at Wendy’s in Urbana, Ohio frequently, but as of late something is definitely going awry. Many times, I have set in line, for 20 + minutes to get to the speaker, only to be told, I’m sorry but we aren’t taking orders right now? What*&? I worked at this store when it was first built as an opener & closer in the early 70’s. It was owned then by Jim Hilliker and if he could see how this store is managed today, he’d have a coronary. Yesterday we went to the drive-through and wanted to get to the speaker…It took 4 times talking to the girl to get our order correct as we thought? Order was 2 Double cheeses plain, & 1 New Mushroom & Bacon Burger & medium fries. We paid for & picked up our order. Waitress acted like we were inconveniencing her by being there. Unfriendly & short. We opened our bag when we got home & to say I was surprised at what we saw in the bag was an understatement!! Both Double cheeses had various condiments on both of them (were supposed to be plain) and were half wrapped laying open. The mushroom & bacon had so much sauce on it that it was all over the inside of the bag & not wrapped correctly either. French fries were cold & greasy. We just spent almost $25.for this!? I used to be proud to tell people that I used to work there! I don’t think we’ll be going back again. There definitely isn’t any management watching over this store. It just keeps getting worse. I don’t want or expect anything from Wendy’s. I just thought someone at corporate would like to know what is happening at this Urbana, Ohio Store! It’s really sad! Back in the 70’s the food was good, appearance of food was good employees were friendly & we were to have the order up & out the drive-through window in less than 3 minutes! I will try to attach pics of food in bag & the receipt for you! Thank you! I hope someone can get this store under control.

Extremely Poor Customer Service and Unsanitary Conditions at Wendy’s on 8645 S Stony Island contamination. To support my claims, I have taken numerous photographs as evidence to substantiate my complaint against this particular Wendy’s location. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the abysmal customer service and unsanitary conditions I experienced at the Wendy’s located at 8645 S Stony Island in Chicago, Illinois. I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention as a loyal customer who values quality service and cleanliness. Firstly, the entire staff, including the manager, exhibited an alarming lack of professionalism and a consistently negative attitude towards customers. It was evident that they had no genuine intention to provide satisfactory service. If there were an option to rate them with a zero, I would have done so.

Furthermore, I was shocked to witness several other troubling occurrences during my visit. The breakfast service was terminated abruptly, a full thirty minutes before its scheduled end time. Additionally, I observed openly displayed mouse traps within the dining area, which is both unhygienic and concerning for the overall safety and well-being of customers. Equally disturbing was the blatant disregard for food safety protocols. The employees handling food did not wear gloves, posing a serious risk Given the gravity of these issues, I am resolved to take further action. I plan to initiate a door-to-door petition campaign, urging for the temporary closure of this Wendy’s branch until appropriate measures are implemented to ensure that the establishment operates with a competent and customer-oriented team. I trust that you will take my concerns seriously and undertake the necessary measures to address the deplorable conditions at this Wendy’s location. As a valued customer who has frequented Wendy’s for an extended period, I genuinely hope that this matter will be resolved promptly and effectively.

Wendy's Ft Worth TX Disappointing Order Issue

January 13, 2025

Wendy’s, Did not want to take our order. Walked into the Wendy’s on John T white in Ft Worth, TX. Lady said no one was working up front. I asked if we should leave and she suggested the drive through. There was no one in the drive through. She did not want to walk 5 feet to take our order. She was letting us know she did not want to wait on us. We did end up leaving.

Wendy’s, How do I reset the app? Two email addresses are locked out. I need to reset both addresses so I can start over. I’ve been trying to resolve this issue for two years. Wendy’s is impossible to contact. 800 # not answered or inappropriate menus. Email does not go through as questions are inappropriate for issue.
