Reach Whataburger Corporate Office 

It appears that Whataburger can’t get it right anymore. The last 3 times that I’ve ordered at the drive through they’ve gotten my order wrong. I’ve paid for food that I never got home with. It seems that Whataburger like all the other fast food restaurants are hiring only kids with ADHD…with the exception of Chick Fil A. They seem to always get it right. I grew up on Whataburger, believing that it was the best place in Texas. Now I’m starting to think that they are like so many other fast food restaurants. They don’t care!!! All these kids want $20 per hour. But they are not willing to earn it. Most of them do not have enough education to command $20 per hour. I’m just glad that they are not in charge of a nuclear power plant somewhere.

Bring back the Steak Burger! Love your onion rings! My husband and I are loyal Whataburger customers. One of our favorite burgers is the Steak Burger. I know it was a temporary offer, but it deserves a permanent place on your menu. Also thank you for offering excellent onion rings. We enjoy them with every order.

For years I wondered why Whataburger sponsored the Texas Rangers but didn’t have a concession at Globe Life Field. I am a long time season ticket holder so I’ve seen a lot of flying fries. I was excited to see, finally, a Whataburger concession open at Globe Life Field in 2024. Friday 6/21 I decided to give it a try, knowing it was a sure thing food purchase. Was I ever wrong. It was the worst Whataburger I ever had…and I’ve had plenty. The meat was room temperature, obviously cooked several hours before being served and was like a dry piece of cardboard. It was slapped on a bun and covered with cold lettuce etc. making it a cold cardboard burger. The fries were OK except covered with so much salt they were almost inedible. Of course, the price was double which I expected and was willing to pay…for a real deal Whataburger. $18 for cardboard and salt. There are actually 2 locations inside Globe Life Field. I visited the 3rd base location. I’m not going back and warning my friends to get an overpriced Hawt-Dawg instead.

Really??!! You just opened & the manager is telling people who have waited over an hour & a half & had their order wrong…”if you don’t like it, just stay home”. The manager!!! Shame on Kevin!!

The Steakburger was unflavorful and over priced to say the least. It is good that it is temporary. Someone in their wisdom has changed the bacon it is not the same or someone substuded it. Some ideas work but this one did not. Steakburger special not so special and to expensive for something that taste that bad.
