Reach Whataburger Corporate Office Headquarters 

Whataburger, Products look nothing like advertised items..My last 2 visits to Whataburger (Crestview, Fl and Irving, Tx – 2515 W. airport fwy) have been extremely disappointing as the products I was presented didn’t look anything like the advertised product.. Both times I had the new Bacon Blaze burger.. As you can see from the photo from the Irving restaurant.. Was Mashed Flat! Very unappealing and disgusting.. I believe that presentation is important and contributes to an enjoyable meal..

Whataburger, Waited 20 minutes for a raw chicken sandwich. I typically would not give Whataburger a rating like this, but this particular location deserves one. I visited the Gessner location in Houston today, 1040 Gessner. I placed my order and paid but had to wait over 20 minutes before parking and going inside to see what the holdup was. I waited another 10 minutes at the counter being ignored. I was told they were making sure my meal was fresh. I did finally did get my meal and left promptly because I needed to return to work. I ate as I drove, my fries were cold and when I bit into my sandwich, I immediately had a difficult time biting into my chicken. It kept sliding. I used my finger to hold it in place and when I bit into the meat, I could tell the chicken was raw. I have never ever had this happen before. I did not go back to the store because the staff was rude. Please monitor this store. This is not ok.

Whataburger, Wake up call. received a call from the whataburger (2x) on University Drive, Edinburg TX. near UTRGV looking for a taxi. I understand it was a miscall but why my number? Joe, the manager, did not care. Thank you for the wake up call. I was unable to fall back asleep until 6:00 am.

Whataburger – Question About Employee Policy. My son, who is a minor, worked at a Whataburger location in Livingston, TX, and I would like to ask about your employee policies. A Team Leader at the store swore at him, which I find highly unprofessional. At most companies I’ve worked for, this would result in immediate termination. However, this behavior was ignored, and the situation escalated to the point where my son, under stress, also swore. While I agree this was inappropriate and unprofessional on his part, he was let go because it was seen as setting a bad example.I’m struggling to understand why leadership is allowed to act in such a way toward employees, particularly minors, without consequences. Could you please clarify the policies that would explain how these decisions are made? I would have emailed directly, but your “contact us” form seems tailored for food-related issues, not employment questions. Thank you for your time.

Whataburger, Was given a Whataburger gift card it doesn’t even work. Very disappointed in the service on Corpus Christi Ocean drive. I was given a Whataburger gift card with all my excitement I went there they did not put it in my card please call me back.
