Reach Whataburger Corporate Office 

Whataburger, Poor service. I have been to the Whataburger on Pat Booker, in Universal City Texas 5 times in the last six months and the milk shake machine has been out of service. This store is two years old at the most. I have never experienced anything like this in my life.

Whataburger, Never again. Two days in a row ordered via drive through at Whataburger on Hwy 123 in Seguin, TX. Both times our order was messed up. We got home with food we did not order, and only 1/2 of what we did order. You need to send someone to this location and teach your people how to hand out the right order to the right person. We hardly go there anymore because of the mess ups. Wish Whataburger had not sold to a large Corp – at least old Whataburger had their people trained – it has gone to “heck in a handbag” since it has had new owners.

Whataburger, Terrible service. I ordered a breakfast bowl from the drive through on Timberland drive in Lufkin Texas. Once ordering and paying, I was instructed to pull forward to wait on my order- which took 15 minutes. The store was not busy. The attendant finally came to my vehicle and said “here you go” and then went back inside. When I drove off and began to try and eat my meal- there were no utensils. My receipt did not have a store number or a code to take the survey. By the time I got my food – it was cold and so was my coffee. I couldn’t eat my meal because I had no utensils.

Whataburger, the location at Golden Triangle & I-35 in Keller, TX. consistently gets orders wrong and forgets items. On multiple occasions, I’ve waited in line for over 25 minutes. The staff is often rude, and one time while sitting at the window, they ignored me for 15 minutes, chatting amongst themselves. They eventually handed me my food without even processing payment and shut the window. This level of service is unacceptable and needs improvement.

Whataburger, My wife and I stopped at our local Whataburger after a long trip, eager for a meal. Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience with the night shift manager. Upon entering, she immediately told us we’d have to wait without giving an estimated time. When we asked how long, she shrugged and said, “As long as I need you to.” This dismissive attitude was surprising, as we’ve had no issues during daytime visits. The manager then went to the back, where we could hear laughter, making us feel uncomfortable, as if they were laughing at us. Eventually, she came back to take our order, but it took another 35–40 minutes before we received our food. During this time, I noticed her handling food without gloves, picking up tortilla shells with a bare hand. This left us feeling uneasy, and we ultimately decided not to eat our meals. We usually have good experiences at Whataburger, but this night was different. Because of the manager’s behavior and lack of proper food handling, we’ll avoid visiting in the early morning hours. We hope this feedback helps improve service on the night shift.
