BD’s Mongolian Grill Corporate Office and Customer Service

🗨  Comments

BD’s Mongolian Grill is an Asian-fusion restaurant brand known for its interactive create-your-own stir-fry concept. Guests select proteins, vegetables, noodles, sauces, and seasonings before restaurant employees cook the ingredients on a large open grill.

Customers with questions about food, service, charges, rewards, gift cards, online orders, accessibility, or a restaurant experience should normally contact the specific BD’s location first. The Irving support office and online guest-contact form are more appropriate when a restaurant manager has not resolved the concern or when the inquiry involves the brand, website, privacy, careers, or another company-wide matter.

BD’s Mongolian Grill Corporate Office Contact Information

BD’s does not currently publish universal public office hours for its Irving support office. Restaurant hours vary by location, day, holiday, and local operating conditions.

Where Is BD’s Mongolian Grill Corporate Office?

BD’s official guest-contact and careers pages list:

BD’s Mongolian Grill
8200 Springwood Drive, Suite 230
Irving, TX 75063
United States

This address is associated with restaurant-support and administrative functions. It is not a BD’s dining location or a public customer-service counter.

Do not mail food, return merchandise, gift cards, payment-card information, employment documents, or sensitive personal records to the office unless an authorized representative provides written instructions.

What Is BD’s Mongolian Grill’s Corporate Phone Number?

The previously published number 1-888-436-4447 appears in older directories and historical restaurant listings. BD’s current official guest-contact page does not publish it as a verified general corporate, human-resources, or customer-service number.

For current guest assistance, use:

  • The telephone number for the restaurant involved
  • The official online contact form
  • in**@*****go.com

BD’s privacy policy separately publishes 214-774-4240 for questions relating to that policy. It should not be assumed to be a universal restaurant customer-service line.

Corporate Office Versus Local Restaurant Management

Contact the individual BD’s restaurant for:

  • Restaurant hours
  • Reservations or seating questions
  • Recent dine-in visits
  • Food quality
  • Incorrect or missing items
  • Refunds and charge corrections
  • Takeout or delivery orders
  • Allergy questions
  • Lost property
  • Restaurant accessibility
  • Employee conduct
  • Local fundraising events
  • Restaurant employment applications

Contact the brand through its guest form or Irving support office for:

  • A complaint not resolved by restaurant management
  • Website or app concerns
  • Rewards-account problems
  • Privacy questions
  • Management career inquiries
  • Media, vendor, real-estate, or business matters
  • Questions affecting multiple restaurants

Some BD’s restaurants may be operated by franchisees or affiliated operating companies. A local franchisee may be responsible for employment, management, refunds, operations, and other restaurant-level decisions.

How to Find a BD’s Mongolian Grill Restaurant

Use the official restaurant locator rather than relying on an older directory or search result.

A current restaurant page may provide:

  • The restaurant address
  • Local telephone number
  • Daily hours
  • Directions
  • Dine-in availability
  • Takeout and delivery options
  • Online ordering
  • Catering links
  • A location-specific menu

BD’s online pages contain some inconsistent or historical location information. Confirm that a restaurant is currently open before traveling.

BD’s Mongolian Grill corporate office and restaurant guest support information
BD’s Mongolian Grill operates an interactive create-your-own stir-fry restaurant concept. Restaurant-specific concerns should normally begin with the manager at the location involved.

How to File a Complaint With BD’s Mongolian Grill

For a restaurant complaint:

  1. Keep the receipt, order confirmation, and payment record.
  2. Contact the restaurant where the transaction or incident occurred.
  3. Ask to speak with the manager on duty or general manager.
  4. Explain the concern clearly and state the resolution requested.
  5. Record the date, time, location, and name or position of the person contacted.
  6. If the issue remains unresolved, use BD’s official guest-contact form.
  7. Select the restaurant involved when the form provides that option.
  8. Retain a copy of the message and any response.

A useful complaint should include:

  • The restaurant name and address
  • The date and approximate time
  • The order or receipt number
  • Whether the order was dine-in, takeout, pickup, or delivery
  • The menu items involved
  • A factual description of what occurred
  • The names or positions of employees already contacted
  • Photographs when relevant
  • The requested refund, replacement, explanation, or other resolution

Do not publish payment-card numbers, rewards passwords, gift-card numbers or PINs, home addresses, private telephone numbers, employee personal information, or complete receipts in a public review.

Food Quality and Incorrect Order Complaints

Report a missing, incorrect, undercooked, overcooked, contaminated, or otherwise unsatisfactory item to the restaurant promptly.

Provide:

  • The order number
  • The item name
  • The purchase time
  • A description of the concern
  • Photographs of the item and packaging when useful

Do not continue eating food that appears unsafe. Seek appropriate medical assistance for a serious allergic reaction, suspected food poisoning, choking, or another health emergency.

BD’s Refund and Charge Disputes

BD’s does not prominently publish one universal refund policy covering every restaurant, ordering platform, franchisee, delivery provider, and type of purchase.

For a refund request:

  1. Contact the restaurant that prepared the order.
  2. Provide the receipt or online order number.
  3. Explain whether the charge involved dine-in, pickup, catering, or delivery.
  4. Ask whether the restaurant, online-ordering platform, or delivery provider controls the refund.

Refund timing can depend on:

  • The original payment method
  • The restaurant operator
  • The ordering platform
  • The delivery provider
  • The payment processor
  • The issuing bank

Contact the restaurant before filing a payment dispute when possible. A bank dispute does not necessarily resolve an underlying rewards, gift-card, or restaurant-service complaint.

Online Ordering, Pickup, and Delivery

BD’s offers online ordering at participating locations. Options may include:

  • Pickup
  • Curbside service
  • Delivery
  • Scheduled orders
  • Rewards redemption

Services differ by location.

For an online-order issue, have:

  • The order confirmation
  • The restaurant selected
  • The pickup or delivery time
  • The email address or telephone number used
  • The payment record
  • A list of missing or incorrect items

A third-party delivery company may be responsible for:

  • Driver conduct
  • Delivery timing
  • Platform fees
  • Tips
  • A delivery marked complete but not received
  • A platform-issued credit

The restaurant is generally the better first contact when the complaint involves preparation, portion, ingredients, packaging, or food quality.

BD’s Rewards Program

BD’s operates a digital loyalty program available through its website and app.

The current rewards page states that members:

  • Earn 10 points for every eligible $1 spent
  • Can earn through online orders, app orders, or restaurant check-in
  • May receive free chicken potstickers after the first qualifying purchase
  • May receive a birthday reward
  • Can receive member-only offers and promotions
  • Can redeem available rewards through the app, online ordering, or at a participating restaurant

Points currently expire after 365 days.

For dine-in credit, guests may use the telephone number or email address connected to the account or scan the account’s loyalty QR code.

Rewards, qualifying purchases, expiration dates, birthday offers, redemption rules, and promotional benefits may change. Review the current BD’s Rewards page before relying on an offer.

Missing BD’s Rewards Points

For missing points:

  1. Confirm that the purchase was eligible.
  2. Check that the correct telephone number, email address, or QR code was used.
  3. Keep the itemized receipt.
  4. Check the account after the transaction has had time to process.
  5. Contact the restaurant or submit a guest-support request.

Include:

  • The rewards-account email or telephone number
  • The restaurant
  • The transaction date
  • The receipt number
  • The purchase amount

Do not send an account password or full payment-card number.

BD’s Gift Cards

BD’s promotes restaurant gift cards for personal gifts, employee recognition, teachers, coaches, volunteers, and other recipients.

Customers can use the official gift-card page to access the current balance-check system.

Before buying or using a gift card:

  • Confirm whether it is physical or digital.
  • Keep the purchase and activation receipt.
  • Review location and redemption restrictions.
  • Check the balance before visiting.
  • Do not share the card number or PIN publicly.

For a lost, stolen, inactive, or incorrectly charged card, contact the restaurant or the card-support route shown on the card, receipt, or balance-check page. Replacement may require proof of purchase and may not always be available.

BD’s Menu and Dining Concept

BD’s is known for its create-your-own stir-fry experience.

Depending on the restaurant, guests may choose from:

  • Beef
  • Chicken
  • Pork
  • Seafood
  • Plant-based ingredients
  • Fresh vegetables
  • Noodles
  • Rice
  • Sauces
  • Seasonings
  • Appetizers
  • Desserts
  • Chef-created bowls
  • Beer, wine, or cocktails at participating restaurants

Menu items, pricing, unlimited-bowl options, lunch specials, alcohol service, and ingredient selection vary by location.

Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Guests with an allergy or dietary restriction should speak directly with the restaurant before ordering and again with the server or manager upon arrival.

BD’s menu materials state that customers should inform restaurant staff about:

  • Food allergies
  • Gluten concerns
  • Vegetarian or vegan preferences
  • Religious dietary restrictions
  • Other ingredient limitations

BD’s warns that it cannot guarantee that an item is completely free of:

  • Allergens
  • Gluten
  • Animal products

The create-your-own market bar, shared utensils, preparation surfaces, grill, sauces, and restaurant environment can create cross-contact risks.

A menu symbol, ingredient list, or employee statement should not be treated as a medical guarantee. Customers with a severe or life-threatening allergy should evaluate the shared-preparation environment with their physician and the restaurant manager.

Call 911 for a serious allergic reaction or other medical emergency.

Nutrition Information

BD’s provides nutrition and allergy information through its official website and menu materials.

Nutrition can vary significantly because guests select:

  • The amount and type of protein
  • Vegetables
  • Noodles or rice
  • Sauces
  • Oil
  • Seasonings
  • Appetizers and beverages

Portion sizes and recipes may differ by location. Customers managing diabetes, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, food allergies, celiac disease, or another medical condition should seek individualized advice from a qualified medical professional.

Unlimited Bowl Rules

Some restaurant menus offer an unlimited-bowl option. Current menu materials state that taking a bowl to go may not be allowed with unlimited trips to the market bar.

Additional rules may address:

  • Sharing
  • Takeout containers
  • Food waste
  • Time limits
  • Participation by each guest
  • Promotional pricing

Ask the restaurant for its current rules before ordering.

Automatic Gratuity and Group Charges

Some current BD’s menu materials state that an 18% gratuity may be added to parties of six or more.

Policies can vary by restaurant and menu. Before paying, review:

  • The itemized check
  • Automatic gratuity
  • Taxes
  • Discounts
  • Rewards
  • Split-payment arrangements

Ask the manager to review an incorrect charge before leaving the restaurant.

BD’s Catering

Catering is offered at participating restaurants, often through ezCater or another ordering provider.

Catering services may include:

  • Group meals
  • Office lunches
  • School or organization events
  • Delivery
  • Pickup
  • Individual packaging
  • Serving supplies

For a catering order, confirm:

  • The restaurant preparing the food
  • Guest count
  • Delivery address and time
  • Setup requirements
  • Dietary and allergy concerns
  • Cancellation rules
  • Delivery and service fees
  • Gratuity
  • The party responsible for refunds

A third-party catering platform may control billing, cancellation, driver, and account issues.

BD’s Fundraising Events

BD’s offers restaurant fundraising opportunities for qualifying nonprofit organizations.

The current fundraising page says:

  • Events are intended for qualifying nonprofit organizations.
  • Participating events may return 15% of eligible bills to the organization.
  • Events are generally scheduled Monday through Thursday.
  • Typical event blocks run from 5:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

Availability, qualification, donation percentage, scheduling, exclusions, tax documentation, promotional requirements, and payment timing should be confirmed with the participating restaurant.

Submit a request through the official fundraising page.

BD’s Accessibility

BD’s does not prominently publish a separate website accessibility statement on its primary navigation.

For help accessing the website, app, online ordering, menu, or another digital service:

  • Use the official guest-contact form.
  • Email in**@*****go.com.
  • Describe the page, feature, or information needed.
  • State the preferred accessible format or communication method.

For restaurant access, contact the specific location before visiting when possible. Questions may involve:

  • Accessible parking
  • Entrance accessibility

Accessibility features may differ because of building design, local requirements, ownership, and renovations.

BD'S Mongolian Grill Disappointing Experience

January 18, 2025

BD’S Mongolian Grill, On 1/18 I had a horrible experience at your Cols, Ohio 43219 location when I was asked to move from # 20 down to a green 8. My bowl sat in front of me until he rotated around back to #1. A stranger spoke up to address my concern. Then a different chef placed my bowl in front of a total different stranger while waiting for a spot on the grill. I shared my disappointment with the Manager Courtney who was extremely rude when I expressed to her the floor manager had explained the Rotation Procedure, When I gave up waiting for an apology from Countney and asked for my change so I could leave she gives me a receipt with someone’s VISA Debit card number along with my CASH change. It’s awful to know how careless your staff handled my bowl of raw food then easily gave me someone’s else Credit Card receipt when I paid with CASH! After being a faithful customer I am extremely disappointed and saddened for my Horrible Experience at your Easton location in Columbus Ohio .

BD'S Mongolian Grill Columbus OH Reservations

March 9, 2024

Reservations! I called and made a reservation for 16 people at the Easton Location in Columbus, OH. I called at 1 pm and was going to be there at 5 pm. When we got to the restaurant for the time I said we would be there and this person told us it would be a 2-hour wait. I asked for the manager and the manager said that they were told of the reservation however with it being a Saturday that it was impossible to seat that many people together. Now mind you we called 4 hours in advance and they should have had our table reserved and ready. I would get it if we showed up late but we were there 15 minutes early. We will not be returning back to this location as they obviously don’t understand reservations. Very disappointing. We decided to go somewhere else as this was just a ridiculous amount of wait time for when you call 4 hours ahead. This location lost a lot of money tonight because a lot of people were going to pay for the extra bowls.

BD's Mongolian Grill Charged full price even though BOHO was offered by email & app.

December 13, 2022

It’s not right when you email BOHO and then charge the full price. We didn’t realize it until after we paid the bill and the restaurant won’t refund the difference. The food was great. Unable to find a corporate phone number.

BD's Mongolian Novi Restaurant could use some cleaning!

December 13, 2022

This used to be a great place to meet up with friends. Lately, it has been going downhill as far as cleanliness. We were there Sunday for a birthday and I was ashamed of the place. It was filthy! The floor was sticky, the table was sticky and the women’s bathroom was a wreck. Please fix this restaurant, it can be a great place.
