Jim n Nicks Large Pickup Order was a Disaster

Jim n Nicks, Large Pickup Order was a disaster!! Place order on 5/5 for a pickup order for our daughter’s engagement party. Took picture of order screen at counter, as this was done in person. Called on 5/16 to confirms all was in system and that the order would be ready for pickup the next day as scheduled. Husband & son get to Jim n Nicks for pickup and the order was not even cooked yet! Of course they were not made aware of this until after they ran our credit card for nearly $400! They waited for nearly an HOUR while we had a house full of guests waiting to be fed. The manager had terrible customer service and did Not offer any refund at all!! On top of it not being ready on time, the mac/Cheese was Not cooked through. It was like soup when a spoon was inserted, plus it was so salty no one could eat it. We ordered Pulled chicken, but I had to pull it all by hand removing the breastbone and leg bones with skin from a lot of the meat. I also had to work on the pork, as was not fully “pulled”. I took pictures to show the condition of the food we received. Terrible! I did a survey online with your website and asked to be contacted, but as expected, I have not heard from anyone. This experience had a negative impact on our celebration with many friends & family. There is No excuse for this type of service when I placed the order 10 days prior and even called to confirms the day before!!!

Jim n Nicks, The way they conduct their business. I ordered a rib plate,,,,,the rib was burn so when I went back & {four}days later,,,,I told the man at the window about the {rib},,,he said he would tell the serve the {rib} was burn……when I got them home & look,,,,I might as well have not gone back…..The Pig look like it had been on a Diet….Another thing,,,,{He} didn’t give me my receipt……because he already know he was going to {put} one on me…..he told me you can just keep the food just bring your receipt………I lost.

Insect in my food! I Really Liked Jim n Nicks, But After 4-16-2024 I Will Not Be Eating At Any Jim n Nicks! Especially The One In Huntsville Alabama, And The Manager Told Me Because I Paid Online He Would Have To Put In A Request For Me To Be Reimbersed For My Purchase I Work For Municipal Court And My Fellow Coworkers Saw The Insect Also I Was Horrified And Sick To My Stomach . Went and ordered food from the bar for takeout. About a dozen people walked by without even asking if I needed help or if was someone helping me!! Once the young lady came from the back I was finally able to order, once I got home and was ready for dinner we were missing a whole meal and sides for both dinners. Called to let them know the lady on the phone said I ordered food at 3 pm and it was after 5 pm. She didn’t even apologize but she did offer a gift card refund for 30.00 or a refund from corporate. After that conversation, I guess next time I’ll have to open every carry-out container to make sure I have enough food for my family!!!

On February 14th, 2024 around 8:44 p.m. I purchased meals for our family which was two double burger meals and hot wings. The double burger that I bit into had a latex glove in the middle and wrapped around the bottom. After the contact with the latex, my mouth experienced a breakout and a swollen throat. Negligence, pain, and suffering! I drank Benadryl to resolve the problem.
