Del Taco, Terrible service and quality. I keep trying to give this Santa Rosa Beach location an opportunity to get it right, however, after about 15 visits, it’s clear they do not care about the food they are serving or the customer experience. First off, my order is messed up every time, I mean Every Time! The cashier will have gloves on and accept my money or credit card and then proceed to handle food with those same filthy gloves. I am always missing items and they don’t know how to prepare the food, corn tortilla should be warmed for the street taco for instance. I actually got a rotten lime wedge with my fish taco and the worst looking pico. The steak looked and tasted like dog food. I asked for hot sauce and didn’t even get 1 packet. This was yesterday, although, it’s like this every time. I’m from CA and grew up with Del Taco, sadly, I will no longer be visiting this establishment. No amount of free food can change my mind.

Del Taco, If the card reader is down, don’t be the clown who decides to wait until customers are nine cars deep trying to order in the drive -through!!If the card reader is down, inform your incoming customers in the drive through line with a note attached that is noticeable prior to getting into line. Not when the customer is trying to start their order. Telling customers ahead of time gives them the chance to leave and not be stuck in a drive through line they can’t get out of. You as a business run the risk of an emergency situation and zero escape for the customer to be taken care of, and no entrance for emergency vehicles to help. The general public is getting tired of hearing how much a fast-food employee deserves to make. If you want up to $15 an hour or more, earn it! Be better, perhaps instill some forward thinking in your training. Just winging it is not going to get you the response you’re looking for. Del Taco,Something amiss at Los Altos store Reno. Yesterday, Thursday, 8-29-2024, I went to the drive through at Del Taco. Usually, there is no line, but this time there was a long line. As time wore on, it was apparent I was going nowhere but there was more cars blocking me from behind, so I could not back out. When I finally made my order, and got to the window I asked the young lady what was happening? Cars behind me were honking and angry and for just cause.um She said there was a problem with the “line” which I assumed is the assembly line, and that there had been some trouble. Nothing specific, but I assumed there was some sort of slowdown by the assembly staff… I took my order home, but it was just a mess of cold garbage. I timed my visit. From the time I turned into the entrance until I left with my order – 1 hour. It has only been 5 minutes in the past, so I thought you should know.

Del Taco Very Good Tamales

Okay here goes, it is about time for fast food businesses to take a stand and say if you want the pay and benefits you earn them. Yet again we didn’t get the correct order, I guess the responsibility should be ours but I knew my job and earned my pay and if I didn’t get it right I either could get fired or the boss would be all over me. What do we need to do to get our orders correct who is responsible party here.

We love Del Taco been going to them for over 50 years the serves has gotten worse. Started in Calif, AZ, our favorite is Barstow, CA went to that one for over 20 years.

We have moved to Columbus, Oh and just have one on Main St., we are happy it is here but almost every time we are missing something. Like today no fries and your fries are good.

I am sorry to be so angry but all the fast food places are about the same with forgotten items.

We do like that you have added tamales to your menu at the holidays they are very good.
