Tijuana Flats Corporate Office Headquarters: Address, Phone Number, Customer Service and Complaints

🗨  Comments

Tijuana Flats’ corporate office and restaurant support center is listed at 2300 Maitland Center Parkway, Suite 306, Maitland, Florida 32751. The published Tijuana Flats corporate and customer-support phone number is 407-339-2222. Customers can also submit restaurant complaints, mobile-app and reward problems, catering questions, Human Resources inquiries, franchise questions, menu concerns, and other requests through the official Tijuana Flats contact form.

Tijuana Flats is a fast-casual Tex-Mex restaurant brand known for tacos, burritos, bowls, chimichangas, quesadillas, nachos, street tacos, fresh salsa, queso, guacamole, hot sauces, catering, and its Flathead Rewards program. Restaurant orders and complaints are normally handled first by the location involved, while the Maitland support center can assist with unresolved concerns and company-wide matters.

Tijuana Flats Corporate Office Contact Information

Tijuana Flats does not prominently publish general walk-in hours for its corporate support office. Customers should not visit the Maitland address to place an order, pick up food, obtain a refund, return merchandise, use a gift card, apply for a restaurant job, or resolve a restaurant complaint unless the company has provided specific instructions.

Where Is Tijuana Flats Headquarters?

Tijuana Flats’ current official corporate contact address is 2300 Maitland Center Parkway, Suite 306, Maitland, FL 32751. Maitland is located in the Orlando metropolitan area near Winter Park, where the restaurant brand was founded.

Older directories and pages may list 2120 North Park Avenue in Winter Park. That address should not be presented as the current Tijuana Flats corporate headquarters because the company’s current terms identify the Maitland address.

The corporate and support office is separate from individual Tijuana Flats restaurants. It does not have a regular dining room, order counter, hot-sauce bar, catering pickup area, or customer-service desk for unscheduled visitors.

What Is the Tijuana Flats Corporate Phone Number?

The published Tijuana Flats corporate and customer-support phone number is 407-339-2222.

The number may be used for corporate and general customer-support questions. However, a local restaurant is usually the fastest contact for an active order, pickup delay, missing item, incorrect meal, refund, food-quality complaint, employee interaction, or restaurant-specific concern.

The official website’s contact form may be more effective for complaints requiring photographs, receipts, order information, restaurant identification, or a written record.

Tijuana Flats Customer Service vs. Local Restaurant Support

Tijuana Flats’ corporate support center and individual restaurants handle different types of concerns.

The local restaurant normally controls current orders, food preparation, pickup timing, local delivery handoff, refunds issued at the restaurant, employee supervision, cleanliness, restaurant accessibility, and immediate food-safety responses.

Tijuana Flats Customer Support can receive unresolved restaurant complaints, mobile-app problems, reward-account issues, menu questions, catering inquiries, Human Resources questions, franchise inquiries, donation requests, and general company feedback.

Third-party delivery companies such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Postmates, or other delivery providers may control the driver, delivery route, delivery status, and some refund decisions when the order was placed through their platform.

Franchise-operated restaurants may be independently owned and operated. The restaurant receipt, employment paperwork, or location information may identify the business responsible for a particular transaction or employment relationship.

What to Have Before Contacting Tijuana Flats

  • The restaurant location and address
  • The order number
  • The order date and approximate time
  • The name and email address used for the order
  • The items ordered
  • The amount charged
  • The ordering method used
  • The delivery company, when applicable
  • The receipt or order confirmation
  • Photographs of incorrect, missing, damaged, or unsafe food
  • The name or role of the manager already contacted
  • A concise description of the requested resolution

Do not publish payment-card numbers, reward-account passwords, gift-card numbers, gift-card PINs, home addresses, private telephone numbers, personal email addresses, employee schedules, or unredacted receipts in a public review.

How to Escalate a Tijuana Flats Complaint

Begin with the restaurant involved when a complaint concerns food, an active order, a pickup delay, a refund, cleanliness, customer service, or an employee interaction.

Ask to speak with the manager. Provide the order number, date, approximate time, items, amount paid, and requested resolution. Possible resolutions may include replacing an item, remaking an order, issuing a refund, correcting a charge, restoring an eligible reward, or providing a written explanation.

If the restaurant does not resolve the concern, submit the official Tijuana Flats contact form. Select the inquiry type that best matches the issue and identify the restaurant from the location menu.

Customers may also call 407-339-2222. For matters requiring records or attachments, the online form can provide a clearer written history.

Written correspondence concerning an unresolved corporate matter may be addressed to:

Tijuana Flats Restaurants, LLC
2300 Maitland Center Parkway
Suite 306
Maitland, FL 32751

Send copies rather than original receipts, gift cards, medical documents, payment records, identification, or other irreplaceable materials. Mailing corporate does not replace a time-sensitive order cancellation, catering cancellation, delivery claim, payment dispute, or other procedure.

Tijuana Flats Online Order Problems

Tijuana Flats accepts online orders through its website and mobile app. Customers select a restaurant before placing an order, and that location receives and prepares the food.

Online order complaints may involve:

  • An incorrect restaurant location
  • A duplicate order
  • An incorrect pickup time
  • A missing item
  • An unavailable menu item
  • A wrong customization
  • A failed promotional code
  • An unexpected charge
  • An order confirmation that did not arrive
  • An app or website error

Review the selected restaurant, pickup or delivery method, order details, total, and estimated time before submitting payment.

If the order was sent to the wrong restaurant, contact that location immediately. The corporate support office may not be able to stop food preparation once the restaurant receives the order.

How to Cancel a Tijuana Flats Online Order

Customers who placed an order while signed into an online account may be able to cancel through the account. Customers who ordered as a guest should call the selected restaurant directly.

Tijuana Flats states that restaurants receive and begin making online orders shortly before the selected pickup time. A cancellation requested after preparation begins may not qualify for a full refund.

When cancelling:

  1. Contact the selected restaurant immediately.
  2. Provide the order number and customer name.
  3. Ask whether preparation has started.
  4. Request written or emailed cancellation confirmation.
  5. Ask when the payment authorization or refund should be released.

Tijuana Flats Refund Complaints

Refund handling can depend on whether the order was placed in the restaurant, through Tijuana Flats’ website or app, or through a third-party delivery platform.

A restaurant manager may be able to review an in-store or first-party order. A third-party delivery service may need to process a refund for an order purchased through its marketplace.

Keep:

  • The receipt or order confirmation
  • The restaurant location
  • The original payment amount
  • The manager’s name or role
  • The refund confirmation
  • The date the refund was approved
  • The payment statement showing whether the credit posted

A payment authorization may disappear differently from a completed charge being refunded. Contact the card issuer if a promised credit does not appear after the stated processing period.

Missing, Incorrect, or Poor-Quality Food

Inspect takeout and delivery orders as soon as possible. Confirm that all entrées, sides, drinks, desserts, sauces, utensils, and paid extras are included.

For an incorrect order, contact the restaurant that prepared it. Explain whether the issue involves:

  • A missing entrée
  • The wrong protein
  • The wrong tortilla
  • Missing queso, guacamole, salsa, or sides
  • An ignored customization
  • Cold or damaged food
  • An undercooked ingredient
  • A food-safety concern
  • A product that appears different from the order description

Photograph the order before discarding it when a photograph can safely document the concern. Do not keep food that may be unsafe merely to preserve evidence.

Tijuana Flats Delivery Complaints

Tijuana Flats offers delivery through its website, app, and third-party services. Delivery responsibilities can be divided between the restaurant and delivery provider.

Contact the restaurant when the concern involves food preparation, a missing sealed item, an incorrect meal, food quality before pickup, or packaging.

Contact the delivery platform when the concern involves:

  • A driver who did not arrive
  • An order delivered to the wrong address
  • A driver-conduct complaint
  • A delivery-status error
  • A charge or tip controlled by the delivery app
  • A refund governed by the marketplace’s terms

Save screenshots of the order status, driver messages, delivery photograph, and support conversation. Do not publish the driver’s personal information.

Tijuana Flats Restaurant Complaints

Restaurant complaints may involve service, cleanliness, wait times, order accuracy, food quality, employee behavior, pricing, coupon handling, accessibility, music volume, dining-room conditions, or management response.

Ask for the manager while the details can still be reviewed. State what occurred, when it occurred, what was purchased, and what outcome is requested.

A useful complaint focuses on specific events instead of insults or assumptions. Identify the restaurant, approximate time, receipt, people contacted, response received, and remaining concern.

Food-Safety and Illness Concerns

Report suspected unsafe food to the restaurant manager promptly. Preserve the receipt, order information, food photographs, packaging, and any remaining food only when it can be stored safely.

Record:

  • The restaurant location
  • The date and time
  • The items consumed
  • When symptoms began
  • Other people who ate the same food
  • Whether anyone else became ill
  • The manager’s response

Seek appropriate medical care for severe, persistent, or concerning symptoms. Call emergency services for an immediate medical emergency.

Customers may also contact the local health department when a condition appears to present a public-health concern. CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com cannot diagnose an illness or determine its cause.

Food Allergy and Dietary Complaints

Tijuana Flats publishes menu and allergen information, but restaurant kitchens handle multiple ingredients. Customers with food allergies should review the current allergen materials and speak directly with the restaurant before ordering.

Tell the restaurant:

  • The specific allergen or dietary restriction
  • The selected menu item
  • The modifications requested
  • Whether cross-contact is a concern

Do not rely only on an older online post, third-party delivery description, or previous visit. Ingredients, suppliers, preparation procedures, and menu items can change.

Seek immediate medical assistance for a serious allergic reaction.

Flathead Rewards

Flathead Rewards is Tijuana Flats’ loyalty program. Members can join through the website or mobile app and earn points on qualifying purchases.

Current program information states that members generally earn one point for each qualifying dollar spent. Rewards begin at 20 points and increase through higher redemption levels.

Points can be earned by:

  • Signing into a reward account before ordering online
  • Scanning the app QR code at the restaurant
  • Providing the telephone number or email associated with the account
  • Scanning or entering the receipt barcode within seven days

Qualifying orders placed through Tijuana Flats’ own app or website can earn points. Purchases through third-party delivery marketplaces generally do not earn Flathead Rewards points.

Alcohol, merchandise, gift cards, and catering purchases are excluded from earning points under the current program rules.

Missing Flathead Rewards Points

Reward points may take approximately two hours to appear after a qualifying order or receipt submission.

Before contacting support:

  1. Confirm that the correct account was used.
  2. Wait for the normal posting period.
  3. Check the Rewards History section.
  4. Scan the receipt within seven days if the account was not used at checkout.
  5. Confirm that the purchase was eligible.

If the points remain missing, email re*****@**********ts.com with the account information, restaurant, date, receipt, amount, and expected points.

Do not send an account password or complete payment-card number.

Expired Points and Reward Complaints

Flathead Rewards points and offers are subject to program rules and expiration dates. Current customer-service information states that an account’s point balance may reset after six months without a valid reward purchase or redemption.

Individual rewards can have their own expiration dates. Customers should review the offer in the app before ordering.

Tijuana Flats states that unused rewards are generally not credited when a customer moves away or a nearby restaurant closes. Customers should not assume that corporate support can extend or replace every expired offer.

Tijuana Flats Gift Cards

Tijuana Flats gift cards can be purchased online or at participating restaurants. Gift-card balances can be checked online or by calling 877-654-6937.

The company notes that instructions printed on an older card may not contain the current balance telephone number.

Gift-card concerns may involve:

  • A card that was not activated
  • An incorrect balance
  • A card rejected at checkout
  • A delayed physical card
  • An electronic card that was not received
  • A lost or stolen card
  • An unauthorized redemption
  • An online gift-card order problem

For gift-card order support, email gi*******@**********ts.com.

Current online gift-card terms state that gift-card sales are final and are not eligible for refunds or returns. Applicable state law may provide additional rights in limited circumstances.

Never publish a complete gift-card number or PIN. Treat those details like cash.

Tijuana Flats Catering

Tijuana Flats offers catering for parties, offices, schools, sports teams, community events, graduations, holidays, and other gatherings.

Catering orders can be placed online, at a restaurant, or by calling the selected location. Customers with special arrangements, tax-exempt documentation, business-check requests, house-account questions, or service needs may email ca******@**********ts.com.

Tijuana Flats recommends placing ordinary catering orders at least 24 hours in advance. Larger orders for more than 50 guests may require additional advance notice.

Catering orders do not earn Flathead Rewards points, and existing reward points cannot normally be applied to catering purchases.

Catering Cancellation and Refund Complaints

Current catering information states that full refunds are generally available when an order is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Orders for 50 or more people generally require at least 48 hours’ notice.

Same-day catering cancellations are not normally eligible for refunds.

When cancelling:

  1. Contact the restaurant handling the order.
  2. Provide the catering confirmation number.
  3. State the event date, time, and guest count.
  4. Request written cancellation confirmation.
  5. Ask when the refund should appear.

For a catering complaint, preserve the order, invoice, delivery time, setup agreement, photographs, manager communication, and promised resolution.

Catering Delivery and Setup Complaints

Catering delivery may involve a Tijuana Flats employee or a third-party delivery provider. Delivery and setup fees may apply.

Some locations offer upgraded setup and service that can include arranging the buffet, maintaining it during the event, and cleaning the serving area afterward.

Confirm in writing:

  • The delivery address
  • The delivery window
  • The guest count
  • The menu and quantities
  • Disposable plates and utensils
  • Chafing equipment
  • Setup responsibilities
  • Allergen accommodations
  • Delivery, service, and gratuity charges

Tijuana Flats Fundraising

Eligible schools, libraries, youth organizations, university groups, sports teams, camps, clubs, and nonprofit organizations can apply to hold a Tijuana Flats Spirit Night.

The current fundraising program states that an approved organization can receive a percentage of qualifying event sales. Requirements, event days, minimum sales, excluded purchases, promotion rules, and payment timing apply.

Gift cards, merchandise, and catering purchases generally do not count toward fundraising totals. Organizations should review the current terms before advertising expected proceeds.

Use the official fundraising website rather than the ordinary restaurant complaint form to request or manage an event.

Just in Queso Foundation

The Just in Queso Foundation is associated with Tijuana Flats’ charitable and community-support activities. Its current mission focuses on supporting public servants, service members, and community heroes.

Donation requests and foundation questions can be submitted through the appropriate inquiry option on Tijuana Flats’ contact form.

A foundation donation request is different from a restaurant fundraiser. Organizations should review both programs and choose the one that matches the request.

Tijuana Flats Careers and Human Resources

Tijuana Flats lists hourly restaurant, management, and support-center opportunities through its careers website.

Applicants can view available positions online. The careers page also advises applicants that they may visit a local restaurant and ask about an application.

The corporate telephone number should not be described as a guaranteed direct Human Resources line. Human Resources inquiries can be submitted by selecting “Human Resources” on the official contact form.

Current employees should use the authorized Human Resources, payroll, benefits, leave, ethics, or management process supplied by their employer.

Do not post Social Security numbers, payroll records, medical information, employee identification numbers, disciplinary documents, work schedules, home addresses, or private workplace communications in a public review.

Tijuana Flats Franchise Information

Tijuana Flats offers franchise opportunities through its official franchise website. The company seeks experienced operators capable of developing and managing multiple restaurants.

Prospective franchisees should review the current Franchise Disclosure Document before relying on investment estimates, fees, development requirements, territory information, or earnings representations.

Franchise inquiries should be directed through the franchise website or selected on the corporate contact form. The restaurant customer-service process is not intended to replace franchise development or franchisee support.

Tijuana Flats Privacy Requests

Tijuana Flats’ current privacy policy identifies Tijuana Flats Restaurants, LLC as the business responsible for the website and related services.

Privacy questions can be submitted through the contact form or sent to so****@**********ts.com.

Privacy concerns may involve:

  • Online-order accounts
  • Flathead Rewards profiles
  • Marketing emails
  • Promotional text messages
  • Location information
  • Employment applications
  • Gift-card purchases
  • Third-party ordering or catering services

Tijuana Flats uses outside providers for functions including online ordering, gift cards, catering, careers, and other services. A customer may need to contact the third-party provider that controls the relevant account or transaction.

Email and Text Message Complaints

Use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email to stop marketing email. Promotional text recipients can follow the opt-out instructions provided in the message.

Tijuana Flats’ terms state that customers can text STOP to the designated short code to stop Flathead promotional texts. Texting HELP or emailing so****@**********ts.com can be used for assistance.

Opting out of promotional texts does not necessarily stop account, transaction, security, or order-related messages.

Tijuana Flats Accessibility Assistance

Tijuana Flats publishes an accessibility statement covering its website, mobile applications, and electronic information.

Customers who need another way to access digital services can call 407-339-2222, email so****@**********ts.com, or submit the accessibility form.

Restaurant accessibility concerns should first be reported to the restaurant manager. Identify the physical or communication barrier and the accommodation requested.

Tijuana Flats Ownership and Corporate Structure

Tijuana Flats is a privately held restaurant brand. Its current website and legal policies identify Tijuana Flats Restaurants, LLC as the operating entity.

The company is not publicly traded and does not have a public stock symbol.

Tijuana Flats went through a Chapter 11 restructuring beginning in 2024. The company later announced that it had completed the restructuring and emerged from Chapter 11 in January 2025.

Because restaurant-company ownership and investment structures can change, this page does not assign a current ultimate parent company without a clear current disclosure from Tijuana Flats. Customers should use Tijuana Flats Restaurants, LLC when identifying the operating company shown on the official website.

Who Is the CEO of Tijuana Flats?

Restaurant-industry reporting has identified James J. Greco as Chief Executive Officer of Tijuana Flats following his appointment in 2024.

Executive titles can change. Readers sending an executive or business inquiry should verify current leadership through a recent company announcement or official business communication.

Tijuana Flats Restaurant Closures

Tijuana Flats closed a number of restaurants during its 2024 restructuring. Individual locations may also close, relocate, change ownership, or update hours.

Customers should use the official restaurant locator rather than relying on an older search result, social-media post, printed menu, or previous receipt.

If a restaurant connected to an order, reward, gift card, fundraiser, or employment matter has closed, submit the corporate contact form and provide the former location, date, and transaction details.

Tijuana Flats states that unused Flathead Rewards are generally not credited merely because a nearby restaurant closed. Gift-card balances and reward points are separate programs and may follow different terms.

Fake Tijuana Flats Support and Gift-Card Scams

Scammers may imitate Tijuana Flats restaurants, customer support, delivery drivers, gift-card representatives, recruiters, franchise salespeople, or fundraising programs.

Use TijuanaFlats.com, the official restaurant locator, the verified corporate number, or contact details shown on an official order confirmation.

Warning signs include:

  • A request for payment through gift cards or cryptocurrency
  • A demand for a reward-account password
  • A refund offer requiring remote access to a device
  • An employment offer requiring an upfront payment
  • An unofficial franchise proposal
  • A website with a misspelled address
  • A message demanding immediate payment to prevent account closure

Never provide a gift-card number, PIN, one-time security code, complete payment-card number, or bank login in response to an unsolicited message.

Tijuana Flats Reviews and Complaints

Tijuana Flats customer experiences can vary by restaurant, franchise owner, manager, employee, order channel, menu item, delivery company, and type of complaint.

Customer complaints may involve:

  • Incorrect or missing orders
  • Food quality
  • Delivery delays
  • Refund processing
  • Restaurant cleanliness
  • Employee interactions
  • Flathead Rewards points
  • Expired rewards
  • Gift cards
  • Catering orders
  • Fundraising payments
  • Food allergies
  • Accessibility
  • Restaurant closures

Positive reviews may discuss fresh food, helpful employees, responsive management, successful catering, an easy reward redemption, or a satisfactory complaint resolution.

No current customer comments or QueryHunter search data were included with the supplied article, so this page does not claim a dominant complaint pattern, average rating, or overall customer sentiment.

Tijuana Flats Disappointing Experience

May 22, 2025

Tijuana Flats, Where’s the Meat! I have always loved Tijuana Flats. The food still tastes good. But where is the meat? I ordered two hard shell tacos. See the pictures. How can I go back there in good faith? This is how Taco Bell makes their tacos. I ordered Ground Beef, Cheese, light tomato, light lettuce. They went light meat and cheese too. Seriously. Lost a customer.
