To Whom it concern, 2ND attempt

I have email once before in reference to your baseball gloves that I seen at your coach outlet store here in Castle Rock, CO. I was very DISTRUB to the fact that there where NO left hand gloves to purchase. I asked that sales person did I miss out on the left hand gloves and he told me no that there was none made that he ONLY have right handed gloves! This is extremely DISCRIMINATORY and with that said can someone please explain to me why.
I also would like to know why I have not gotten an answer to my pervious email and why I am having to email for a second time. I make many purchases from Coach and as a long and loyal customer the least this company could do it response. Please contact me ASAP!

Recently I had an exchange student from china purchase a few items from the Coach store in Barstow CA. She noticed when she got home to check her bank account she was charged twice. We contacted the store manager. She said she would contact corporate. They admitted there was a glitch in their system. She said We would get a refund in 7-10 days after over ten days still no refund. Called the store manager she says we weren't the only customers that got double charged. She said there was nothing she can do except send an email. I called corporate and they have refused to help us. I am going to have to file a Police report. Do not shop at Coach they are thieves! Who knows how many people got double charged and they haven't returned their money. I smell class action lawsuit!

I PURCHASED A $500.00 WHITE PURSE ABOUT A FEW YEARS AGO ONLY USED IT TWICE AND IT WAS WRAPPED NICELY IN THE BAG GIVEN BY COACH. I TOOK IT OUT TWO DAYS AGO TO USE BECAUSE I WAS GOINGON A CRUISE.
GUESS WHAT THE WHITE TURNED INTO BAIGE. HOW THE HECK DID THIS HAPPEN. COACH NEEDS TO REPLACE THIS BAG I AM NOT KIDDING.

VERY VERY DISSATISFIED WITH COACH!!! DO NOT BUY THEIR MERCHANDISE!! The company does not stand by the quality of their products and does not give good customer service. You will give you the run around for months and still customer service does not do what they say they are going to do!!! The products are no longer worth the money they charge!! Bad quality + bad customer care= keep your $$$

I was in the Coach Outlet at Rosemont today and after waiting in line a half hour to get in, they had the purse I wanted. I was very excited because I received the same purse in a different color for my birthday at the end f October but didn't care for the color. So I waited in line for another 20 minutes to exchange the color and everything went down hill!!!! Taylor who was associate taking care of me took the purse and then left for about 10 minutes. When she returned she stated she would return the purse even though it was used. I stated the purse was not used, the tags were still attached and unharmed. She went on to say there's a way to get around using a purse with the tags still on. I found that to be very accusatory and offensive. I asked her to show why she felt the purse had been used. She stated that there scuff marks on the inside lining? I asked her to show me them, in turn she showed the sales associate standing next to her. When asked to take pictures of the inside of the purse to send to corporate she was reluctant to give me the purse for pictures. Then a supervisor Kate W. came over I showed her the purse and asked for her opinion. In turn she said she wouldn't get in the middle of "it." Great supervisor. Even though the purse was returned, needless to say I didn't buy the one I wanted. I will never buy Coach again!!! I also, will continue to tell everyone about the rudeness of the staff.

This doesn't sound good. I have a pair of sunglasses that I dropped and I was hoping to have the lens replaced at my expense of course. I sure hope this goes well.

Hahahaha, really, you can't believe it or you refuse to accept the fact that they don't care how much you spent over the years.

My husband purchased a coach bag for me a few years ago. I have not used it often, however recently I started using it again, and notice that tassel on the front zipper was missing. I am asking for at least the ability to purchase a replacement tassel. Needless to say I have gotten the run abound to epic proportion. I cannot believe I have spent so much money at coach and this is the way I am being treated.
