Country Fair Customer Care and Complaint Routes

The correct contact route depends on whether the concern involves a specific store, fuel purchase, prepared-food order, gift card, Club CITGO account, job application, employee record, sponsorship, or corporate business matter.

Complaint About a Country Fair Store

Contact the store manager first when the issue involves:

  • An incorrect or missing food order
  • A fuel-pump or receipt problem
  • A duplicate or incorrect charge
  • Store cleanliness or maintenance
  • Employee or manager conduct
  • Product availability or pricing
  • A fountain-drink, refill, or food-service policy
  • A lost item
  • Restroom accessibility or condition
  • A safety concern at the store or fuel pumps

Use the Country Fair store locator to find the location’s address, telephone number, services, and current operating hours.

Country Fair store hours vary. Do not assume that every location is open 24 hours.

Country Fair Customer Care Form

Country Fair provides an official Customer Care form for non-urgent questions and feedback.

Include:

  • The store number or complete location
  • The date and approximate time
  • The receipt or transaction details
  • The pump number when fuel is involved
  • The product or food item involved
  • The names or descriptions of employees already contacted
  • Photographs when they help explain the issue
  • The specific resolution being requested

Country Fair states that inquiries are reviewed in the order received. For an urgent matter, contact the local store rather than waiting for an online response.

Country Fair Corporate Office Escalation

The Erie corporate office may be appropriate when:

  • A store manager has not resolved a documented complaint
  • The issue involves more than one Country Fair location
  • A serious safety or accessibility concern remains unresolved
  • Repeated customer-care attempts have received no response
  • The matter involves vendors, media, community relations, or corporate business
  • Written correspondence must be sent to Country Fair

Calling the corporate office does not guarantee direct access to a company executive. The issue may be referred to the store manager, district management, retail operations, Human Resources, Customer Care, or United Refining Company.

Written correspondence can be addressed to:

Country Fair, Inc.
Attention: Customer Care or Appropriate Department
2251 East 30th Street
Erie, PA 16510

Send copies rather than original receipts, identification documents, gift cards, or other irreplaceable records.

What to Have Before Contacting Country Fair

A Country Fair complaint is easier to investigate when it contains clear information. Prepare:

  • The store city, state, address, and store number if available
  • The date and approximate time of the visit
  • The receipt and transaction number
  • The pump number and fuel grade when relevant
  • The number of gallons purchased
  • The food, beverage, fuel, tobacco, grocery, or other product involved
  • Photographs of the receipt, pump, posted price, damaged product, food, or store condition
  • The names or descriptions of employees or managers contacted
  • Any previous customer-care reference number
  • A concise description of the requested resolution

Do not post complete payment-card numbers, gift-card numbers, PINs, Club CITGO login details, employee records, home addresses, identification documents, or other sensitive personal information in a public review.

Country Fair Loyalty Program: Club CITGO and Stack & Save

Country Fair does not currently identify its loyalty program as “Fair Advantage.” Its current customer savings program uses Club CITGO Rewards and Country Fair’s Stack & Save offer.

Customers searching for the Country Fair loyalty program should use:

How Country Fair Stack & Save Works

Under the currently advertised offer, customers can:

  1. Join Club CITGO through the app or CITGO website.
  2. Purchase a qualifying CITGO gift card from Country Fair.
  3. Enter the Club CITGO alternate ID at the fuel pump.
  4. Pay for the fuel with the qualifying CITGO gift card.

The current offer advertises:

  • A 10-cent-per-gallon saving when paying with the qualifying CITGO gift card
  • An additional 3-cent-per-gallon Club CITGO saving on up to 30 gallons
  • A combined potential saving of 13 cents per gallon at participating Country Fair CITGO locations

The Club CITGO app may also contain monthly product offers, fuel rewards, discounted food and beverage items, and other limited promotions.

Participation, fuel limits, qualifying purchases, locations, expiration dates, and discount amounts can change. Review the current offer and app terms before relying on a specific discount.

Missing Club CITGO Discount or Reward

When a discount or reward does not appear:

  • Keep the fuel and store receipts.
  • Record the Country Fair location and pump number.
  • Confirm that the Club CITGO alternate ID was entered before payment.
  • Confirm that the offer was activated when activation was required.
  • Check whether the location and purchase qualified.
  • Take screenshots of the offer and account history.
  • Contact Club CITGO support or Country Fair Customer Care.

Do not post an account password, verification code, complete phone number, or gift-card PIN in a public comment.

Country Fair Fuel Prices, Pumps and Payment Problems

Fuel concerns may involve:

  • A difference between the sign, pump, and receipt price
  • A loyalty price that did not apply
  • A pump that stopped or malfunctioned
  • A receipt that did not print
  • A duplicate or unfamiliar charge
  • A temporary card authorization
  • A disputed fuel grade or number of gallons
  • A possible fuel-quality concern

Fuel-Price Complaint

Fuel prices can differ by store and market. Verify the price displayed at the pump before fueling and save a photograph when the displayed amount is part of the complaint.

When reporting an incorrect price, provide:

  • The Country Fair location
  • The date and time
  • The posted sign price
  • The pump price
  • The receipt price
  • Whether a Club CITGO or other discount was expected

A complaint should describe the observed prices and transaction without presenting unsupported allegations about illegal pricing activity as established fact.

Card Authorization or Duplicate Charge

A fuel purchase may initially produce a temporary authorization that differs from the final transaction. Check whether the charge is pending or fully posted.

For a fully posted duplicate or incorrect charge:

  1. Contact the Country Fair store with the receipt and transaction details.
  2. Submit the Customer Care form if the store cannot resolve it.
  3. Contact the payment-card issuer if the posted billing error remains unresolved.

Do not provide a complete card number through an unsecured form or public comment.

Possible Fuel-Quality Problem

Stop driving when the vehicle may be unsafe. Preserve:

  • The fuel receipt
  • The store and pump number
  • The fuel grade and gallons purchased
  • The vehicle’s mileage
  • Repair estimates and diagnostic reports
  • Fuel samples or photographs when obtained safely and professionally

Contact the store and Country Fair Customer Care promptly. A mechanical diagnosis may be needed to establish the source of a vehicle problem.

Country Fair Food, Beverage and Product Complaints

Country Fair sells prepared food, beverages, groceries, snacks, household essentials, beer or wine where permitted, tobacco products, and locally produced items.

Contact the store manager when a concern involves:

  • An incorrect sandwich, pizza, breakfast item, or other prepared-food order
  • A missing ingredient or requested modification
  • Food served at an unsafe or unexpected temperature
  • A spoiled, damaged, leaking, or expired product
  • A posted price that differs from the register price
  • A fountain-drink or refill-policy question
  • An allergen or ingredient concern
  • A product that rang up more than once

Keep the product, packaging, receipt, photographs, and any relevant label information until the store responds.

For a potentially serious food-safety issue, stop consuming the item. Contact the store and appropriate local health authorities when necessary. Emergency symptoms require medical assistance rather than a corporate-office contact form.

Country Fair Gift Cards

Country Fair sells CITGO gift cards at participating stores. Current gift cards can be loaded in whole-dollar increments from $5 to $300.

For a gift-card problem, keep:

  • The purchase receipt
  • The activation receipt
  • The card and packaging
  • The store location and purchase date
  • The last known balance
  • Photographs with the full number and PIN covered

Contact Country Fair promptly if a newly purchased card was not activated correctly or cannot be used. Replacement of a lost, stolen, or damaged card may depend on the available records and applicable gift-card terms.

Never publish a complete gift-card number or PIN. Anyone with those details may be able to use the balance.

Country Fair Fleet Card and Business Fuel Accounts

The CITGO Fleet Card is a separate commercial fuel-management product. It is intended for businesses that need purchase controls, driver records, reporting, and account-management tools.

Fleet billing and account questions are different from ordinary Country Fair store complaints. Keep account numbers, driver information, purchase controls, invoices, and card credentials private.

Lost Items at a Country Fair Store

Contact the store directly when an item is lost in the parking lot, store, restroom, food-service area, or near a fuel pump.

Provide:

  • The location
  • The date and approximate time
  • A detailed description
  • The area where the item was last seen
  • A safe way for the store to contact you

The Erie corporate office is generally not the fastest route because lost property is normally retained and handled by the individual store.

Do not provide a phone unlock code, bank-account password, complete card number, or other sensitive information when describing a lost device or wallet.

Country Fair Careers, Employees and HR Questions

Country Fair publishes current openings and accepts applications through its official careers website.

Available job categories may include:

  • Sales associates
  • Food-service associates
  • Shift managers
  • Food-service shift managers
  • Assistant managers
  • Food-service managers
  • Store managers
  • Corporate and administrative roles when available

Country Fair does not identify 1-814-898-1111 as a dedicated public HR hotline.

Active employees needing to change their address should contact their store manager. Former employees can use the official address-change form.

Applicants should use the official Country Fair application system. Be cautious of job offers requesting gift cards, cryptocurrency, fees, bank passwords, or purchases from an unknown equipment vendor.

CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com cannot access job applications, payroll records, W-2 forms, schedules, personnel files, benefits accounts, or employment-verification records.

Country Fair Sponsorship and Donation Requests

Country Fair accepts written sponsorship and donation requests from community organizations.

Requests should be mailed at least 30 days before the event to:

Country Fair, Inc.
Attention: Sponsorship/Donations
2251 East 30th Street
Erie, PA 16510

Additional information is available through the Country Fair sponsorship page.

Include the organization’s name, nonprofit status when applicable, event date, location, community purpose, requested assistance, and contact information. Submission does not guarantee approval.

Country Fair Ownership and Corporate Structure

Country Fair, Inc. operates as a Country Fair retail division and brand within United Refining Company.

United Refining’s retail operations include:

  • Country Fair
  • Kwik Fill
  • Red Apple Food Marts
  • Keystone-branded fuel operations

Country Fair maintains its own Erie corporate office and consumer website, while United Refining is headquartered in Warren, Pennsylvania.

Ordinary store, food, fuel, rewards, gift-card, and employee complaints should generally begin with Country Fair rather than United Refining’s Warren headquarters.

United Refining identifies John A. Catsimatidis as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Myron L. Turfitt as President and Chief Operating Officer.

Country Fair Reviews and Complaints

Recent comments submitted to CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com include individual concerns or questions involving:

  • Differences in fuel prices between Country Fair locations
  • Fuel-discount and loyalty expectations
  • Fountain-drink refill policies
  • Requests for additional prepared-food menu items

These comments are individual reader reports and do not establish that every Country Fair location, fuel price, refill policy, employee, or customer-service interaction is the same.

One fuel-price review included unsupported accusations about illegal pricing conduct and unused gift-card funds. Readers should report the prices, dates, locations, receipts, and responses they personally observed without presenting unverified legal or financial allegations as established facts.

When submitting a Country Fair review, include:

  • The location
  • The approximate date
  • The product, service, or fuel transaction involved
  • The support routes tried
  • Whether the company responded
  • How the matter was resolved

Do not publish complete payment details, loyalty credentials, gift-card numbers, employee home addresses, identification records, or unrelated personal accusations.

Country Fair Disappointing Pricing Issue

April 22, 2025

Country Fair, Should be ashamed of taking advantage of 90,000 Erie citizens and thousands more of Millcreek, Fairview, Weslyville, Harbor Creek, and North East citizens with their monopoly of our local fuel market and they absolutely know it! This is is especially aggregious when considering Erie has been Country Fair’s headquarters since I worked for them in1969. They hide from their gas card customers the thousands of dollars they make each month from lost and unused gas cards! The cost of fuel varies at every Country Fair! Loyalty member (hah) price ranging from $3.23 at Peach & 38th & I90 to $3. 56 gallon at E. 38th & McClelland! Give Me A Break! Reward out of town drivers on I90 with lower prices while price fixing and price gouging hundreds of thousands of local citizens! I any Country Fair can sell fuel for $3.23 and make money, why charge $3.56 at others?

Country Fair Soda Fountain Refill Question

February 4, 2025

Country Fair, Soda fountain “refills”. The sign on the soda vending station states, “Soda Refills”; then continues with pricing etc. I was told that I could N0t get a “Country Fair” vending cup “”Refilled”.. , “because that it was unsanitary”, however; I could utilie a personal reusable cup of my own. Is a personal cup more sanitary than a vending cup? My C/F vending cup is clean, I use a straw;then throw that away an get a new one My personal cup I drink from the spout in the lid. A clerk would need to ,”Assume” that this container has been cleaned recently. Who knows possibly it’s been rolling around in the back of my truck and hasn’t been cleaned in a week, however; it’s been filled/rfilled 10 times already. Technically , can Any cup be “Refilled If it hasn’t been fillled prevvously ? If I bring a clean personal cup from home it has Not been filled yet to qualify for being Refilled. Once I fill my cup at regular price first for the day, then I could expect a “refill”price next time! If … I bring my personal cup, then I could theoretically expect “refill” price any time! I’m “guessing” the reason for Not refilling vendng cup is that it’s too difficult for leaks to distinguish the cup, however; at many competitors I just visually show the cup on the way in or verily notify the cashier on the way in. If necessary I could always prduce a receipt for earlier in that day.
