Credit One Bank Disappointing Customer Service

Credit One Bank, Actually thought I’d call corporate for further assistance, then I read this is an outside customer service number, with whom can’t change or fix anything. I want also to add, they are heartless, non caring script reading robots. I have 2 banks, at different times I use both. I’ve been using my secondary bank to pay my bill, and have been using it for about 8 months without a problem. Ten days ago my card privileges were put on hold. Reason is my bank is not verified. Although it says verified right next to it in my App. 8 days ago I sent copies that they requested to verify. After checking my account for days I call at day 10 to be told that my documents were not accepted and to try again. So I do, then I’m told 10 days again. They have accepted and deposited my payments for multiple months. This card has a zero balance. I did this so I can use it to rent a car, so I can get my very sick disabled 72 year old father to his Doctor/hospital 4 hours away. I’m now left without much money, and a credit card that is still being held for another 10 days. This is detrimental to his health. Heartless people. They don’t listen they’re to busy reading their script. Lastly I just have to mention, I can’t understand any of them, and as I ask them to repeat it they get nasty. It’s not about helping people anymore, it’s just how much money they acquire. It’s sad.

Credit One Bank Disappointing Customer Service

Credit One Bank, Terrible Customer Service. This is by far the worst credit card company I’ve ever dealt with. It’s nearly impossible to reach a customer service representative, which is a huge red flag. They have a habit of charging back payments just to add fees, making their practices feel dishonest. I’m paying off my card and never using it again. If I could give Zero stars, I would!

Credit One Bank Poor Customer Service

Credit One Bank, I paid off both my account balances in full and suddenly I am unable to access my account on-line and there are activities that I am not aware of. My husband gave authorization for me to speak with a representative. After 15-20 minutes, the rep asked if she could call me back to further assist me. I agreed. She called about less than 2 minutes later and told me she could not speak with me because my husband was no longer available to authorize the call. Why would she call back to tell me such a thing. No one has assisted or resolved the problem and it’t been at least two weeks.
