Banner Health Billing Issue

Banner Health,Unable to contact billing. I was seen in August at a Banner outpatient clinic in Casper Wyoming. The claim submitted to my insurance was for an entirely different name than the provider I saw. I spent 45 minutes trying to contact billing to no avail. They give 8 automated selections and then placed me on hold for a representative, but they play a loop of music and never connect with a representative. I called the customer service number only to be told she is an operator and can transfer me to billing which would be a waste of my time since I had already spent 45 minutes trying to talk to someone. This is absolutely Unacceptable I have never had such a difficult time trying to contact billing with a simple question. There is no ability to leave a message, no email and no direct line to billing. The claim submitted for my date of service should list the provider I saw.
