Harbor Freight, Customer service and the service in your stores is horrible. I have to say that nine times out of 10 that I enter into your stores and I ask for help all I get from any of your employees is a point and maybe a grunt to where I can go. If I happen to feel or wanna venture to ask for more help which is often that I need it because I’m not a tool expert. I am usually greeted with. I’m sorry I don’t have that information or I am not a tool expert… I shit you not. I have heard that response multiple times from your employees. All I can do is tell you where our item is located. I do not have the information that you’re requesting. Which is simple information . For example, I’m looking for a water pump. That fits an IBC tote. The farming community. 99% of the people here knows what an IBC tote is, and there were people there that worked there that knew exactly what that was and they couldn’t help me figure out which one I was able to use nor half of the people there when I walked in there even wanted to help me they just said sorry there is a water pumps, so inevitably three separate times I walked out with the wrong one. Then when I tried to return my products, your people were visibly upset that I tried to return my stuff. Not only that I’ve had two separate predators explode on me literally one of them had a hole in the motor. This is my third water pump that doesn’t fit doesn’t work for what I need it for because your employees are inept and unwilling to help. What is up with this?

I said after my last experience, I never go in there, but I really needed a water pump and it was closer so I just did it. That was a mistake because now I have to travel an hour hour and a half back to return this in hopes that they’ll actually take my return because more times and not they won’t even take my return. I have to tell you your company sucks And by the way, this isn’t the only review I’m gonna leave. You know the squeaky wheel gets the whatever that shit wants. I will be leaving this on the Better Business Bureau on Yelp as many possible times I can and I know I’m only only one person but I know I’m not the only one. If I have it every single day I will I am tired of your of your employees and your customer service. I would like just one time for somebody to reach out and actually act like they give a crap and wanna help but don’t worry I’m not holding my breath. Yes, I know this is a little intense, but you know what I’m tired of it. I need to water my animals and I can’t. Because of your terrible service and your inability to help people in your store Never again never ever ever again and I am telling you right now every single person I come in contact with for the rest of my life will know what horrible company you are a horrible, horrible company you are. Oh, and if you care which I’m doubt you will the store in which I’m having the most difficulty with this time happens to be your Kingman, Arizona store. Let me tell you your district manager doesn’t care cause I’ve tried to deal with them. Your manager doesn’t care I’ve tried to deal with them and the employees most of them not all of them of course some of them are amazing but a couple of the women especially, and by the way, I am a woman and I love women and men. I am not a people hater are horrible Horrible said sorry I’m not an expert. Maybe you should have a little education for your people or maybe if they don’t work there or be expert maybe they should get another job and go work at Denny’s or donut shop. Or at least get basic tools or whatever or whenever they want to work. I can’t wait to start working there. Maybe that’ll teach lesson because guarantee you The robots will be better experts than they are.

Harbor Freight, I bought a Predator Auger for $220.00. It wouldn’t start so I brought it back for a refund. I was charged a $44.00 restocking fee for a defective piece of equipment that I had to bring back and I also couldn’t get a refund for the STP premix fuel because that had to be emptied out of the auger. There wasn’t another brand auger that you offer so I got the refund. My initial bill was about $248.00 and I got back $194.00, so it cost me $54.00 not to buy anything from Harbor Freight. I understand if I brought something back that I decided I didn’t want but this equipment was defective.

Harbor Freight, Reviewer. I’m very interested in reviewing and testing your power tools if you have that position. I buy most of my tools from Harbor Freight because not only are they less expensive than the box store tools, they are very comprable to big box stores. Thank you.
