Ace Hardware, Bad customer service! I had a horrible experience with the Van Nuys, CA, store manager, “Angela”. She was unhelpful, unfriendly, and she should not be dealing with customers. I won’t waste my time detailing the encounter with this person, but trust me, I will never return to the store. She lost Ace a long time customer over a $1.50. Good bye Ace!

Ace Hardware excellent customer service, product availability this across Ace Hardware stores I have lived by and used multiple cities and states. I summed up my review in title. I am 74 years old, I always use Ace Hardware as my go to hardware store. Wayfair is another great company with one issue there Angi assembly option they use for their furniture products can be sketchy. I would like to see Ace be a place you can go to have your Wayfair furniture assembled. Ace is in every city and town across America with a team of assemblers in each store. Wayfair pays well for assemblers to put their furniture sold to customers together. One drawback is that assemblers are hard to find sometimes especially in the country. Ace Hardware assemblers would guarantee that Wayfair always had an assembler available for their customers. Think about it be a great service and that is what Ace Hardware and Wayfair is about.

Ace Hardware Frustrating Website Issue

Ace Hardware, your DRM pop-up completely locks my browser on my phone, forcing me to close and reopen it just to regain control. I never click on pop-ups, and this intrusive tactic is frustrating and time-consuming. If this issue isn’t fixed, I won’t be shopping at Ace Hardware again. I’ve already switched to a competitor because of it. As a longtime loyal customer, I find this practice rude and unnecessary. Please address this!
