Hendrick Automotive, Horrible Experience! Took my daughter’s Jeep into Hendrick Jeep in Charleston SC for an oil change and to look into why her Jeep is now on it’s 4th battery in 3 years. Horrible communication, unable to reach anyone, rude people, and then hundreds of dollars in diagnostic fees that were Never discussed. Keep in mind the vehicle is still under a factory warranty. Would not release the vehicle to my daughter until she paid. If this is how they feel customers should be treated, then Stay Away from their dealerships. Especially if you are a female, do not use Hendrick.

Hendrick Automotive, Don’t Trust the Hendrick Auto group. Recently, Hendrick Chevrolet Sales Manager John Bloom agreed to buy my pre-owned Chevy. The agreement was made on Saturday and John told us to return on Monday because the accounting team was not there on the weekend but they would cut a check for the agreed upon amount when returning on Monday. We arrived, completed the paperwork, removed our license plate, and were even told that someone was dispatched down the block to the Hendrick accounting office to retrieve our check and it would be in our hands shortly. We were there for 3 hours when suddenly and inexplicably, John said that he was not going to purchase our vehicle. Hendrick’s word means nothing, John Bloom’s handshake meant nothing, customers and their time mean nothing. Sadly, my family have been Hendrick customers for years having purchased and leased many vehicles at Hendrick Toyota. We also used them for service. That relationship ended today. My new mission is to tell everyone that I come into contact with not to buy, sell, lease, or service a vehicle with the Hendrick Auto Group. So glad that my social media connections number in the thousands. Hendrick Auto Group… can’t be trusted.

Hedrick Corporate HQ - Norfolk VA location is Falsifying "z06" list

Hendrick Chevrolet of Norfolk, VA. Over 3 years ago I put my name on a list for a Z06. I called last week to check on the status and they told me that there is no list. I explained that I contacted them over 3 years ago and he said well, that guy is no longer here and we have no list. So now I am 3 years behind on my progress toward getting a Z06. Spoke to both the sales manager and the general manager, and they could care less. Also, gave my deposit for the Silverado ev the minute it was introduced and they could not tell me anything about my deposit. They don’t know anything about it and could not find any records of it. Now they stopped taking my calls or responding to emails. I even sent emails to the corporate office twice with no response.
