Hendrick Chevrolet of Norfolk, VA. Over 3 years ago I put my name on a list for a Z06. I called last week to check on the status and they told me that there is no list. I explained that I contacted them over 3 years ago and he said well, that guy is no longer here and we have no list. So now I am 3 years behind on my progress toward getting a Z06. Spoke to both the sales manager and the general manager, and they could care less. Also, gave my deposit for the Silverado ev the minute it was introduced and they could not tell me anything about my deposit. They don’t know anything about it and could not find any records of it. Now they stopped taking my calls or responding to emails. I even sent emails to the corporate office twice with no response.

The brand new truck, less than 60 miles. At 35 miles check engine light comes on and the truck gets weird. I call RH Chevrolet of Buford GA and was told to bring it in, next appointment in six days. Salesman couldn’t help. Customer care rep(writes beautiful emails) hasn’t returned phone calls or emails. I am understandably freaking out at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet and their unwillingness to help me. The manager does not respond to emails and can’t be reached by phone.

Another Chevy dealer has given me an appointment two days before Rick Hendrick could.

I completely regret my purchase and should have read all of the complaints nationwide about service by Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. They are not what they pretend to be, ask me.
