  1. SHOULD have looked on this page before i signed up. i had cancelled auto renewal, and yep, same thing happened. this is the ONLY company i have encountered that is more intent on taking your money than customer service . was even DENIED the chance to speak to a supervisor. BUYER BEWARE. this is a horrific company that just wants your money, any way they can get it.

  2. Instead of responding negatively how about you build your own dating website with godaddy.com and you can control all the content on your website and all websites start small then multiply and when one gets too big to regulate everyone can agree that it needs to be shut down because it does noone any good but thats just it that it is too big to shut down. And rarely works for anyone. It needs to be replaced with hundreds of smaller dating websites that can actually be moderated and regulated. Just use godaddy.com SPREAD THE WORD!!!

  3. Horrible customers service. Blocked me and won't tell me why. I've never even got a chance to use it. Weird. Can't get through to anyone, they jerk you around with emails that tell you nothing in response to your questions.

DON'T BOTHER >>> WASTE Of TIME!

  4. And this Match company does not even honor their 3 business day cancel clause. I saw right away that they matched me with screwballs that were way off my set up profile. Since when does "never drinks" relate to "regularly drinks"?

  5. I agree with all of the above.

MATCH was once very customer friendly. They will no longer honor attempt at cancellation after one or 3 months, with a warning that one needs to re-up to continue. They just charge you. I stopped using Match in Mid-February 2016 and unsuccessfully tried to turn it off on line. On March 10 they billed me for a full 3 months, though I had not been using the service, and tried to turn it off.

Today the rep refused me a refund, but as a "one time courtesy" would give a partial refund worth less than one month.

I asked 6 times to speak with a supervisor or manager. I was refused everytime. In fact, she thretened to hang up on me, and thus remove the option for a small refund.

I think they have indeed outsoiurced their financial and cusomer service to someone else.

MATCH IS NO LONGER CUSTOMER ORIENTED OR USER-FRIENDLY IN ANY WAY. THE FINANCIAL SET UP IS A TRAWLING OPERATION TO KEEP CHARGING MEMBERS AS LONG AS THEY POSSIBLY CAN. BE VERY CAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN UP FOR HERE.

A shame. Once they were people-oriented, which is what a site like this is about.
