Ollie’s, No bathrooms in public store. Today I went to go to Ollie’s to do some shopping like I do about twice a month . Today when I was there, I needed to use the bathroom mind, I was shopping and had quite a few things in my cart, but they then informed me that there are no longer public bathrooms in this store. This is a bad move because of this policy I will no longer shop there. My only voice may not mean much to you, but I hope this message gets to all people and understands that this is a bad policy. Thank you.

Ollie's Disappointing Return Policy

Ollie’s, Return policy. On 5/10/25 I responded to the Palm Coast Florida Ollie’s and purchased a Bluetooth (Ollie’s Follies) speaker. The speaker has a humming sound and will not keep a charge. While attempting to return it the following day I mess with CSS Sam Eddenfield who stated a no return policy is in place and posted where the items are located. Ms.Eddenfield confirmed that the notice was not present but was a few days ago. Ms Effenfield would not take the return in spite of the fact that there was no warning of no return and the fact that an additional defect was not noted on the label. I took pictures of the Ollie’s Follies section that did not have a no return sign posted as well as the green sticker which did not note the item doesn’t hold a charge. Very poor customer service.

Ollie's Union City TN Disappointing

Ollie’s, Book section. I recently went to the newly opened Ollie’s here in Union City, Tennessee, I was so excited as I had bragged about how great Ollie’s stores were and how they had the most Awesome book sections But I was So disappointed, the book section was small and limited all they had was religious, cooking, and childrens books. I used to go to the Ollie’s in Port Charlotte Florida and their book section was gigantic with so many topics to choose from. It was a big let down, the store was very clean and organized. But Please Improve The Book Section, I Think It Would Do Well As We Have No Book Stores In Our Town.

Ollie’s, Location availability. Big Lots in Largo is closing. The address is Seminole Blvd and Walsingham Rd, Largo (May have a Seminole address) I love Ollie’s and am an Army member. It would be the perfect location for an Ollies store as the nearest one is way down in St Petersburg..Something to consider.

Ollie's DIsappointing Experience

Ollie’s, Stephenville location is awful. My adult daughter and I decided to go on shopping at our local Ollie’s we both had coupons and decided to spend the day together. Well apparently they must have thought we were shoplifting. We started with 1 basket and had to divide it into 2 they called a security check for that area where we divided up our basket. After that everywhere we went someone was watching us including this Rambo wanna be too much testerone lady. We ended up spending close to $500 but I can’t say I will ever go back to this location. Seriously just because people are in jeans and sweats doesn’t mean Monday-Friday they are not in business attire.
