Princess Cruises Promotion Package Questions?

Princess Cruises, Many Major problems with booking Princess Package. The most convultued information Ever! Major problems booking trip with princess. It started April 4, 2025 and hasn’t been resolved yet. I was offered a cruise package promotion which was supposed to give me more and save money. Trip is schedule for December 11-23, 2025 As it it now, it will cost me $2-$3000 more and I am told its too late to cancel the promotion for full refund, and if allowed to cancel the promotion I will lose a lot of money. Later in working problems out, I was told that this Package has 2 separate parts (cruise & promotion) and handle totally separate. I am still working on the many problems and cost. I have paid much more than either/both booking indicate and am not getting answers why. I am desperate I have talked to several Princess cruise consultants with little or no resolution. I need to contact someone in Princess headquarter office or one who has the knowledge and power to do something. I am not giving up. I have been talking to several people and consultation, no resolution. Can someone help me?

Princess Cruises Disappointing Hospitalization Costs

Princess Cruises, Hospitalization costs have destroyed our faith in cruising. Whilst cruising between Adelaide (Au), and Albany an infection arose which required that night in the ships hospital. Next morning I was transferred by ambulance to Albany (Au), hospital where I remained for four days before flying home to Gold Coast Queensland (Au). I am 80 years old and a loyal patron of your cruising company. Insurance is simply too expensive for an old age pensioner who takes the risk of being without it and is prepared to pay the $ cost involved up-front but a charge 0f $10,000.00 for One night hospitalization is frankly totally unreasonable in any one’s language. Even a charge of say 20% of that would be more palatable but $10,000 is simply unacceptable. We simply love cruising but no more ! We are extremely disappointed.

Princess Cruises DIsappointing Cabin Arrangement

Princess Cruises, Cabin switcharoo! I booked a 7-night Mexico almost 5 months ago, opting for a BF balcony upgrade. Today, 4 days before sailing I received word that my cabin would be a different category and would be located on the Very Stern of the ship. I booked the cabin because I am a regular user of the Fitness Center, and it would be very convenient for me. Now I’ll have to walk the full length of the ship to get there, every day, Also, I booked the cabin expecting ease of access through the forward elevators. Now I’ll be forced to spend my time waiting on the 4 elevators in back of the ship. I am an Elite traveler, but I will Never sail on a Princess ship again!

Princess Cruises Disappointing Experience

Princess Cruises, problems with customer service and refund requests. My husband and I were booked on a Princess Cruise. Due to a storm, our plane arrived late and we were unable to board the ship. We made 4 calls to the flight delay line. They were unable to assist us. They told us to take a taxi to the terminal and they would reimburse us We also made an additional 3 calls to customer service. They said we could go to the next port but when I asked about the details, they said they would call us back. Never got the call back. So we had to take another taxi back to the airport (47 miles each way) stay in a hotel and book a flight home. We put in a claim to the insurance company and a claim to Princess Cruises. The insurance company paid only $500 pp but processed their claim in 2 weeks. I’m now waiting over 1 month for a response from Princess. I put in a claim on their web site and provided all the documentation. I’ve called a total of 10 times in the last month and sent several e-mails and I’m still not getting any answers.

Seems like Princess does not keep their promises. We will never cruise with Princess again!

Princess Cruises Cancelled Cruise Deposit Refund - NOT RECEIVED

Oh my, I can tell you that all the headaches I have from Princess Cruises customer service reps make me NEVER want to book another cruise again! It has been a month and 4 phone calls as of today with still wrong information about my deposit refund. I cannot reach anyone from the accounting or finance office which is key number 5 on the phone list, but it only sends me to the front desk and then he says there is no such office…why is it an option on your phone system??? I will never cruise with Princess again!!!!!!! My time is worth more than this.
