Princess Cruises Cancelled Cruise Deposit Refund - NOT RECEIVED

Oh my, I can tell you that all the headaches I have from Princess Cruises customer service reps make me NEVER want to book another cruise again! It has been a month and 4 phone calls as of today with still wrong information about my deposit refund. I cannot reach anyone from the accounting or finance office which is key number 5 on the phone list, but it only sends me to the front desk and then he says there is no such office…why is it an option on your phone system??? I will never cruise with Princess again!!!!!!! My time is worth more than this.

Princess Cruise Refund Was Never Issued

I canceled an excursion on the land portion of our princess cruise. It has now been over a month and no refund. Many calls to customer service where I was told it will be 10-15 days. I Finally called again and was told the refund was never created and now it will be another 4-6 weeks. No email response from customer relations. Very frustrating that they collect immediately on purchases, but won’t refund on cancellations.

I have been on the phone for over two hours today on hold, and then speaking with two of your staff, ultimately with your supervisor, Eunice. Both Eunice and your travel advisor were over anxious to help and repeatedly cut me off from trying to explain my problem, I pride myself in taking time with service people who are not US-based service people, but had a very hard time with their accents, and they never did come to understand the nature of my concern. Ultimately, after two hours on the phone, I was told that my issues were not a cruise issue at all but were a travel package issue and the cruise people that I was speaking with through the afternoon could not assist, and since it took both of them two hours, the travel package department was closed, but was available “tomorrow”.

I want an accounting of this travel package, a list of the highly vaunted “World Wide Premium Resorts” and a list of the “additional hotel savings”.

We have paid for it.

We are the travelers under this reservation, we are both Platinum Level cruisers and feel run over roughshod by your corporation.
