Royal Farms Fried Chicken Issue

November 11, 2024

Royal Farms, Fried Chicken – poor quality. The 10 pc. dark meat chicken was very oily and soggy. I won’t buy food from Royal Farms again. Also, the customer service contact rep. promised me a refund but it never arrived. Poor customer service too.

Royal Farms, service was not every good , please make some changes in employees at this store. I was in your 1261 Liberty Road store last night at 5:20PM dinner-time, Ordered nine chicken rolls, two chicken breast and went up to pay for them no problem with that went back to get the order, the person behind the counter said they have no chicken Breast in the pan, and said I have no chicken rolls either, and just looks at me. Does not ask, can you wait and fry some for you so I asked for the manager she points to front area so he comes over and goes back, and had the person put chicken in the fryer, for the chicken rolls but not the chicken breast. whats with that? So, my rolls were done, I took what they put in the box and left. My order was number 461. your store was not managed very well, I was thinking you would like to know. about this bad service.

Royal Farms, 2700 Taylor Ave Baltimore 21234. Ordered a 3 pc chicken tenders with fries. Now I see you have to pay for the roll , so forget that. The fries were absolutely cold and the tenders were more breading than meat. One of them was maybe 10% meat and the rest was the coating. Wasted my money. Won’t go back.

Royal Farms Rehoboth Beach DE Issue

June 6, 2024

Regular Customer of 28 Years Is Finished With Royal Farms Store! On this date, June 5, 2024, between 5:30 and 6:00 PM I went in to the Farms Store on Rehoboth Avenue, in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and ordered a 1 piece meal, which was supposed to consist of a chicken breast and western fries. I purchased a side of cole slaw. When I got home and opened the box I discovered a single, small thigh hidden under the potatoes. When I started eating I realized that either the fryer was not cleaned or was not cleaned properly, unless you have changed the type oil you use, to something that tastes like a combination of soap, water and dregs of charcoal grilling. The chicken was mushy. The potatoes tasted the same way the chicken tasted. Awful. as I have been away for a few months I also note that you have apparently lost the best people who actually cared about what they were preparing and serving, and have replaced them with kids who could not care less about the quality, but smile, while knowing they are cheating the customers, and just smile and pretend to be interested in the customer and their work. Maybe their training is lousy, and they don’t know what chicken parts look like. For 28 years I have been a customer, and purchased breakfast every single day with my coffee and danish to take to the office with me. I have placed the same 1 piece meal order for years whenever I got dinner when I was not in a mood to cook. I knew the quality. I do not mind that prices have gone up, as they would with time and inflation, but not for the garbage I was served by the young man who knew exactly what he was doing when he hid a thigh under the potatoes. It was disgusting and disgraceful, packaged with a smile. This is not a big neighborhood, and word of mouth is more effective than a complaint with authorities about the chemical taste of mushy food. Taste cannot be photographed. Royal Farm should be ashamed of itself. I am sure that your company is not, but you should be. I paid for a chicken breast meal, and got a small thigh hidden under potatoes. The clerk at the register was nice enough. Hopefully in the morning I will not find that the orange juice I bought is no good. Are you training your new hires to cut back on what people are paying for to save on inventory? Shame. Please do not send me some boilerplate e-mail or spam because you don’t like my review.
