Royal Farms Corporate Office and Headquarters Contact Information

The number 1-410-889-0200 is Royal Farms’ published corporate-office number. It should not be described as a dedicated Human Resources, payroll, Rewards, refund, fuel-dispute, or store-complaint line.

Royal Farms does not currently publish one clearly verified universal customer-service telephone number for ordinary store complaints. Customers should contact the store manager and submit the official complaints-and-compliments form.

The previously listed number 1-800-796-9159 is not prominently published through Royal Farms’ current official contact, privacy, careers, or Rewards resources and should not be relied upon without confirmation from the company.

Where Is Royal Farms Headquarters?

Royal Farms headquarters is located at:

Royal Farms
3611 Roland Avenue
Baltimore, MD 21211

This is the location readers generally seek when searching for the Royal Farms corporate office, Royal Farms headquarters, Royal Farms HQ, main office, head office, home office, corporate address, or Baltimore corporate office.

Royal Farms traces its history to Baltimore, where the company opened its first White Jug store in 1959. The business later adopted the Royal Farms name and expanded throughout the Mid-Atlantic and nearby markets.

The Roland Avenue headquarters is not a public refund counter, food-return location, RoFo Rewards help desk, employee-relations office, or fuel-claim center. Customers should not arrive expecting an immediate meeting with an executive or corporate representative.

Royal Farms Ownership and Leadership

Royal Farms is a privately held, family-owned company.

The operating business is identified as Two Farms, Inc., doing business as Royal Farms. The company remains associated with the Kemp family, whose earlier dairy business led to the creation of the first White Jug convenience store.

John Kemp serves as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Royal Farms operates more than 300 convenience stores offering prepared food, fuel, coffee, snacks, beverages, groceries, lottery products, car washes, and other services depending on the location.

Royal Farms is not owned by Wawa, Sheetz, 7-Eleven, Casey’s, or another national convenience-store chain.

Corporate Office vs. Local Royal Farms Stores

Royal Farms’ Baltimore corporate office handles company leadership, food and fuel strategy, marketing, technology, privacy, recruiting, real estate, store development, procurement, and higher-level unresolved concerns.

A local store normally handles:

  • Food preparation and order accuracy
  • Refunds, remakes, and manager adjustments
  • Employee or manager conduct during a visit
  • Store cleanliness and restroom conditions
  • Windshield-cleaning supplies and forecourt maintenance
  • Fuel-pump problems and receipt requests
  • Incorrect shelf, menu, or register prices
  • Missing products or unavailable food
  • Local operating hours
  • Questions about a store-specific transaction

The contact form asks customers to select the store involved. Providing the correct store number helps Royal Farms route the concern to the appropriate district and store-management team.

Choose the Correct Royal Farms Support Route

  • Food or order problem: Contact the store manager as soon as possible and keep the receipt.
  • Refund request: Begin with the location that processed the transaction.
  • Store employee complaint: Ask for the store leader or manager, then submit the official contact form if necessary.
  • Cleanliness complaint: Notify the manager and identify the restroom, food-service area, fuel island, or other affected location.
  • Fuel-pump or price problem: Report the pump number and retain the fuel receipt.
  • RoFo Rewards problem: Call 1-844-830-4792.
  • RoFo Pay bank, PIN, card, or account-hold problem: Call ZipLine at 1-844-687-1681.
  • Online or mobile order: Contact the preparing store and preserve the digital confirmation.
  • Job application: Use the careers site or email re********@********ms.com for recruiting-account assistance.
  • Current employee concern: Use the internal management, Human Resources, payroll, benefits, or employee-relations process provided by Royal Farms.
  • Privacy question: Use the privacy-policy contact instructions or call the corporate office.
  • Unresolved corporate complaint: Document the store and contact-form responses before writing to Baltimore headquarters.

What to Have Before Contacting Royal Farms Corporate

  • The Royal Farms store number and address
  • The city and state
  • The visit, purchase, or fuel date and approximate time
  • The receipt or transaction information
  • The pump number when fuel is involved
  • The food or product involved
  • Photographs of food, packaging, cleanliness, or visible damage when relevant
  • The names or roles of managers previously contacted
  • The RoFo Rewards telephone number or account information provided privately
  • The contact-form confirmation or reference
  • A concise timeline and the specific resolution requested

Do not publish complete payment-card numbers, bank information, RoFo Pay account details, driver’s-license information, Rewards login codes, home addresses, private telephone numbers, employee records, or unredacted receipts in public reviews.

How to Escalate a Royal Farms Complaint

Begin with the manager of the store involved.

Explain what occurred, identify the approximate date and time, and provide the receipt or transaction information. State whether a refund review, food remake, price correction, cleanliness response, manager follow-up, or another resolution is being requested.

If the store does not resolve the matter, submit the official Royal Farms contact form. Select the correct store and provide enough information for the company to locate the transaction.

For a substantial concern that remains unresolved, written correspondence may be sent to:

Royal Farms
3611 Roland Avenue
Baltimore, MD 21211

Include the store number, support routes already used, dates, responses received, and the requested resolution.

Send copies rather than original receipts, bank statements, identification, photographs, or legal records. Do not mail food, fuel samples, or other physical evidence unless Royal Farms provides written instructions.

Royal Farms Food and Order Complaints

Food complaints may involve cold chicken, missing items, incorrect side dishes, unavailable promotions, excessive wait times, poor preparation, damaged packaging, or a disagreement about a refund.

Report the problem before leaving the store when possible. This allows the manager to inspect the food, review the order, and determine whether a remake or adjustment is appropriate.

For mobile or online orders, keep the digital confirmation and identify the store that prepared the order.

Photograph the food and packaging before discarding it when there is a visible quality, portion, or contamination concern.

Food availability and preparation time can vary by store and time of day. A public comment on this page does not create a formal refund or food-safety complaint.

Royal Farms Cleanliness and Store-Condition Complaints

Cleanliness complaints may involve restrooms, food counters, dining areas, beverage stations, trash containers, parking lots, fuel islands, windshield-cleaning supplies, or other store areas.

Notify the store manager promptly and identify the exact condition and location.

When leaving the store without speaking to management, record the store number, date, approximate time, and affected area before submitting the corporate contact form.

A serious sanitation or suspected foodborne-illness concern may also be reported to the local or state health department responsible for the store.

For an immediate fuel spill, fire, or other dangerous condition, move to a safe location and contact store personnel or emergency services rather than waiting for a corporate response.

Royal Farms Fuel, Pump, and Payment Complaints

Fuel complaints may involve an incorrect posted price, a pump that did not stop properly, a missing receipt, a card authorization hold, a car-wash purchase, suspected contaminated fuel, or a disagreement over the amount dispensed.

Keep the receipt and record:

  • The store and pump number
  • The fuel grade selected
  • The number of gallons
  • The price per gallon
  • The amount charged
  • The date and time
  • Any displayed error message

A temporary authorization hold may be controlled by the financial institution rather than the final purchase amount. Review the posted and settled transactions before filing a duplicate-charge complaint.

A suspected fuel-quality problem should be reported promptly to the store and documented by a qualified automotive professional. Preserve receipts, repair estimates, photographs, and any fuel sample collected through an appropriate professional process.

RoFo Rewards and RoFo Pay Complaints

RoFo Rewards is Royal Farms’ loyalty program for earning and redeeming points, discounts, free products, and promotional offers.

Rewards assistance is available at 1-844-830-4792.

Complaints may involve:

  • Missing points
  • Account access or verification codes
  • A reward that did not apply
  • Expired points or offers
  • An incorrect telephone number on an account
  • Digital receipts
  • Problems loading or returning a reward

RoFo Pay is a separate ACH payment feature linked to a checking account. Royal Farms identifies ZipLine as the third-party processor used for RoFo Pay.

ZipLine can be reached at 1-844-687-1681 for applicable card, PIN, bank-verification, account-hold, returned-payment, or checking-account issues.

Do not publish Rewards passwords, one-time passcodes, bank-account details, driver’s-license information, Social Security information, or RoFo Pay PINs in a public comment.

Royal Farms Employee, HR, and Applicant Questions

Royal Farms does not prominently publish a dedicated universal public Human Resources, payroll, benefits, or employee-relations telephone number.

The corporate number 1-410-889-0200 should not automatically be labeled as Royal Farms HR.

Applicants should use the official careers site. Recruiting-account and application questions may be sent to re********@********ms.com.

Current employees should use the authorized internal management, Human Resources, payroll, benefits, ethics, or employee-relations channels supplied by Royal Farms.

Do not publish Social Security numbers, employee identification numbers, schedules, payroll records, medical information, disciplinary documents, or private workplace communications in public reviews.

Royal Farms Reviews and Complaints

Royal Farms reviews vary by store, manager, employee team, food order, fuel transaction, cleanliness condition, and complaint route.

Visible commenters on this page discuss missing windshield-cleaning supplies and dirty fluid containers at several locations; an allegedly filthy Virginia store; a Gloucester, New Jersey order and refund dispute involving employee and manager conduct; understaffing and rude service during a chicken promotion; and dissatisfaction with the assistance received for the Rewards program.

These are individual commenter accounts and do not establish what occurred in every case or at every Royal Farms location.

When leaving a Royal Farms corporate-office review below, include the store city and state, approximate date, general issue, official support route used, response time, and whether the matter was resolved.

Fake Royal Farms Support and Rewards Warning

Use RoyalFarms.com, RoFoRewards.com, the official app, or a verified number before providing account, payment, employment, or personal information.

Be cautious with fake fuel discounts, Rewards messages, coupons, gift-card offers, job postings, refund notices, and telephone numbers copied from outdated directories.

Royal Farms support should not require cryptocurrency, gift-card payments, wire transfers, account passwords, one-time verification codes, or remote access to a phone or computer to investigate an ordinary complaint.

RoFo Pay customers should confirm that payment-support instructions are connected to Royal Farms or its identified payment processor before providing banking information.

Royal Farms Rosedale MD Issue

May 27, 2025

The vacant property lot (1205 Chesaco Ave. Rosedale, MD21237) that is owned by Royal Farms and adjacent to the Royal Farms #64 at 7950 Pulaski Highway needs it grass to be cut. It is almost to our knees and is becoming an eyesore to the neighborhood of Rosedale. Thank you.

Royal Farms Gloucester NJ Disappointing

March 7, 2025

Royal Farms, Terrible customer service. Workers Tori and the manager Michelle had a horrible attitude and even called the authorities on me for no reason after I simply asked a question about my order. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they continued to argue with me. I had to wait for the police just to receive my refund. Many of the employees don’t seem to want to work and constantly complain. If you sell chicken, just sell chicken—what’s there to complain about? The customer should be treated with respect. It’s unacceptable to call the cops on a paying customer. They seem to pick and choose who they want to serve fairly. Be cautious when stopping here, Gloucester, NJ location.

Royal Farms Disappointing Customer Service

February 24, 2025

Royal Farms, Very Disappointed. I went in to get the special 12 pieces of chicken for $20.00. They had only one person working behind counter and she was rude. I do not understand why only one person to cook the chicken and suppose to wait on the customer too. This is not good customer service. I can understand her frustration. I would like to see whoever is making this the rule for them to get back there and do it. No wonder you are losing bussiness.
