Casey’s, Broken Pumps, Loss of HyVee gas rewards and shameful response from Casey’s Guest Relations. wecare@caseys.com is a joke. I lost $1.50 a gallon ($23 in total) in HyVee gas rewards because the pump at Casey’s didn’t work. Of course you put in your HyVee rewards card and then the pump drips out. You cancel the transaction and lose your HyVee rewards. The response to me was to work with HyVee! What an insult to my intelligence. This was not a HyVee issue this was a Casey’s issue. Stephanie W in Casey’s Guest Relations needs to be educated on how to compensate customers. Casey’s lost another customer.

Casey’s, Closed the store to take someone home. Tecumseh, OK location: The cashier closed the store to take someone home. Not an employee, a friend. Leaves note on door saying “be open in 15 minutes”. We caught the guy as he was walking out. Is that even allowed? You can close the store and lose business cuz a friend needs a ride home? There has been 6 vehicles drive up, try to go inside, then leave. I mean I feel sorry for the guy that needs the ride, it’s almost zero degrees but bruh, you have a store to run, it’s not your store, it’s Casey’s! All while another worker is still inside. Well he just got back and this dude is Lit!

Casey's Russellville AR Frustrating Experience

Casey’s, Today I stopped at Casey’s store on 2803 Arkansas Ave in Russellville, AR. When I used my card at pump 10, it would not take my bank card, so I went into the store to pay. When I was using my bank card on the credit machine at the register, the employee was rude towards me, telling me that my bank card was blocked, when it is not! So, I called my bank, my bank confirmed with me that my bank card Is Not Blocked, my bank card is Active and told me that it is the credit machine at this store that is having troubles reading chips that is on my bank card. I tried telling your employee that, but she refused to listen. She was rude. I didn’t not get her name because she was not wearing a uniform or even a name tag but can describe her. She had black/purple hair, plus wearing what it looked a Snuggie or a hoodie. She really acted like she didn’t want to deal with customers, let alone do her job. Need to look into this store, because here lately at this store, the customer service has been really awful.
