Scheels, Customer satisfaction Guarantee False In Billings, Montana. I bought an item from the store on 4-26-25 and loved it except it was defective. So, I returned it today under my 30 day trial period that I was told I would get if I didn’t like anything about it. So today I took it back and your Manager (Cory Rigby) told one of his clerks to tell me they would exchange it this one time and there would be No Warranty on the item that I bought from Scheels. Cory Rigby is a Terrible representative of Scheels in my opinion and would deserve a demotion for the way he treats your customers. I buy a lot of products from Scheels and the reason I do is because I believed your advertising about how Scheels stands behind customers with “Customer Satisfaction”? I don’t think Cory Rigbyknows what customer satisfaction means. So because of today’s happenings I will feel no loyalty to Scheels if I can find the product elsewhere.

Scheels, Mother of 2yr old detained and charged at Scheels in Omaha over misplaced $15. keychain in stroller! My wife went to Scheels today and ended up with Omaha authorities citing her with Shoplifting! She was there with our 2yr old son shopping until it was time to pickup our 8 year old from school. She picked out a keychain she liked and put it on top of her stroller and continued to shop, she went to the checkout on paid around $70 for the items she wanted and walked out, At that point Scheels security stopped her and asked her if she forgot to pay for something and she said no, at which point the reached into to stroller and grabbed the keychain. My wife was embarrassed to the point of tears and told them she completely forgot about it and offered to pay them immediately, Security said its too late for that, and took her and our 2year old to the basement and called Omaha authorities!! Scheels has charged my wife with Shoplifting and we will now have to go to court to plead her case. Beware if you are pushing a stroller and forget something in it Scheels policy is you Will be charged for shoplifting and the Police will be called. They have no mercy on mothers with children with zero tolerance for mistakes. As far as Scheels is concerned she is Banned from there stores and will be arrested on site. (they actually had her sign a Document stating that)
