Smiley Dental Customer Service Issue

April 29, 2024

bad experience waste of time! I suffer from Agoraphobia and haven’t been able to leave my neighborhood for over 20 years, I’ve had a loose wisdom tooth for a year So I got medicated to be able to get to the dentist to have an extraction. I had a bad tooth pain and infection. i got to my appt. on time and tried really hard to be able to stay in the office. I got x-rayed had an exam and waited for about an hour. When I finally saw the dentist she focused on my deep cleanings but not what I was there for they suggested for an oral surgeon to do the extraction. I have to wait about three weeks to see the surgeon about two hours later I got out of the examine room because I was left there. I got no appointment for a second visit or a receipt to show I was even there. I was very dissapointed because it took so much for me to get there. Came home in the same pain as when I got there. The sorry thing is This was the closest place I can go to.
