  1. There is a problem with your billing program Hartland wide. I recently had two small fillings done at the Memphis TN location. They were each $110.00. I have insurance through Delta Dental of California. I paid $66.00 before I left. The estimated cost to my insurance was $154.00. A couple of weeks after my visit I received a bill for $112.00. It raised a red flag so I called. I was told that insurance hadn't yet paid. The billing employee didn't address the random $112.00 they said I owed. I stated that I would not be sending any money until I had received my EOB. I got that yesterday and they have paid $154.00. Today, just one week after receiving the first bill for the random $112.00, I received another bill exactly like the first one. I understand that $220.00 was the charge for my work, minus $66.00 my part, and insurance would pay the balance which was $154.00. Where does Hartland's billing software come up with $112.00?

My husband had some work done a month ago. A cleaning I believe which is covered by our insurance and he received a bill for . . . . .wait for it. . . . . .$112.00. He called and they immediately wrote it off. This is why my billing statement raised a red flag.

How many people (mostly elderly) get these bills for this reasonably small amount of $112.00 and pay it without question? Hartland is a BIG corporation that is gobbling up dental practices as fast as they can. These kinds of errors or programming mistakes makes your corporation look dishonest.

I love my dentist and his staff. We've been patients of his since before Hartland took over. I'm not feeling very sure or comfortable about how you bill patients. May I humbly suggest a more accurate billing software, one that is clearly understandable with no random unjustified charges.

good have to do something with the assistants of the office of chicopee ma go to lunch without streking the card and then tell the boss that they forgot and sometimes they are more than an hour and a half outside and as the boss does not pass in that office for being in glastonbury ct do what they feel like

  3. I forgot to add that the dentist, Evelyn Ofili, had an attitude the first time I seen her. Unfriendly, rude, rough while extracting my teeth. And unsympathetic with having given me Billy Bob dentures. I don't know why she didn't like me, but she made it obvious that she didn't. End of story, unless Heartland wants to be accountable and remedy this problem still, show everyone that HeartLAND isn't HeartLESS? Think they will?

  4. A Heartland dentist ruined my life, ended life as I had known (and loved) it. She pulled all my teeth in one sitting, which I had asked her not to. Then, when I got my FIRST set of dentures, the top ones were Billy Bob teeth, the most buck teeth I've ever seen. The bottoms didn't fit, at all. Corporate told me to see their other Heartland dentist in our town, so I did. He didn't come right out and say it, but he subtly agreed that those dentures were ridiculous. He told me I could "save them and wear them on Halloween". So, they took impressions to make a SECOND set of dentures. The teeth looked good, but the bottoms didn't fit, too small and tight. And the top denture, I had to use a 1/4 tube of adhesive to get them to stay in. When it was time to take them out, it was painful pulling on them, and left a horrible taste in my mouth, even after rinsing well. Anyways, I'm not trying to damage their reputation, I'm just telling the truth. I haven't had dentures to wear since she extracted all my teeth. My teeth weren't even rotten, or broken, of yellow, but I had some tooth aches is why I went. That's my story, I haven't eaten out or socialized now for over a decade. A lot of people would attest to this post. Heartland, it's never too late…I still think you should justify this wrong, and give me my life back. Imagine if this happened to you, one of your children, other family member or friend. It has had a negative effect on me physically, mentally, and emotionally

  5. I was in the fort pirce location, the office manager Thia has got to be the most unquilified and rude person to the patiants and staff i have ever encountered. I will never go back intil she is gone. Will be contacting the bbb and asha.

  6. I was in the Alpharetta Georgia for a appointment to have some work done. I have never seen a office that was so loud and rude. Three of the females working there were very loud and showing total disrespect for the poor lady working at the front desk…she could not even hear the clients or the phone calls she was receiving. The office manage and two other ladies, or should I even call them ladies. They were talking about the doctors and hygienist with total disrespect. How can a office manager allow this to go on with the employees of a business, it's so unbelievable. The poor lady at the front desk was the only professional in that office. The disrespect they were showing all the clients and phone calls were unbelievable. I have decided to take my business elsewhere. This office manager and two other girls should be working for a gossip column at the inquirer not a dental office.
