The office manager at this location 18801 Limestone Commercial Dr Suite 400, Pflugerville, TX 78660 is one of the rudest persons I have had to deal with. She made me feel like I was an inconveniencing to her for asking questions. She was also rude to her co-worker, seemed like the office manager was very unorganized. This will be the last time I visit this office ever again. The office manager needs to think about changing careers, to one that does not involve dealing with the public. Avoid this location at all cost.
I have been waiting on my for three months I understand that we had a hurricane situation down here but I have to keep calling and calling to find out something about where I was my partial at and I finally got in contact with somebody and haven't heard anything from them yet
Absolutely horrible. There have been SO many issues with this dentist and the work performed. When I first started going to this location, the dentist was friendly and the work was good. Many of my issues were fixed. However, things started to fall off. I was constantly rescheduled if there were "not enough clients on the schedule", performed "final" work was done faulty or incorrectly, and the dentist does not do some of the finishing work, the assistants do. There's nothing wrong with an assistant helping, that is how they learn and that is what they are there to do – assist. But not to perform the filings, etc. without even a last inspection by the dentist. I had to return many times for work that fell out and had to wait weeks (months in one case) for a final impression of awaiting crowns, etc to come in. When I schedule to get more than 1 procedure done (i.e. 2 fillings, etc.) the dentist only does 1 and makes you come continue to have to come back. I've seen quite a few turnovers there and many of the staff members are just as unhappy as some of the patients. I highly recommend NOT going to this location or try to just avoid Castle Dental altogether if possible.
I HAVE BEEN GOING TO CASTLE DENTAL IN KILLEEN, TX SINCE RETIRED FROM THE MILITARY IN 2005 AND FOR THE LAST PAST 3YRS THE SERVICE HAVE BEEN TERRIBLE WITH THEM SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS. TODAY, I SHOWED UP FOR AN APPOINTMENT THAT WAS CHANGED FOR NOV TO TODAY AT THE END OF SEPT. I WAS TOLD THAT I DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT IN THE SYSTEM NOT ONLY FOR TODAY BUT NOT FOR NOV ALSO. THIS IS A REOCCURING ISSUE FOR ME FOR MORE THAN THREE TIMES.

I brought my daughter in for an ortho consultation on 07/15/19 at the League City, TX office. After meeting with the orthodontist, I met with the Ortho Team Leader billing representative, I believe her name was Priscilla to discuss payment options. Instead of bringing me into a room to discuss possible payment options, she spoke to me up front. She told me that I needed to apply for Care Credit. I told her that I previously had Care Credit and the account was closed out, and I was not eligible to reopen it; due to unpaid balance. She then informed that with my insurance that I would need to put a down payment of $2200 or more. She was very non-empathetic, not willing to work with me. I thought your company was known for flexible affordable payment options, and that you'll were willing to work with the patients. She never discussed any other alternatives. She kept repeatedly stating to apply for CARE CREDIT, which she didn't understand, if you owe a creditor, they will not approve you for credit. The representative was very rude, dry, uncaring. I have called several orthodontic clinics and none of their down payments were no more than $500. I would not recommend anyone to this office.
CASTLE DENTAL SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. THEYARE THIEVES, THEIR DENTIST AT PALM VALLEY IN ROUND ROCK TEXAN THIT MY TOOTH AND ASKED IF I HAVE PAIN. WHEN I SAID NO, HE HIT IT AGAIN UNTIL I WAS IN SOO MUCH PAIN, THEN HE APOLOGIZED. AS IF THAT WAS NOT ENOUGH, I WENT TO ANOTHER LOCATION AND THE DENTIST WAS GOOD BUT THE ORAL SURGEON WAS AWEFUL. THE STAFF AT THE CEDAR PARK LOCATION IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND PLACES YOU ON HOLD TILL ETERNITY. AND YES I AM SCREAMING. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS. THEY GIVE THE DENTAL INDUSTRY A VERY BAD NAME.
I took my grandmother to Castle Dental in Hendersonville TN on September 8th 2016 to get new dentures. I paid the full amount (over $1700) up front. They said it would take 3-4 weeks to get her dentures. She has been back several times since, because the dentures are always wrong. I took her again today & they are still wrong. We told them we want a full refund & we do not want to wait 3-4 weeks to get it. The girl at the front office said we will need to speak with the office manager & she would speak with corporate. I asked for corporates number & she said she doesn't have that information. A patient in the waiting room heard the conversation & he looked the number up on his phone & told her here I have it for her. I called corporate & spoke with Christie, she said she would complete the complaint & someone would call me in 24-48 business hours. After speaking with her I contacted my lawyer. Michael(my attorney) said if we do not have a full refund in 15 days he will file suit. I'm not playing around with these people I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP or they WILL see me in court!
I'm sitting here in tears and in pain writing this…i went into the East Freeway location to have my wisdom tooth removed he worked on it for over an hour and was pissed cause he couldn't get it out. He kept saying my cheeks were to big and my bone was in the way. He kept asking his assistant how many patients were waiting and if they were piling up. He didn't really care about what was going on with me. He eventually told her to os me got up and went to the next guy. He came back gave me a rx for amoxicillin and said he just couldn't pull it…i was still charged for the pulling of my tooth even though no tooth was pulled. I don't get it. Then when I ask for a referral to the oral surgeon I was ignorned so I asked again and all Brittany said to me was just call any castle dentle they all have one except us.We don't have a surgeon. So here I go calling all these different castle dentles the kirby one the shepard one the gulf frwy one the north frwy one and the northwest frwy and they all said the same thing We don't have a surgeon. Wtf I told them all i was instructed to just call em up and they would help. But they didn't help me I even called back the one I went to and after a long uhhhhhhhh all she said was she'll call me back. Wtf I'm in pain I can't keep missing work. I don't know what to do.
I had a root canal performed at Castle Missouri City Texas office in January 2015. Within five days, the tooth was infected. I visited the office for medical attention. The dentist that performed the root canal was not on duty. The dentist on duty informed me that I should have been given a prescription for antibiotic. After receiving and taking antibiotic, the swelling and pain went away. In December 2015, the tooth was infected again. Again I visited the Castle Dental office in Missouri City. I was notified that the dentist that performed the root canal was no longer with the company. The dentist I was treated by had no knowledge of why the infection returned. I was given antibiotic a second time. Also, the Missouri City office made an appointment for me at the Pearland, TX office. Missouri City office promised to pay for my treatment at the Pearland office. One week later, I visited the Pearland office and was examined. Before I left the office, the office manager verified with the Missouri City office that they would be paying for all procedurals. I was informed that I would owe no out–of pocket expenses. On my visit to have the infected tooth crown removed and the tooth re-cleaned, I was informed that I would have to pay an extra $500. I refused their service. In January 2016 I received an authorize bill from the Pearland office for over $100. And I refused to pay it. The office is attempting to scam me for a bill that the Missouri City office should pay.
