Great Expressions Customer Service Issue

October 3, 2024

Great Expressions, Customer service what a joke. Waste of time and money. I’ve been trying to get someone higher up then local dentists office. They claim can only send emails to them. Don’t expect to ever get call back from. Call headquarters main line. All you get is voice mailboxes full and hung up on. Tried emailing them no response.

Great Expressions Teeth Removal Issue

Great Expressions, Scam! I said I only want what my insurance company is paying for, I was left with 5 teeth on the bottom that’s not a mouth a person wants to smile with. How would you feel if you had 5 teeth with a smile?

Great Expressions Terrible Customer Service

Great Expressions, Wrong place to go. Choose a star rating on a scale of 1 to 5. Not good. Type of Care

Poor Care Quality. Office Experience. I wish I had checked this review before going to the office. First, they fail to explain the procedure and what to expect when having a tooth pulled. Quite naturally I have had many teeth pulled before over the years, I’m 67 yrs old. Not remembering what to expect I would certainly think that the office and the dentist would explain everything, to me. However, what was told to me lead me to believe something else. At the first visit of course the dentist’s assistant took x-rays of the tooth only. Upon the dentist entering and viewing the one Xray. She asked the assistance “where is the panoramic view?” Then she proceeded to do just that. I had already stated I just wanted it pulled.

Also at the time of the first call a second appointment was made, I had assumed would be for the pulling of the tooth. Since no one explained to me elsewise. So, when I turned up for the app. 2 weeks later. After expecting that to be the day for the procedure right. However, when the assistant came in and stated “today the dentist would be in to examine the site. My reaction was, “No it is to be pulled today.” She replied not today. You must make another app. for that. So, after preparing for this situation in advance, as far as care, eating, and other preparation needed. Let me just say the situation was not pretty! I was levied to say the least. So, having to make another appointment for another 2 weeks wait. Now I’m steaming! I went back to have this done. It went fine, and it came out with no problem, so I thought. Now here 4 weeks later I am still hurting and in constant pain and taking pills. I called to make an app. to have it looked at. Which did happen. But that night I couldn’t take it anymore. I went to the emergency care center. What they found was a small piece of tooth lodged in the outside of my gums just to the right of the extraction site. And infection had started to set in. So having said all of that, Enter at your own risk!!! (The manager was soooo unprofessional, once I finally talked to her.) This review is looking pretty epic! Nice!

Great Expressions Customer Service Issue

Took my money! Their office closure at the Town East location did not send a notification of closure. My account was paid in full but the orthodontist service was not completed. Went to another office months later and was told I had to repay. I requested a refund online but no response.

The dentist and hygienist trying to tell me that they want do a regular cleaning. They didn’t do a measuring of every tooth to see how much gum recession and went to pointing at x-rays to say you have to do a mandatory deep cleaning. And they didn’t even see a cracked filling that I have been given notice the last regular cleaning 6 months ago. And my last dentist never said a deep cleaning, as he said my teeth are very nice keep up the good work. The Forest Park location is not truthful. I have insurance to pay for a regular cleaning and they didn’t provide and quote me a crown for the cracked and deep filling. I am 40 mins away and I need in and out and no garbage lies. Very disappointed. I want go back any of your locations.
