Ticketmaster, Lack of Refund After Unauthorized Ticket Transfer by Ticketmaster. My tickets for the Cowboys vs. Falcons game were transferred out of my Ticketmaster account without my knowledge. I contacted Ticketmaster a week and a half before the event, and the agent assured me the issue was escalated to their security team. I called every day but only received promises of a callback—which never happened. Now the event has passed, and I still can’t get a refund for my tickets, not to mention the additional costs I incurred for a hotel and parking pass. I just want my money back for the tickets. At this point, I’m beginning to doubt whether Ticketmaster even has a security team and question if they’re handling these issues responsibly.

Ticketmaster, Non-Existent Technical Support for Ticketmaster App. The Ticketmaster app on my iPhone “opens” to a blank screen. I have attempted to obtain technical support from Ticketmaster and it’s like talking to a wall. The first email response from them said my concern was resolved. No outreach. No suggestions on how to fix the problem. I have now called and emailed repeatedly to get help and I seem to start over every time I get a new email from them.. Still working on the issue with them. It’s now a game for me.

Ticketmaster Disappointing Customer Service

Ticketmaster, I wish there was a negative star rating option. Live Nation/Ticket Master “customer service” is anything but. The reps simply read from a script and are not empowered to do anything. I feel so sorry for what they must have to endure. I’ve been trying to resolve an issue for over 2 months and get the same run around. I see international news stories of others being “ghosted” in the same way. I feel sorry for the artists who have no choice but to do business with this monopoly, but even worse for the fans.

Ticketmaster, fraud department and customer service. Both are not help, we have a concert tomorrow out of town. We already paid for our hotel. Ticketmaster said they fixed the problem last week due to someone hacking my account and transferring my tickets. We check tickets today and again unavailable.
