Ticketmaster, Bought tickets for Shen Yun show; can’t receive them. On 2/11/’25 I purchased 2 tickets for a show in Syracuse scheduled for 3/11/’25. Bought them online via “boxofficetickets.com”, which I mistakenly thought was the theater’s. I was then informed that they’d been transferred to Ticketmaster and I had to arrange to get them there. I tried to open the account. I needed to no avail, don’t own a portable device for tickets, got incomprehensible directions from boxoffice.com and am now being stonewalled. I’m 77, not tech savvy [obviously] and don’t know what to do now except try the NY attorney general’s consumer affairs bureau. All I want is to get tickets either by mail or via printable e-mail and not lose the nearly $400 I paid.

Ticketmaster, Lack of Response for Refund on Unauthorized Ticket Purchases. I contacted Ticketmaster regarding $800 worth of tickets that were purchased without my authorization. My credit union was unable to assist and advised me to resolve the issue directly with Ticketmaster. I’ve called several times, received a case number, and yet months have passed with no response or resolution from their team. I want my money refunded and plan to escalate this matter to the FTC due to the lack of communication and action. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I will never purchase tickets through Ticketmaster again.

Ticketmaster, Lack of Refund After Unauthorized Ticket Transfer by Ticketmaster. My tickets for the Cowboys vs. Falcons game were transferred out of my Ticketmaster account without my knowledge. I contacted Ticketmaster a week and a half before the event, and the agent assured me the issue was escalated to their security team. I called every day but only received promises of a callback—which never happened. Now the event has passed, and I still can’t get a refund for my tickets, not to mention the additional costs I incurred for a hotel and parking pass. I just want my money back for the tickets. At this point, I’m beginning to doubt whether Ticketmaster even has a security team and question if they’re handling these issues responsibly.

Ticketmaster, Non-Existent Technical Support for Ticketmaster App. The Ticketmaster app on my iPhone “opens” to a blank screen. I have attempted to obtain technical support from Ticketmaster and it’s like talking to a wall. The first email response from them said my concern was resolved. No outreach. No suggestions on how to fix the problem. I have now called and emailed repeatedly to get help and I seem to start over every time I get a new email from them.. Still working on the issue with them. It’s now a game for me.
