Torrid Credit Card Issue

Torrid, Horrible customer service. I’m a new Torrid card holder 3 weeks now, I used it then a week and half later Later I wanted to make a payment because I had the money. Something happened so they froze my accounts 10 days, now remember I’m new 3 weeks in and my bill wasn’t even due ok what ever so now I’m shopping and was told nope account frozen, went through everything with customer service she took money from me to fix the issue mind you bill wasn’t due, then went on website another day because my payment was posted well I wasn’t allowed to use the card still so for the 3rd time I called and they said my account is frozen 3 months I asked why she said I had a remaining balance $94, I told her I spent $194, 3 weeks ago and my bill wasn’t do yet put paid a hundred and now your telling me I have to pay $94? The person wasn’t getting that I just got the card it wasn’t due yet there was issues and they should of fixed it. What a horrible experience to deal with and only a client 3 weeks, I did ask is this what you do a person buys stuff then you make them pay right away sure seems like it.

Torrid Terrible Customer Service

Torrid, Pathetic. For almost 2 months I have had a pending charge hanging in my bank account for an order Torrid can not fill and 4 phone calls to Customer service woth ’empty results and a trip to the store…still have a pending charge which has caused my gas bill payment to bounce and overdraft charges to pile up!! Aug 28th-today! Been on hold 3 times this morning for over 20 minutes each…no one answers!

Torrid Customer Service Issue

Torrid, employees sold my clothes that were already purchased. If you like to pick up your items at the store, instead of having it delivered, be warned! The employees Will sell the items that they were supposed to hold back for you. And they won’t even tell you that they sold them, they will just cancel your order. I feel very much decieved because I bought those half off. Now it feels like a ploy for me to have bought them at full price. I will not buy them at full price when I had purchased the leggings for about $12. Seriously? Is the half off a ploy to get people to think they are going to get the items half off when in reality, they don’t? I don’t have the money to shop like I did before. I love Torrid leggins but not at full price! Not when everything else is so damn expensive! I haven’t been able to buy new clothes in so long and I just so happened to come across the sale at chance and now I can’t get my leggings because of the employees happily selling Already Bought Merchandise to other customers. How messed up is that? If it’s sold, it’s sold! It shouldn’t be able to go to other customers and then I end up getting screwed over!
