Tropical Smoothie Memphis TN Frustrating

Tropical Smoothie, Awful experience. Ordered a smoothie and wrap from the Kirby location in Memphis. The only thing I received was a smoothie. I called the store and was told by a “manager” that I could re-order my smoothie/wrap so it would be delivered again and that they would refund the $22 charged for the first order immediately. I did this and was assured they were refunding it right then. I called about 5 days later knowing that it could take that amount of time to reflect in my account. I was told that they did it and that it was probably taking longer because the refund was done on a Saturday. I called again a few days later (the 10-day mark since “refund”). I was told they would check on their end again about the refund, and the “manager” handed the phone to another employee, and she told me she would call me back after looking into this. I called the next day and the same woman told me “No one ever told me a refund had been given” and “they wouldn’t say that.” She told me I needed to raise a ticket through the app (which I’d already done twice) and that they could not refund me from the store. I asked why they had told me over the span of nearly two weeks a refund had been completed, etc. and she denied this again. She also told me there hasn’t been a manager at that location for three months informing me I had never spoke to a manager. She then said a store manager would be in today, I could not have his name or info to contact him, but she would have him contact me. The whole situation has been completely unprofessional and I’ve now spent $44 on a wrap and a smoothie. ALL I want is to be refunded the $22 for the order I did not fully receive.

Tropical Smoothie Customer Service Issue

Tropical Smoothie, Incompetently supplied store. I placed an App order using the Tropical Smoothie App. 3 out of 4 items were not available. They couldn’t refund my order or even competently cancel it. They were going to charge my card $40 for the discounted $2.99 smoothie, the only item in the order they could make. No chicken for the wraps. No bowls. Only a cheap $2.99 smoothie for $40. They are not trained well!!!!!!!!!!
