Corporate Address and Phone Update

The Starbucks corporate address remains 2401 Utah Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98134. The Starbucks corporate phone number is 1-206-447-1575. Some business, lease, supplier, or legal-notice materials may reference Suite 800 at the same Utah Avenue South location.

Customers sometimes search for “Starbucks 800-782-7282 WA.” The Washington reference points to Starbucks headquarters in Seattle, while 1-800-782-7282 is the Starbucks Customer Care / Starbucks Card support route. For most store, app, rewards, gift card, mobile order, or refund issues, start with Customer Care rather than the corporate switchboard.

Choose the Correct Starbucks Support Route

Before contacting Starbucks headquarters, choose the route that best matches your issue. A store service complaint, mobile order problem, Starbucks Card balance issue, Rewards problem, or delivery order dispute may be handled faster through customer support, the app, the store manager, or the payment provider.

  • Store complaint: Contact the store manager first when the issue is same-day service, drink quality, food quality, cleanliness, or employee conduct.
  • Mobile order issue: Use the Starbucks app or Customer Care and include the store location, date, time, order details, and receipt.
  • Starbucks Rewards issue: Contact Starbucks Customer Care with your account details shared privately, not in public comments.
  • Starbucks Card or gift card problem: Call 1-800-782-7282 or use Starbucks’ official card support route.
  • Refund or duplicate charge: Compare your app order history, receipt, Starbucks Card activity, and bank statement before escalating.
  • Delivery order issue: If the order was placed through a delivery app, start with the delivery platform for refund, delivery, or driver problems.
  • Food safety or allergy concern: Contact the store and Starbucks Customer Care, and report serious food safety concerns to the local health department.
  • Media inquiry: Use Starbucks’ official media contact route, not the store complaint route.
  • Investor inquiry: Use Starbucks Investor Relations for shareholder or stock-ownership questions.
  • Customer service number details: Visit the related CSN page for Starbucks customer service numbers.

What to Have Before Contacting Starbucks Corporate Office

Whether you are contacting Starbucks Customer Care, the Starbucks main office, or a local store manager, your issue is easier to review when you provide clear details. Do not post private account, payment, gift card, employee, or personal information in the public review section below.

  • The Starbucks store address or store number
  • Date and time of the visit or order
  • Receipt number, mobile order confirmation, Starbucks Card activity, or app screenshot
  • Whether the order was placed in-store, drive-thru, mobile app, website, delivery app, or café pickup
  • Photos of the drink, food, receipt, app screen, or packaging when relevant
  • The name of the manager or employee involved, if known
  • Chat transcripts, emails, case numbers, or call notes from Starbucks Customer Care
  • A short timeline of what happened
  • The resolution you are requesting, such as refund, replacement, Stars credit, account correction, investigation, apology, or follow-up

How to Escalate a Starbucks Complaint

If your issue has not been resolved by the store, app support, or Customer Care, escalate the complaint in a documented way. A short, factual complaint with dates, receipts, store details, and the requested resolution is usually more useful than repeated calls without records.

  1. Start with the store. For same-day drink, food, service, cleanliness, or pickup issues, ask for the manager on duty.
  2. Contact Starbucks Customer Care. Use Starbucks’ official customer service site, phone support, or live chat.
  3. Save proof of contact. Keep chat transcripts, emails, app screenshots, receipts, case numbers, and call notes.
  4. Ask for escalation. If the answer does not resolve the issue, ask whether a supervisor, district manager, store operations team, Rewards specialist, card support team, or customer relations specialist can review it.
  5. Write to Starbucks headquarters. For unresolved corporate-level concerns, send written correspondence to Starbucks Corporation, 2401 Utah Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98134.
  6. Use outside routes when appropriate. For card disputes, contact your bank or card issuer. For food safety concerns, contact the local health department. For employment, wage, or workplace issues, use the correct HR, partner, or labor agency route.

Starbucks Rewards, App, Card and Gift Card Issues

Starbucks Rewards, mobile app, Starbucks Card, eGift, and payment issues are common reasons people search for the Starbucks headquarters address or Starbucks corporate office. Problems may involve missing Stars, reward redemption, app login issues, order errors, stored payment methods, automatic reload, card balance transfers, or a gift card that was lost, stolen, or not delivered.

For Starbucks Card and Rewards issues, keep account details private and use Starbucks’ official support route. Do not post your card number, account email, phone number, password, gift card PIN, or transaction history in public comments. If your card is lost, stolen, or misused, contact Starbucks Customer Care as quickly as possible.

Store Service, Drink Quality and Food Complaints

Store-level complaints should include the store location, date, time, order details, and a clear explanation of what happened. Common issues may include an incorrect drink, missing food item, poor preparation, rude interaction, refusal to remake an order, cleanliness concern, long wait, mobile order mix-up, or manager dispute.

If the issue involves food safety, suspected contamination, allergy exposure, foreign objects, or a possible illness, stop consuming the item and document the issue. Contact the store and Starbucks Customer Care. For serious food safety concerns, contact the local health department where the store is located. If someone may be having an allergic reaction or medical emergency, seek medical help immediately.

Delivery, Drive-Thru and Parking Complaints

Some complaints involve delivery drivers, loading zones, parking behavior, drive-thru traffic, blocked vehicles, or store operations in shared shopping centers. These issues may involve Starbucks employees, third-party vendors, delivery services, property managers, or shopping center landlords.

For parking, delivery truck, or drive-thru safety concerns, document the store address, date, time, photos if safe to take, and any interaction with employees or drivers. Contact the store manager first when the issue is immediate, then escalate to Starbucks Customer Care or property management if the issue continues.

Employee, Partner and HR Questions

People sometimes search for Starbucks head office or Starbucks main office because they need help with employment, payroll, benefits, workplace concerns, partner resources, dress code questions, scheduling, W-2 forms, or former employee records. Starbucks employees are often referred to as partners, and the correct route may be internal partner resources rather than customer service.

Current and former Starbucks partners should use official Starbucks partner, manager, benefits, HR, or careers resources. Do not post private employment records, payroll details, medical information, partner numbers, or manager accusations with identifying personal details in public comments.

Unfamiliar Starbucks Charges and Scam Warnings

If you see an unfamiliar Starbucks, Starbucks Card, app reload, gift card, delivery, or coffee purchase charge on your statement, compare it with your mobile order history, Starbucks Card activity, app reload settings, gift card purchases, and recent store visits. If you still do not recognize the charge, contact Starbucks and your card issuer promptly.

You can also use ChargeOnMyCard.com to research confusing charge names. For fake Starbucks coupons, phishing texts, fake gift card offers, refund scams, delivery scam messages, or fake support numbers, visit ThinkItsAScam.com.

Starbucks Reviews and Complaints

Current review themes on CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com include complaints about local store service, manager interactions, employee conduct, rewards or free drink handling, delivery truck behavior, workplace or uniform issues, and difficulty getting a satisfying resolution after a store-level problem. Some reviewers describe specific Starbucks locations, which may reflect local store, district, vendor, or delivery issues rather than companywide policy.

These reviews are individual customer experiences and may not represent every Starbucks store, employee, manager, district manager, delivery partner, or Customer Care interaction. When sharing a review, describe the general issue and outcome, but do not post private payment details, Starbucks Card numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, employee records, or sensitive personal information.

Starbucks Mt Lebanon PA Disappointing Delivery Truck Situation

May 30, 2025

Starbucks, Delivery Truck Blocked My Car for Over 30 Minutes. I was visiting a restaurant next to the Starbucks location at Virginia Manor Shops in Mt. Lebanon, PA. When I came out to leave, I found that a Starbucks delivery truck was completely blocking my vehicle, and I was stuck for over 30 minutes. When the drivers finally came out, I politely told them they shouldn’t be parking there, especially since it prevents people from leaving. I suggested they park at the end of the shopping center where they wouldn’t block anyone in. Instead of being understanding, they were dismissive and rude, saying they could park wherever they wanted and that they’d take their time leaving. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope Starbucks encourages its drivers to be more respectful and considerate about where they park, especially in busy shopping centers where space is limited.

Starbucks Lacey WA Disappointing Experience

May 30, 2025

Starbucks, Frustrated by Handling of Free Drink Issue. I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Lacey, Washington Starbucks. I had a free drink reward, which I clearly mentioned twice during the transaction, yet I was still charged. When I returned to the store to address it, I told the staff they needed to be more careful—especially when I made the reward status clear beforehand. Today, I went back and was told by the manager that I’m no longer welcome due to allegedly being “combative” and for using inappropriate language during the last visit. While I regret if my tone came across too strongly, I was simply frustrated at being repeatedly charged for something that should have been free. I’m disappointed by how this was handled. Rather than resolving the issue or listening to my concern, I was banned from the store. It feels like customer feedback—especially when someone is upset—is no longer welcome. I’ve been a longtime customer, but this experience has seriously made me reconsider supporting Starbucks. I hope the company reflects on how it handles these situations going forward.

Starbucks Uniform Issue

May 25, 2025

Starbucks, Time to Reevaluate Workplace Culture. Starbucks has long been known for offering generous benefits to employees—tuition support, competitive pay, and solid healthcare. That’s more than many companies provide. But it’s disappointing to see what sometimes seems like a lack of appreciation in return. The recent backlash over something as simple as a standardized dress code—black T-shirts provided at no cost—feels excessive. Uniform policies are standard in many workplaces and serve to create consistency and professionalism. Starbucks might want to consider broadening its hiring strategy to include individuals who value structure, respect the job, and bring a strong work ethic to the table—qualities that often come with experience, not just youth. At the end of the day, a company thrives when its employees are focused on great service, not constant internal protests. I hope Starbucks finds a way to restore balance between supporting its workforce and maintaining professionalism across its stores.

Starbucks Disappointing Experience

May 12, 2025

Starbucks, I feel like zero stars. The issue is with an employee who was taking too long in preparing our short order. I got mad at him and he followed me out of the Starbucks and took a picture my license plate and told me he was going to call the authorities and to never come back. He then called my daughter’s work place and it backfired on him too. I’m sorry but you never tell customers not to come back. What kind of customer service is that? He’s the one that needs to be fired.

Starbucks Peachtree City GA Disappointing

April 20, 2025

Starbucks, No more grounds for gardeners! Visited the newly renovated Starbucks on Hwy 54, Peachtree City, GA. Inquired about grounds for gardeners and was told by the manager that they now have a new brewing system and “they don’t have grounds anymore.” Fascinating…is Starbucks using instant coffee? Is the grounds for gardeners program still available else where or have Starbucks abandoned this environmental friendly practice?
