Starbucks Yuma AZ Lousy Service

Starbucks, Lousy service. I have been to the Starbucks here in Yuma AZ only twice in 5 years and each time the service and product were subgrade. I happened by to use the WiFi for a download and went inside to get a house coffee. The barristers wouldn’t stop their conversations to take my order even though I stood right in front of them. They looked at me and laughed. I don’t fit the progressive clique and was made to feel unwelcome. They even interfered with the download. I departed without ordering. Now I see that corporate is doing away with incentives to try and boost sales. If they would just serve more within the community sales would skyrocket. The employees have poor business acumen. Never again!

Starbucks Horrible Service

Starbucks, My company was having an event, and we went to different locations to get donations. The first Starbucks, Lansing, IL manager was never there and then gone on vacation all of sudden before approving the donations. I went to another location in South Holland, IL just got the run around for two days, I then called and ask for the manager for the umpteenth time and the shift manager hung up the phone on me. At this point I don’t know if I will drink Starbucks again. How are the managers never there and the shift managers need people skills.

Starbucks Visa Chase Rewards Issue

Starbucks, over 2,800 Stars from Rewards account Disappeared. I have had the Starbucks Visa Chase rewards card for over 12 years and have maintained a balance of around 3,000 stars always. Today I went to use my stars and I had only 4. I called the Rewards Customer Service where I was on the phone for almost an hour, I was transfered twice, spoke with 3 reps, and they all told me the same thing, that they couldn’t help me and they have no idea what happened to my stars.The third person, the Manager of the Supervisor, of the rep, told me he I could not speak to his boss and that he was the highest I could go. He then proceeded to hang up on me. Now I’ve called the coporate HQ in Seattle and I’m already being transferred to this person’s Supervisor because she too can only go back 3 months and can’t seew when my stars disappeared. I have asked repeatedly to put me in contact with a Manager or someone who can run a report further back than 3 months and tell me where my stars went. Nobody can see past the last 3 months and nobody is trying to assist me in getitng my stars back. If a Manager is reading this I would like a call as I am right now disgusted with the lack of customer service at a multibillion dollar company. All I want is my stars that I’ve earned back on my account so I can use my approximately $100 worth of rewards at my local Starbucks. If this doesn’t get fixed I will never ever for the rest of my life frequent a starbucks establishment ever again and I will tell everyone what happened and tell them not to go to starbucks ever!!!
