Twin Peaks Warrenville IL Disappointing Experience

April 14, 2025

Twin Peaks, Disappointing Response from Twin Peaks Warrenville management regarding my objection to reserving bar seats for 3 hours! Disappointing experience-on Saturday, April 5 at 12:30 pm I walked into Twin Peaks Warrenville, looking for a place to sit nearest the 2 bar ends, where I prefer to sit. I found 2 patrons occupying the 2 seats at both bar ends, fine. I understand that if f I really wanted those seats i should have come closer to 11 opening time. What is Not Fine, is that the 2 seats next to each them, had rested their back support on the bar, reserving & thereby blocking any patron from sitting there. I understand that these two patrons were expecting friends to drop in to occupy those seats. Well, I left angry at 1:30, a full two & one half hours because their friends Never Showed Up! I understand that these two patrons were expecting friends to drop in to occupy those seats. & for a reasonable period of time, I could tolerate this, but not going on 3 hours, & sometimes, Not Ever. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this at Twin Peaks-Warrenville. This is Not Acceptable! On my way out, I voiced my objection to floor manager Joel, who dismissed my objection immediately, stating that there was ample seating available at the bar. He missed the point! So I wrote this objection on your website the following day, identifying Twin Peaks Warrenville as the location. I have yet to receive a simple response to your Corporate Policy concerning reserving bar spots for hours. Despite 3 more written follow-ups, I Still haven’t received their response. This is Unacceptable! Is this how you conduct business-not addressing customer objections? I might need to think about taking my business elsewhere!

Twin Peaks Lakeland FL Disappointing Experience

April 14, 2025

Twin Peaks, This was not our first time in fact it was our 5th time. Each time expect the first time we tried to sit in different parts of the restaurant to see if the service was any better. It isn’t the server as it is the kitchen. This time we sat at the bar. we did get our drinks faster. Our food sat in the window (not only ours but a minimum of 6-8 orders). I watch while the expeditor try to get out the orders but it seem that the orders in the window were not complete so they just sat. After 2 drinks my husband and I called over the bartender and ask what was taking so long (we ordered the lobster mac and cheese ) when she came back she informed us that it had set in the window to long and they were remaking it. As we sat there for another 15 minutes we called her over to cancel our order it has been now 48 minutes. Upon this she had the manager come over we explained that it was taking way to long, he (manager) removed our food gave us a complimentary queso and chips. I would like to inform you I personally was in the hospitality industry for over 35 years as a manager, trainer and on the opening team for the Embassy Suites.

Twin Peaks Schererville IN Frustrating Experience

March 25, 2025

Twin Peaks offices: I visited Twin Peaks Schererville on Friday March 21, 2025 with my son. My son and I had been to this location a few times before and never encountered any issues. We sat at the bar and waited for wait staff; when a waitress arrived she informed us that for drinks we could scan the scan widget but if we wanted food she’d bring a menu, I stated that we’d like a menu, she stated alright and walked away. She returned ten minutes later and asked if we wanted a drink, to which I stated that we were still waiting for menus, she then said ok and walked away. I then observed her quickly speak with another waitress and she left the area. This new waitress after another five minutes approached and asked if we wanted anything to which we again asked for menus; she grabbed a couple of menus and brought them to us and I asked for a Corona and my son asked for a soft drink, after which she left again. I then took out my phone and began to document the slow service at which time the our waitress came around from behind the bar and approached me and asked what I was doing, to which I responded to her that I was recording the terrible service I was getting. The waitress then attempted to tell me that that was illegal and I would have to delete the video; to which I told her that recording in a restaurant; especially since I’ve been in pictures and recordings in the very same venue previously. The waitress then attempted to grab my phone out of my hand, to which I pulled my hand away out of her reach, at which time she aggressively started swinging and punching at me. While she attempted to attack me other wait staff quickly rushed over and grabbed her to restrain her. I then informed the manager who came over that I was an off-duty police officer and I advised her to call the authorities and that I would be pressing charges against the waitress. The manager contacted the Schererville authorities and she also stated that there are video surveillance cameras in the restaurant. When the Schererville police arrived I informed them of what happened and showed them my video; they then went with the manager to review the surveillance video. Upon the officers return he informed me that the surveillance video confirmed that the waitress attacked me. I received my police report number from the police and I left the area after the manager informed me that I (the victim of an assault) was barred from returning to Twin Peaks. So to add insult to injury; I suffered slow abysmal service, I was physically attacked by wait staff, and then barred from the restaurant through no fault of my own. I will be seeking restitution regarding this incident.

Twin Peaks Disappointing Experience

January 21, 2025

Twin Peaks, Delivery of food and drinks is out of sync. The only good part of our dining experience, or the cold beers. Once we got them, we had to ask twice about our drinks. We had to ask for silverware and napkins after we finally got our beers and the Triple Play Appetizer, the chips that came with the appetizer were too thin, and kept breaking off in the guacamole And the nacho cheese hardened to the point where you couldn’t scoop the nacho cheese, the chips would break in the dip. The heated salsa was a different twist. It tasted like stewed tomato. We enjoyed the atmosphere, but the wait was way too long for our next beer with our empty glasses sitting on the table as I was looking at the menu I ordered a cup of the green chili, chicken soup, and a side of coleslaw I really enjoyed the coleslaw. The soup was brought, and it was barely lukewarm a piece of bread which was supposed to be garlic. Bread was like a burnt piece of toast. It should’ve been thrown in the trash, the coleslaw was almost 5 dollars for a cup of coleslaw, it was the worst coleslaw I’ve ever seen it look like somebody just shave some cabbage and put it in a cup with no seasoning no sauce no flavoring just raw cabbage I asked the waitress to take that off the bill and she did still waiting for our food and empty glasses of beers the waitress came by again and said oh you didn’t get your beers no, of course our glasses are empty. She went over to the bar and the beers were sitting at the bar where they hadn’t been delivered and they had been sitting there for at least 10 or 15 minutes that’s not a safe environment for an open glass to be sitting on the bar and somebody could tamper the drink just saying so we got our drinks and the food was delivered. I ordered egg, avocado, smash burger with french fries after eating half of the hamburger I realize there was no avocado on the hamburger , and a half of the french fries were like an old order that was sitting in the kitchen and they added a few extras to fill the order on the plate. It was my birthday, and my son had mentioned three or four times to the waitress that it was my birthday, and they did nothing , as far as singing happy birthday or offering a free dessert or anything of that nature so there were a lot of strikes against this restaurant I don’t want to sound like a complainer, but I’m just telling you what we experienced. The bill was close to $140 for the food and drinks , it wasn’t worth paying $40 for what we got other than the cold beers that we enjoyed. The service was totally out of sync. They need more bartenders and delivery people in the bar area so when the bartender makes the drink they can deliver it out to the table and not sit on the bar and get warm and exposed to tampering that’s just my suggestion and I believe it’s not your first rodeo so it’s things shouldn’t be so out of sync. Please respond back with a response. Thank you.

Twin Peaks Lakeland FL

October 17, 2024

Twin Peaks, Poor service. Your Lakeland resteraunt needs an experienced food expediter. I was there last friday night and food was sitting under the heat lamps for 45 minutes not just one or two; plates 20 plates . The managers should have stepped up but nobody did. This was a very disappointment for such a fine establishment.
