Victra Union SC Disappointing Customer Service

Victra, Worst customer service ever. All they want to do is sell you something. Went in to get a new MIFI jet pack and Alex changed my plan AFTER I told him not to. He put me on a 5G plan, and I told him my phone and computer were too old to work on a 5G plan. He insisted they would. They didn’t. I even saw on the Verizon site where it said phones as old as mine would not work on 5G, so he didn’t even know what he was talking about.. He was only concerned with selling me something and trading baseball cards with the other employees. I finally got the store manager, Luke, to call and request my plan be changed back and let them know it should never have been changed. I ended up in one of the biggest messes of my life. I could not get back on my original plan, paid all kinds of fees, incurred overages that I was not notified of until they totaled over $300.00. Spent almost 3 months trying to get it fixed with the lying Verizon customer service and never could. I ended up paying over $400 to get out from under Verizon and go with T- Mobile. Found out at the T-Mobile store in Spartanburg that I am not alone with the Union Victra Store totally messing them up and costing them hundreds of dollars. This store should be shut down. Go with T-Mobile before Verizon screws you up.. Better service at a cheaper price plus brand new state of the at phones. Don’t go to the Union store. Would give them minus 50 stars if I could. Shame on them.
